Christmas is supposed to be the most wonderful time of the year, which isn't the scenario for Katina Snow. Had potential
This book had potential to be a good read.. The momentum of the book went flatline.. There was a lot of unanswered questions in this book.
You had Kentrell going hard for his ex-wife and he got kidnapped and that was it.
Landra caught her husband cheating and she throw his clothes out but that was it. You don't hear nothing else from Ryan.
The root of deception for both is Sheree. Nothing was mentioned after Mikei popped up at her house.

This was a good insta-love Christmas story...
This is my second read by Queen Sherri Marie and although I wish the stories were a lil longer, I still enjoyed reading it.
Whew Chil, it's the audacity for me when it comes to Kendall trifling selfish inconsiderate a**. The audacity to not just cheat, but you leave your wife for your side bih while she's not only mourning the loss of her father, but the loss off y'all first born😡. The audacity to continue to throw said relationship in her farce by constantly showing up at her house, then flaunting your side piece around in public. The audacity to continue to beg her to take you back but you're still fu**ing said side bih. The audacity to say you live her so much, but you allow your side bih to constantly disrespect your wife. That ninja was a straight up bih a** f'boy. Then the audacity to get mad cause she finally decided to move on, then you wanna put your hands on her😡. Just a pu**y a**🤡.
Hoe ain't no other word to describe Sheree community😼 having a**. She was just fu**ing everybody man. Like I'm all for a woman being sexually liberated but damn, sis had no morals, no self respect😔. She was actually pissed at Katina like she slept with her man🙄😂
My heart went out to Katina😔. I lots my dad, so ik that pain, but to go through your whole pregnancy and give birth to a still born😢. To be going through all that and find out not only is your husband cheating, but he's leaving you for the bih😡. Then they just wouldn't allow her to have her peace, like they just kept effing with her. I cheered sis on when she beat the brakes off Kendall with her bat😂😂😂😂. Bet he learn to keep his hands to himself.
Mikel was a half gentleman, half savage😂. That man knew what he wanted, pursued it and took very good care of it. He didn't play about Katina and wasn't allowing nobody to disrespect her. That beat down him and his cousin gave Kendall was long overdue.
Kendall and Ryan were just weak asf. It would've been nice to know what happened to them. Otherwise good read💕

Great Read
Sheree was a miserable hoe. Sheree thought she had Kendall wrapped around her finger but ended up looking dumb. Kendall and Ryan was dumb as hell. Kendall messed up his marriage with Katina and once he realized Sheree isn't who he wanted. He thought he could get Katina back but that was a wrap. Kendall couldn't handle Katina moving on and did everything in his power to sabotage Her and Mikel. Katina had moved on and Mikel definitely treated her better. Mikel lost his first love and was given a chance at love again with Katina. Ryan was a fool to mess up his relationship with Landra. Not only did he cheat but he cheated with Sheree dusty ass. Landra wasn't giving any second chances and I don't blame her.

You Never Miss A Good Woman Till She's Gone!
Sherri such a great read! This novella really touched on how some men don't care about nothing but themselves, and how some women will sell their souls to get what they think they want. Marina deserved to be treated like a queen, Kendall,wanted his cake and ice cream too. He had no regard for Katina feelings for whatever she was going through. Karma is real and Kendall, Ryan and Sheree got theirs. Mikel and Katina were soul mates and by chance they met. The universe knew they needed one another. Maybe they will continue to grow,and their love get to greater heights. Landra deserves to have a great life also. When her time is right the universe will give her a true man that's only hers. 🤗🤗🤗🤗

This book brought the drama and the romance. Katina went through a lot within a year, but Mikel was right there to help her pick up the pieces. Sherri was a low down you know what, first, she sleeping with Kendall, then his best friend Ryan, SMH! What got me was, how you are going to cheat on your wife, leave her for your side chick, want her back, but get angry when she doesn't want you? Who does that, Ryan that's who. I'm happy that Mikel and Katina got their happy ending. I would like for Landra to receive her happy ending.

She felt played by Kendell because he lied and told her that him and Katrina got divorced. Ryan better stick with Shree because doesn't really a go home to. Landra is the next one to love just like Katrina. How is Kendell going to slap Katrina when he had an affair on her? Make that make sense. Mikel is good for Katrina and his family likes her.

A Holiday Love Affair: Wishing For A Magical Christmas by Sherri Marie is a very fast paced, drama filled novella. While the story is really entertaining, I wasn't a big fan of any of the characters and there wasn't much chemistry between the MMC and the FMC. I recommend this book to fans of urban fiction with lots of unpredictable drama.

It's always funny how people thinks the grass is greener on the other side until they step over and realize that it's brown. The mistress always think they supposed to have wifey benefits. The story was really good. I gave it 3 stars because I felt like there were so many story gaps where I just needed more to fill the story in. There were a few places in the book where it says one character but from the story we know it’s another one which made things a bit confusing. The story it self was good and I enjoyed reading it.

The storyline was great but the writing was just not my favorite at all along with the grammar errors which don’t usually bother me but errors along with the writing was ruining my reading experience.
