Ava and Tyrone always shared everything. As twins, they were always two parts of a whole. But one day, Ava discovers that she is part of a much bigger whole. And Tyrone wants nothing more than for Ava to take part … or take her apart instead.

Now Ava is faced with a decision: either be by Tyrone’s side or become another one of his victims.

Doesn't matter to Tyrone, as long as he has her abilities - one way or another.

Experienced this as a horror novel and it comes with many content warnings. Given the subject matter we don't feel comfortable recommending it to others however, personally this was a five star read, and we cannot wait for more from this under celebrated author.

Chile wth did i just read?
This was disturbing. 
Interesting.
Disturbing. 
Quick.
It was shocking and i feel like it ended to quick. I know it's a novella but i still needed a bit more. Like one more chapter because Ava...i need to see a bit more from her.

Kinetics is a short but fast-paced novella with a Sci-Fi/Fantasy theme. This novella is the story of Ava and her twin brother Tyrone. Eva struggles to get by in school due to the constant bullying and humiliation she undergoes every single day, but she has her brother to help her out on times get hard. However, when all of Eva’s bullies end up injured or somehow mysteriously missing it seems like her brother is behind it all. What will Eva do?

Don't let the cover fool you: this book is not for the weak!! MultiMind definitely channeled Octavia Butler with this one. The perfect mix of physical, magical, and psychological horror. She's always so descriptive, and you feel transported right into the thick of things.

Also, be mindful of the Content Warning page. She warned you.
