AXEL My days as MC president are numbered. From the outside, the Ironwood Lords of Carnage are involved in a full-on war. It's an existential threat to the club.
On the inside, there’s another kind of war ravaging me. It’s only a matter of time until it takes me out. It’s a race against the clock. And the clock will win.
In the middle of the storm… I meet her. Falling for Eden was never part of the plan. I don’t deserve her. I can never have her. But my stupid heart doesn’t listen to that.
The more I try to walk away, the tighter I’m drawn in. Loving her means I need to leave her. Saving her means walking away. For her own good.
EDEN I lost the only love I’d ever known. All I have left of him now is my son.
I moved to this place to make a new life for us. I’m alone except for him. Down, and trying not to be out.
Then I meet the president of the Lords of Carnage Ironwood. He’s like me. Broken. Damaged. Alone. I told him I’ve given up on love. He told me he’d given up on life.
But something woke between us Something unstoppable And we can’t seem to give up on each other. He healed my heart. Will he let me heal his?
Iron Fist is Book 3 in the Lords of Carnage Ironwood MC series, but it can be read as a standalone. It has no cheating and a guaranteed HEA.
USA Today bestselling author of alpha males, feisty females, and smoking hot romance.
Small town girl in the big city. Incurable romantic. Hopeless optimist in a realist's body.
Owned by two cats.
A sucker for a bad boy with a soft center.

I'm finished writing IRON FIST! It's going through edits now, and I'm so excited for you to have this book! The main characters are Axel, the president of the MC, and EDEN! from the original Lords of Carnage MC series! People have been asking me for a while whether Eden would eventually get her book, and THIS IS IT!!! IRON FIST releases December 29, but you can preorder it now on Amazon.
Iron Fist was the third book in the Lords of Carnage MC Ironwood series by Daphne Loveling. Of the three, it was my favorite so far.
Axel was the President of the Ironwood Chapter. The MC has a conflict which took him to Jacksonville, FL to sort it out. While he was there, he was asked by Angel (Lords of Carnage President Main Chapter) to check on one of the Old Lady’s sister, Eden, who had just moved to Jacksonville for a fresh start. And the story began.
Loveling took us through Axel and Eden’s development while also navigating us through the MC conflict. It was suspenseful, action packed and enjoyable. It’s hard to tell where Loveling will take us now - there are still several bachelor members, but it looks like a spin off for the Jacksonville Chapter will also be in order. I welcome both directions!
Daphne never dissapoints. That's why she is my favorite mc author. I wanted to see Eden's HEA ever since Lug Nut died. I think we all did. She moved away from Tanner Springs in order to get a new beggining. To be away from everything that reminded her of what she lost. She made a new life for herself and Bryson in Florida. She is adamant to become better without the LoC's help, as she feels the need to stand on her own two feet. Axel hides his pain and fear behind a cool facade, but deep inside he is crumbling to pieces. Not only the stress from being chapter president, the war with his enemies but fear for his own health as well. As i have a close friend whose mother had same diagnostic, i understand his fear very well. It cripples you, especially since you can hardly have a definitive answer until it's too late. And even if you could, there's no way to reverse it. While they had a rump beggining , their love evolved beautifully. It went slowly, they didn't rushed it. Sexual chemistry was all they had in the beggining, until they started to confide their fears and dreams to each other. It wasn't easy for them to open up, to let themselves be vulnerable. They were both broken, both needed time to build themselves up again. Obviously, the favorite character was Bryson. That baby stole my heart, he was so sweet and affectionate. He never got to meet his daddy, with whom he looks so much alike. He and Axel build a relationship separate from the eden/axel plot, they were drawn to each other from that first meeting when they shook hands. The scene where they take care of a sick Bryson is so heartwarming. I have to be honest and say that this is the first single mother book i've ever read, and i'm glad i did. Axel and Eden are a great couple. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review
Iron Fist by Daphne Loveling is the third book in the Lord of Carnage: Ironwood series. The Lords are a MC that are into dealing guns. However, they have had a serious setback and are investigating how to best determine the who, what, and why. A team goes down to Jacksonville, Florida to investigate.
Axel leads his team down. He knows that things are changing. Something is happening with his left arm and he knows his leading time is almost done. He has avoided getting involved with anyone and especially with anyone who will want children. He does not want to pass on this gene. Then he meets Eden.
