Come dip your toes in the crystal blue waters of Marigold Island, a fictional island town tucked in next to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. This heartwarming and uplifting women’s fiction will sweep you away (and it might make you a little hungry too)!
I read all 8 (yes, 8) of these books. I gave them all about 2 stars each, but I want to say that these books are not bad... they are just really vanilla. The stories are a mindless read - good beach reads I suppose - and the character development is good - which is probably why I kept going even though you know exactly how it will end. The overuse of the word "groaning" when talking about food was a bit annoying - but kind of comical. There are no sex scenes (which is fine) except the ones when the author is describing food and people's reactions. If I have to read how some kind of (insert food here) is so "incredible" or that the character "groans with delight at every bite". gah. I think it comes down to it's just not my cup of tea, but others may really enjoy it. Everyone wins in these books - there are no "losers" and any sort of conflict in the books is hyped up but is usually a minor non-issue. Vanilla. Again, nothing wrong with the books if you like vanilla. I just didn't enjoy it as much as I enjoyed other books/genres.
Kinsey has been through a lot and is finding it hard to move in. After losing her husband, she doubted that she would ever fall in love again. Then she met Harrison. Things between them just clicked, but Harrison didn’t know that Kinsey was a single mother.
Brooke and Hunter’s Wedding is approaching. Kinsey is helping them with the arrangements for their big day.
Read on to see what happens. You won’t regret it. Enjoy!!
The last book in the series ends on a high note. This one focuses on the relationship between Harrison and Kinsey. Goodbye, my friends. Beachside Treasures was an excellent finale in The Marigold Island series.
Brooke and Hunter's wedding was the best way to end this last book in the series. Patrick found a very endearing way to involve family and friends when he proposed to Angela. Millie and Carl decided to adopt a dog and are really enjoying spending time together. Kinsey is attracted to Harrison, but after losing her husband's early she is afraid to love again, but even as scary as it is ....She has decided to take a chance and love Harrison. Besides, her little girl loves him too.
I loved all eight books in this series! Love is definitely in the air on Marigold Island!! Can you give me the longitude and latitude for Marigold Island?? It sounds like a very lovely place to visit!!Keep writing novels suitable for Christian women and ill keep reading. I am now a "Follower" so I can be notified of existing and future books written under your pen name! 💞
If you look at my account, you will see that I read the eight books in this Beachside series. These books intertwine, but at the same time I think they could also stand alone. They are quick reads, and sometimes predictable. They are all feel good stories. While the author alludes to previous books in the series, you don’t feel like you’re rereading the book before in order to continue the story. That is definitely a positive!
These 8 books have the beach, wonderful gal pals, grief, remarriage, business partners, great neighbors, kids, and dogs. I don't rent when I last read such fun and comfortable stories. I'm sure that you will enjoy them very much. Happy Two !!!
This series is a must read for all readers who love not only happy ever after, but the road to get there and all the adventure! The characters are truly believable and Family oriented. You cannot get any better. This author captures the feelings of each character as no other! Don't miss out on a fantastic read and not just for the summer!
The characters are portrayed as kind, compassionate people who care about their family, friends and community without bickering, resentment or envy. The stories resolve sweetly, without graphic descriptions of activities which should be personal and private. Thank you to this author for writing an easily read series.
Just finished reading this, number 8 in the series, and have enjoyed each one. Each book was filled with very likable, down-to-earth folks from a wide range of backgrounds and careers. Starting over was the consistent theme which took many different twists and turns among family and friends. Lots of love to share ! Now, I’m on to Fiona’s next series.
This series got monotonous, book 7 was a recap of books 1-6. Book 8 was refreshing, an actual story line. It’s like a sitcom, who will fall in or out of love with what person. Each book a different show. I will think twice about purchasing her books again. It was a very clean romance though so that was nice, no unnecessary bedroom scenes.
Wedding day for Brooke and d Hunter couldn't do of been sweeter! I had a tear or two. I felt as if I was there. It seems as if Marigold Island had a few more couples feeling the love!! ENJOY!!? MARY C
I enjoyed this series very much. The people were real and caring . Marigold Island seems like a good place to live where women in business thrive and families love and support each other.
a good series. that made me want to learn more about the family dynamics.
If you’re a hopeless romantic and want to forget all about state of affairs and violence in our country take strip to Marigold Island and and get acquainted with all the romances
I loved this series. Each time I finished a book, I couldn't wait to start the next one. I really liked getting to know each of the characters. I highly recommend to anyone who loves feel good stories.
Loved it and hate that it’s over. Can’t wait for the next one!!! Her books are like a visit with your best friends and a vacation all rolled into one! Thank you!!!
Wonderful book, new romance begins, an engagement and a wedding to round out book number 8. I have now read the entire series and have to wait for the next book oh no! Good thing my to read list is very long while I wait lol!
I enjoyed every character and setting in this series of eight books. Each one kept me intrigued and I could hardly wait to read the next one. I did not want the series to end. Recommend it highly for a good entertaining read.
I read the entire series and hated to see it end. Each book told the perfect story of happiness and love, something that is lacking in our real world today. Only one regret, the books weren't long enough!!
Easy read! I loved the way the story of the characters in the previous books continued to develop in the new books. I liked the wedding of Hunter and Brooke. The description of the atmosphere of the event almost made me feel that I was one of the guests.
A chance meeting causes someone to step out of their comfort zone. But it's hard to let go of your past lost of losing a person you loved. But in time you learn to trust your heart and find love and a future to be happy.
I loved everything about this book except Patrick's proposal. it seemed weird and out of character for him. Also.. it wasn't very well described, but even so I just wanted to skim over it.

This is a great series. No huge drama or made up drama. Just several feel good love stories in one book. No sex, no cursing just fun and gentle stories.
