咸鱼他想开了

江倦穿书了，穿成一个装病多年的炮灰，被迫嫁给离王薛放离。
然而无人知晓，薛放离没活过三章，江倦只要熬死他，就会收获快乐的咸（shou）鱼(gua)生活。
成婚当日。
薛放离：“本王时日无多，委屈你了。”
江倦：“不委屈，王爷光风霁月，是我高攀。”
薛放离：“送你走，你意下如何？”
江倦：“我愿长伴王爷左右。”
沉默片刻，薛放离低头轻咳，指间渗出血迹，“既然如此，过几日本王再来问你一遍。”
江倦面色苍白地摇头，心里却美滋滋。
——过几天再问？没可能的，三章之内你必死。
薛放离则无声轻嗤。
——长伴左右？病弱至此，你能撑几日？

后来，三章过去了，薛放离频繁咳血但人健在。
几个月过去了，江倦心疾时常发作但人无事。
薛放离：？
江倦：？

再后来，剧情脱缰，薛放离成了皇帝，两人也都改了主意。
——他不能死。

这日，江南名医入京，江倦立刻出宫寻人，他一脚踹开房门，“大夫，我夫君经常咳血，体虚无力，我暂时还不想守寡，可否……”
门内的薛放离单手捏住名医的脖子将他提起，他满面阴鸷道：“孤的皇后心疾动辄发作，柔弱不能自理，你治，还是不……”
两人目光相对。
“？”
出大问题了。

English title: The Salted Fish Has Gotten Over It/ Moved On

I really enjoyed it! I usually get bored by sweet, fluffy novels but I was able to enjoy this until the end. (Although the last twenty or so chapters did drag a bit). The MC was really spoiled and pampered but it wasn't overly saccharine because the ML had such dark, possessive thoughts that he was suppressing to live up to the MC's idea of him as a good person so it worked really well!

Summary: MC had a heart disease in this original life and after her gets surgery he's reborn as the brother of the protagonist in the novel he was reading beforehand. In the novel, the protagonist is reborn and gets everyone to love him. The brother was supposed to commit suicide after the protagonist stole his fiance but the MC changes the story. The prince the brother was married off to was supposed to die a few days after the brother commits suicide so the MC thinks if he waits it out he'll be a salted fish widower. The prince/ML doesn't die and instead he gets pampered by the prince the whole time.

Really cute, love how both of them pretend to be ill to get what they want. MC is kind and dumb but not easy to take advantage of. Like how ML is pretty unforgiving to others.
