Jerome's art is in miniature, the medium makeup, fingernail polish icons of depravity. Clowns, death, birds, eggs, and images of himself -- that is the iconography. And there are photos of the artwork Jerome made out of himself. Jerome may have dressed like a clown in drag, but here, to quote the title of one of his paintings, "Bozo fucks Death."
