I have no desire to be a notch on Ivy’s bedpost; I already know that would destroy me.
Eighteen-year-old Ty Mays is looking forward to his summer job as a counselor at a ritzy camp for the children of Hollywood’s elite. Sure, he’ll have to escort entitled children to glass blowing classes and spa treatments, but he’ll also get to hang out with his best friend, fellow counselor Axel Dane. Things have been strained between them ever since Axel started sleeping with Ivy Pless, the unrequited love of Ty’s life. Ty has avoided Ivy and Axel ever since, and he’s hoping to rebuild his friendship in Ivy’s absence.
Then Ty discovers that Ivy will also be working at the camp, and Axel has known all along. Ty is sure it’s going to be a long and painful summer—until Ivy lets on that she’s more interested in him than she ever was in Axel.
This seems like a dream come true, but with Axel jealously watching their every move, the timing couldn’t be worse. What’s more, Ty has committed to not having sex until he’s married, and at seventeen, Ivy’s not prepared to be celibate for years, but she’s far from ready to walk down the aisle.
Is this summer Ty and Ivy’s chance at happily ever after—or would they be better off saving each other for later?
Save Me (For Later) is a full-length, standalone romantic comedy. It features PG-13 rated sexual content, swearing, no cliffhanger, no cheating, and a swoon-worthy happily ever after.

Both Ty and Ivy already stole pieces of my heart when I first met them in previous books, so I was superexcited for their story! Frankly, I didn't know what to expect, but this... wasn't it. I had no idea how these two strong characters could end up together, considering how different their personalities are, but their journey was equally entertaining, heartwrenching, and heartwarming to watch. I loved to see these two getting together! Bonus Dad-points for Felix! He is one of my favorite characters in this series, and I appreciated how he and Jenna supported their son without (s)mothering him.
I love these characters, this series, and Janci and Megan.
I can't believe how long it took me to read this book. Simply because I forgot about it. It got lost in the shuffle as I add books almost daily.
I love that these two characters - the protagonists, who I literally watched grow up in previous books, had great arcs. I love the resilience, the hope, the forgiveness, the patience, the understanding, and the many shades and flavors of love that were present in this novel.
I cannot believe I am moving on to the final book of the series.
Ty is so precious. I love his innocent heart. It took me a while to realize he was Jenna’s little toddler all grown up, but in light of that knowledge, I’m not the least bit surprised he grew up to be such a sweetheart. His parents come into play just the tiniest bit in this book and that was enough to make me remember why I love them so much.
Ivy is the child of familiar past characters as well and while she doesn’t seem at all like she would be a good match for Ty, they end up being surprisingly compatible. I love how complex their relationship is. Once again, the authors have done a spectacular job layering traits until these characters are heartstoppingly real. I enjoyed this book immensely, as I have the entire series. I can't wait for the next one!