Eden was tired of always being pitied. Her husband Lug Nut was killed and as much as the MC helped her - she needed a start over. The start over is not going well - she is days away from being out of money and a job. Then she meets Axel.
All kinds of crazy stuff is going on with the club but somehow Eden and Axel seem to be on the same page - hot sex. But neither figures the other for a keeper. Iron Fist by Daphne Loveling is a HOT fun MC read.
Daphne Loveling never lets her readers down and this book just proves my point. Axel and Eden are a great addition to an already amazing series. One thing that I did notice though is that I need to go back and read the Tanner Springs books again. I remember bits and pieces of Eden’s backstory but I need to re-familiarize myself…really good books should be re-read. Great story, wonderful characters and looks like we could be seeing a Florida chapter of the Lords of Carnage in the future…it’ll be fabulous! Great job, as usual, Ms. Loveling!
The third book in the Lords of Carnage Ironwood MC series, Iron Fist is Axel and Eden's story. This well written, slow-burn romance story has a great storyline and wonderful characters, danger, drama, secrets, unstoppable chemistry, action, love, plenty of heat, and a HEA.
I volunteered to review an advance reader copy of this book.
I had the great opportunity of reading an ARC of iron fist I absolutely loved Eden and axels story it was heartbreakingly beautiful and sexy I love the ironwood mc love hearing from my lords of carnage boys too! I loved this book so much
What a good book this was. I really enjoyed Iron Fist the story and characters were all so good. The author did not disappoint with the story on Iron Fist. This book was extremely hot and sexy and action packed.
Loved this story. I enjoyed watching Axle fall and am so happy Eden finally got her happily ever after. I enjoyed the dialogue between Tori and Axle.Looking forward to what is next.
Loved Eden and Axel's story. Widow, raising son, and down on her luck. Axel is asked to check on her and the sparks fly. But he has an uncertain future and is not ready for commitment.
Eden very definitely deserved her happy ending. After everything that happened to her and what she went through, I'm so happy she got her love life back. Epic story. Epic ending. And throwing in an auto immune disease was a good call. Thank you for another great read
I have loved this series from the very beginning! It's interesting, entertaining, addicting, action packed, full of danger, secrets, hot steamy scenes, emotional turmoil, family, and love. I loved Axel & Eden's journey to find their happiness! They both have tragic pasts they are dealing with. Eden found the love of her life with Lug Nut after her tragic ordeal when the original Lord's saved her, however he died before their son Bryson was born and not wanting to be a burden any longer she moves to Jacksonville to start a new life of her own. Axel President of Lord's of Carnage Ironwood MC had their shipments stolen and members killed needs to go Jacksonville to figure out what happened. Gunner calls Axel and asks him to check in with her, but what he doesn't count on is falling for her and telling her something about him he hasn't even told his brother's. I loved seeing him interact with with Bryson. I couldn't have wished for a happier ending for them all. I can't wait to see what happens next and I highly recommended this series!
Iron Fist is Book 3 in the Lords of Carnage Ironwood Series and it doesn’t disappoint. I’m so happy that Eden has her HEA because she really deserves to be Happy, and thrilled that she’s still in the Lords of Carnage Family, even if it’s with another chapter. Eden has been through hell, came out the other end found love with Lugnut and was expecting a baby boy and became a widow before the baby was born. I was devastated for her. Axel is perfect for her she needs someone who is strong and protective like only a member of an MC is especially a President. Axel has his own struggles to go through with his brothers and himself personally but thankfully he confides in Eden even though he’s stubborn. I also love Axel’s interaction with Bryson, Eden and Lugnut’s son. Axel hasn’t really been around kids much but he’s a natural when it comes to that little boy. These two go through some rough times, neither one was looking for a relationship but they can’t tempt fate. I’m always thrilled to read Daphne’s books, she never disappoints and always leaves me wanting more. I was gifted an ARC for an honest review.
My friends....LISTEN TO ME! Prepare to fall all in your feels and roll around in them. Have you been waiting for Axel? I have. I knew when he kept making little appearances in the Original MC stories that he was going to be special. Let me back up a second....my heart broke all in to tiny little pieces so many times for Eden in Gunners story and I always hoped Daphne would go back and help her...she deserved it after all she survived and then loosing Lug Nut. Anyway, when I realized Axel was going to be her 2nd chance and she was going to be the one to capture him...I screamed and was so excited and damnit I was a little jealous too😉 I was not disappointed nor was I left wishing for anything else (except maybe a little Axel-hint hint Daphne). This book was a roller coaster of emotion and worth every minute of waiting and reading. Even missed the New Year roll in (oops)! Thanks Daphne for all of the Lords but big thanks for Axel.
