Wow! Great characters who really hold your interest. And very likable. Except the villains, of course. I owned the book for a while before I started reading it and then I could not put it down. I was sorry that I finished and had no more to read. I'm looking forward to a follow up. This story hits all my requirements to hold my interest. Action, suspense, love interest, plot twists that I never would have anticipated. I've read other books with the theme of immortality, but it was handled in a very intriguing way, especially as it relates to the pros and cons of a life without an end. Makes you think and ponder the possibility. Humor is used wisely and to great effect. And unexpectedly. From the Angels. And the Gods. The right amount of humor to add to the likability and depth of the characters. Buy this book! Mr. Benedict has created an admirable work. You will be rewarded with a very enjoyable time!
Interesting characters. I enjoyed all of the characters and their growth throughout the story. I felt like the president part was added for suspense, it didn’t flow as well. Overall, the story flowed well, it was definitely interesting to read about how she reacted to the supernatural world. The story flowed well and kept you rooting for them. I enjoyed how things turned out for them, even if the path was not easy. The book is worth reading ,because it is a little different.
When I started this book I didn't realize how complex a demi god and an angel's lives could be . Despite all the murder and mayhem that went on they still got their happily ever after .
Book belittles and makes fun of the one true God. This could have been a good fantasy story if the author had stuck to the Greek myths. Wish I hadn't purchased the book.
