I'm a grumpy single dad with a demanding football career. The last thing I should be doing is falling for the sunshine-y school teacher down the road... When I moved to Sin Valley, I didn't come empty-handed. I came with a demanding football career, an energetic little boy and the baggage of a recent divorce. Romance was the last thing on my radar. At least until I met the gorgeous first-grade teacher who lives a few houses down my street. Katrina is the kind of woman no red-blooded man can ignore. Always walking around with a warm smile, the sweetest words and a plate of fresh-baked treats. I can't help but want to be near her. 'Just friends' is just fine in the light of day. But when the street lights come on, I want...more. I want her lips. I want her curves. I want her on her knees, saying my name. I'm trying to be responsible. But Katrina says we both need to let loose, live a little. And she's got a detailed plan to show me how. As friends, of course. Just friends. That's the story we're sticking with. Because I'm still putting my life back together. And having my son's teacher doing the walk of shame from my house at the crack of dawn? Well, that's no way to make a good impression around the neighborhood! But the more I hang out with Katrina, the more I start smiling again. Knox and Katrina are friends and neighbors and have the same circle of friends. When Knox’s ex wife has the summer with their son Theodore. Knox feels a little lost. Katrina and Knox become closer and she convinces him to help her set up a singles activity group. They keep getting closer, but they both have trust issues from previous relationships. Great characters and storyline Highly recommended Amazing book. Love Knox and Katrina. The supporting characters are amazing love those Easter eggs

Really? Really?!????
Really Ms. Miller? You had the audacity to make Knox and Kat this freaking adorable?!! I absolutely adore these two lovable suck-at-love characters!! This has all of my favorite Ms. Miller book attributes going on. A hunky, charismatic, beyond generous (in all ways 😉) man who has his priorities straight. And a heroine who is someone that is completely relatable, quirky quirks and all and makes you want to root for her HEA with all your heart.
What made this book so special was that it did a really great job of explaining their insecurities without it being hammered into your brain. It was acceptable and made sense. Their chemistry was off the charts. It was palpable and one of my favorite parts of the book. Seriously had me sweating. It was good!!!
Another thing that I love about Ms. Miller’s books is that when she brings in her other characters from previous stories/series they are still very much likable. I’ve read other works and when they incorporate the previous characters it’s like everything about them besides their names have been transplanted into different people leaving me scratching my head. And I love how she segues new characters into their own story. Can’t wait for cutie pie Harry’s story!!!
Knox and Kat go from sorta friends friendly neighbors to partners in a just for the summer type relationship but both want so much more. But life has been unkind to both of them in the love department and once bitten twice shy about truly going after what they want. Each other. All or nothing.
Love Knox!!! He’s the kind of man you don’t let go of. And I hate how his ex treated him and their son. Love that he never sways. Once done he’s done. Gotta love a strong minded man. Swoon.
And Kat is the one who got away. I love how they never forgot about their electrical evening together from “that night” and their kiss. These two were so so dang cute together. This was the perfect read. Very low on the angst. Very high on the good times. Gah!!! So good!!!!!

This book was everything and then some. OH.MY.G@D the sexual tension was off the charts and when it finally got steamy, whew, my little heart got happy.
Katrina and Knox met after Sera's wedding non wedding blowout party. When summer shows up and all the couple's plan a summer getaway weekend, Katrina politely declines not wanting to be the extra wheel. Now, Knox is Katrina's neighbor and when these two start obiting around each other getting closer and closer, Boom! Chaka-Laka!
I absolutely loved seeing all of the other characters in this series and Harry. OMG, Harry Westbrook. I can't wait for his book. Nadia is going to lay down the law and make him work for every little morsel. I can just see it. And Harry's brother's, oh yeah, they will eat it up. Oh, sorry, I went off on a tangent. Harry and his brothers are in the Wild Westbrook Series. Another must read.
I love Cassie's writing. She has this way of pulling you into a story and dragging you along with her snark and tender moments and all the spice. Goodness!

This whole series was one amazing story after the next and this one was just as amazing! It’s hard to believe this is the last one. This book grabbed me by the heart and made me laugh and swoon and lose myself in the romance of these two--as it should be. Ms Miller hits it out of the field with this sexy, sweet, beautifully written, hilariously grumpy/sunshine sports romance and this book only proves how fantastic she is as an author. Definitely has me one clicking her books without even reading the blurbs. I just loved this one, and it’s my absolute favourite of this series. This book was everything I could have wanted, didn’t know I needed and so much more! Go grab yourself a copy of this book and find some me time to enjoy this fantastic book/series. Happy reading everyone

Playing Loose is hands down one of my favourite stories the author has written to date! Single dad Knox is swoonworthy, caring, charming and the quintessential character you cannot help falling for.
Katrina is his neighbour and she has a bit of a crush. However, they decide its in their best interests to be friends and not complicate anything.
I wholeheartedly loved every moment in this book. The steamy moments were off the charts, the banter and friendships were wonderful and the struggles these two go through at certain parts made me smile.
This book is a winner for me. Gave me all the feels and Im sad to see the series end! The author has outdone herself writing this book and I cannot wait to see what she has up her sleeve next!

Overall I really enjoyed this story and would recommend it. There were points where I glossed over paragraphs because the information was being repeated but then there were other parts I was so caught up in these characters and their journey that I was almost in tears which rarely happens for me.

Great Book
Knox and Katrina's story is an amazing love story. Knox a single football player dad. Katrina is the neighbor next door Who knew one night one little kiss could change it all fir them? Yes I really enjoyed this book. It's sad that this is the last book in the series. Because the hole series was awesome.

Love shy.
This was my favorite so far in this series. A pro football player and his son move to small town Illinois two doors down lives a elementary teacher who has had a bad breakup with her boyfriend. They are both very unsure of starting a relationship but chemistry has other ideas.

I really enjoyed this fun book. The chemistry between Knox and Katrina really sizzled, and I love the rich feels that they inspired. There was a lot of heart in this friends to lovers romance that had me feeling the heat and swooning. This is my Frank Hurley poster review.

Loved Katrina and Knoxs story. I'm sad this series is over, but what an amazing ending and all the Easter eggs! Knox and Katrina were soo sure they couldn't have it all, but all they needed was to trust in each other. Loved Theo.

Knox and Kateina have had some run ins in other stories. Glad they both got their happy ending. Katrina is a elementary teacher and Knox is a NFL player. Together they are magic.

It saddens me to know this is the last book in the Playboys of Sin Valley series, but Knox and Katrina's story is the best one to end it with it's sensual, touching and has a hea ending.