This is an exciting action packed suspense filled MC romance story.this story will have you on the edge of your seats and the characters will captive you.Axel is the president of Iron wood chapter of the lords of carnage MC .He is facing war but the club isn't sure if its another club or the cartel.Axel is also facing a war in his body he fears he's inherited his fathers als .He's experiencing numbness in his left hand and arm also pain. He's keeping it a secret from his club but knows he'll have to tell them soon. When he an a few brothers head to Miami to check an see if they can find out who's messing with his club he gets a call from a president of another chapter asking him to check on Eden a widow from a fallen brother he agrees. Will Axel find love even though he's fighting it hard? Will he fall for Eden an her son? There are so many twists an turns you will be riveted until the very last page an leave you begging for more.
Eden and Axel's story is Lords of Carnage Ironwood MC Book #3 in the Lords of Carnage Ironwood MC series. Eden is the widower of Lug Nut and while Axel is visiting Florida, he checks up on Eden to make sure there is nothing she needs. I love the visit of the past and and a glimpse of the present and the future with Axel and Eden's story. There is everything readers have come to expect from a Daphne Loveling story, with all the feels and a page turning read of romance, suspense, and a HEA for the couple that will win the hearts of her readers. I was gifted "Iron Fist" via the author, leaving my review based on my reading. 5 Stars!
Axel has his club and wants nothing else, no distractions. When things turn sideways down in Jaxsonville, Axel is on it. He never expected checking up on a club brothers sister-in-law while there would fill his time. Eden is trying to survive in a new state, with her little boy. She never expected to be pulled in by another biker. Axel and Eden are beyond hot together. I loved every bit of these two.
I couldn’t put this one down once I started it! I’m so happy to get to see more of Eden. I would have loved to see her story with Lug Nut, but her finding love with Axel was perfect! This story has so much going for it. Damaged hero and heroine, returning characters, closed-off club Prez, illegal MC activity, shootouts, a dirty cop, an adorable 3 year old, a creepy boss, awesome old lady’s, and some good dirty, sexy times! Can’t wait to see what’s next!
This is the third book in the series and a definite must read. Eden is trying to make it on her own with her young son but is really struggling so when Axel knocks on her door she gets defensive and makes him leave. Axel promised to check on Eden for one of his brothers in the MC but what he finds he doesn't like but Eden won't accept his help. The chemistry between them is off the charts so as they start to get closer they confide in each other but is it enough to make them admit their feelings for each other. There is plenty of drama and suspense but also so much emotion and a gorgeous little boy that you will love. The ending is perfect for them. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
We are back with the Lords Of Carnage, this time it’s book 3 of the Ironwood chapter. Telling the story of Axel the chapter President and Eden who we met before as she is the sister of Alix an old lady from the main Chapter and the widow of Lug Nut. Axel is resistant to falling in love and is hiding his health problems and Eden who is a widowed mum who’s fallen on hard times is guarding her heart from being hurt. The reasons for Axel visiting Jacksonville play out whilst they try their best to hide their feelings for each other. An engaging story which has a little bit of a slow burn gives us more insight into the Ironeood chapter and what makes them tick. An enjoyable read.
This book is full on from the first page! My days!! Axel has his work cut out to try and figure out who has been messing with their runs. On a trip down to Jacksonville a brother from another chapter asks him to check in on his sister-in-law.......and he gets more than he bargains for! Eden has lived this lifestyle before but she can't deny the draw to Axel. He is fighting something though, will he confide in her or continue to bury his head in the sand? What a read!!
I’m so in love with this series and the author. The lords of Chaos gets better with each new story line about the different chapters. Axel and Eden were not expecting to be together. Axel was checking up on Eden for the Tanner Springs Chapter, while taking care of club business in Florida. The two of them have been hurt and are keeping secrets from their family. They start to get together as friends, not knowing that they are headed towards being a couple. Axel has a secret that could make him give up his Presidency to the club, but talking to Eden helps him understand that he cant give up on himself or his future. Eden doesn’t want her family to know she’s one day from being homeless and she’s to proud to ask for help, thats where Axel comes in. They whether attacks, fear, and the unknown to be together and they over come it all.
