The Time Slip Experience: Echoes From The Past and Future

Rate this book
The possibility of 'time travel' has long fascinated the public. Although physicists tell us such a thing is theoretically possible, any practical application of a 'time machine' will remain in the realms of science fiction for the foreseeable future. However, as this book shows, there are many documented cases where people have been unwittingly transported back, or sometimes forward in time. They find themselves gazing upon scenes not of their era and in some cases dialogue with strangers encountered in the 'time slip' takes place. This book explores a number of fascinating cases and seeks to identify triggers and mechanisms involved in the time slip phenomenon.

This book is a collection of stories from people who believe they've experienced time slips - the phenomenon of unintentionally travelling backwards (or occasionally forwards) to a different point in time for a short period.

These stories are fascinating, and are reported by people all over the world.

In some instances, the people who stumble into these time slips interact with the residents of the different time zone.

I liked the hyphothese that the author adds on to the end of each story, and the summary of the similarities between time slips - for instance, nearly every experiencer shares they felt a sense of depression, or dread, and that the world around them went "flat".

If you're interested in the paranormal, unusual or just downright odd aspects of the world we live in - you'll enjoy this book!

Dreadful

If one really would like to hear about such nonsense then just do a regular internet search for such tripe.

Let’s say for example you wanted to hear mad stories from people with certain issues, then just do 25 or so different searches and read them. That way, it’s free and at least you will have the added bonus of knowing that the grammar, the syntax and language of such related “stories” from the so called newspapers will be of correct standard. It will at least be readable - even though of course it will still be absolute trash like this book.

Excellent collection of numerous experiences of time slips. The author provides his own critique of each experience and is well balanced. The author provides a wealth of insight despite it being 78 pages long, would highly recommend.

Fascinating Read

Since a time slip happened to my husband years ago, I found these accounts very interesting and totally believable. There’s so much we don’t know.
