I'm starting to realize there are certain self-help books that I don't need. I already am great at living in the moment, appreciating the little things, and not getting hung up on what people think. The type of person this book was aimed at is some overworked, successful Type A person that is killing at the capitalist game but out of touch with the self that isn't related to work. I did like that the author worked in some yoga philosophy, though. I'm not familiar, so that was interesting for me.
