He hates to want her. She wants to hate him.

Ace Jagger swept into my life like a storm. Dark and dangerous, he’s the bad boy with no conscience. But I can’t stay away. No matter how much I try.
It started as a game. A sick, twist plan for revenge. But Remi Tanner buried her way under my skin and the lines have started to blur.

He’s cruel.
I want her.

Calculating.
I need her.

In the end, I never stood a chance.
In the end, I’ll prove she’s the only thing that matters.

Because Remi might be a Sterling Prep princess, and I might be the guy from the wrong side of the tracks, but one thing's for sure... I won’t stop until I get what I want.

Her.

This boxset contains Taunt Her and Tame him. It is a dark high school bully romance. If possessive, tattooed, motorcycle-riding alphaholes aren't your thing, you probably won't like this book!

Bad Boy meets “Good Girl” get ready for a wild ride.

In this Duet of Ace and Remi you are thrown into the world of the wrong side of the tracks where gangs rule and shady crap happens. Ace hates his uncle wants nothing to do with their move to the ritz end of town where no crime happens, people live in mansions larger than life, but Ace quickly sees a way to get at his uncle through Remi. What Ace wasn’t ready for was Remi herself. She may seem like a Princess but she is far from it, she’s strong, stubborn and knows her worth. Remi and Ace have a pull toward one another there are many obstacles that they go through will it be enough to keep them together? Read it for your self… YOU WILL NOT be disappointed. Loved this book and about to dive into Hadley and Cole.

Thanks Caitlyn this is my first book by you and you didn’t disappoint. Loved the twist and turns of the story. I have to say the final mic drop took be a bit to figure out but when it hit.. man you did good! Thanks looking forward to Cole and Hadley.

Book 1:
Ace is forced to move in with Rich Uncle James along with his twin brothers Connor and Cole.
Remi’s Mom is dating James and he is a good father figure to her.

Ace truly does taunt Remi throughout this book until she falls for him and he reluctantly falls for her too. Her kind and innocent nature break down the walls of this bad boy but of course a twist pops in at the end.

Loved the steamy scenes and all characters we are introduced too!

Narration was great and really brought the story to life!

Book 2:
I liked that they didn’t prolong Remi’s anger. It’s annoying when you spend a whole book with the H and h in conflict as opposed to being on the same team.

We get the intense and steamy conclusion to Ace and Remi’s story. There’s nothing like a bad boy going soft for his girl and I loved every minute of it!

Narration was great and really brought the scenes to life!

Do yourself a favor and download the bonus scene of Connor, Hadley and Cole from the scene in Ch 12 🥵. I think you can find on authors website or FB page.

trouble bad boy

I liked this book. But I didn’t love it.
Ace and his twin bothers move in with their uncle after their mom OD’d.
Remi is the daughter of the woman their uncle is seeing.
Ace is your ultimate bad boy. He’s definitely described pretty well as such.
He likes Remi buts wants to use her against his uncle but goes back and forth and what to do and if he should go or not.
If this happened to me high school or not I don’t think I could go back to a guy after lying and doing what he did to her.
He loves her and wants to be better but everyone knows theirs always that one bad boy you want to change. I think Ace did better and it ended ok. But it made me sad of such an amazing girl going through what she did. I’m not sure if I’ll continue through the books of each couple. But we will see. I definitely want to under Cole (one of the twins) more. Again I liked this book but It’s just not a reread for me. I do recommend it for anyone to read it once.

Taunt her is book one the in Rebels at Sterling Prep and book one in Ace's duet.

This was my first Caitlyn Dare series and started my love for their writing. Even now with my reread it still sucks me in.

Ace is the bad boy from the side of tracks, after losing their mother to an overdose him and his twin brothers Cole & Conner move into their Uncle's million dollar home in the in the bay.
Remi's mother is dating James, Ace's uncle and becomes the target of Ace's revenge. But Remi's life isn't all that it seems and Ace soon realises that she isn't the girl he thought she was.

While this book is mainly about Ace and his plot line we get both his an Remi's POV.

—————————————
Tame him is book two in the Rebels of Sterling Prep and the final book of Ace’s duet.

Tame him picks up where the the cliffhanger of Taunt her ends.

With unresolved questions and secrets building Tame him continues with the angst between Ace and Remi. But there is more to this story than just relationship troubles.

The slow burn plot comes to a head along with the sub plots and moments of chaos ensue. It’s an edge of your seat kind of read at moments. Very easy to binge like most of Dare’s books.

Continuing with dual POV’s there is more focus on Remi’s issues throughout this book.

Ending with a teaser of what’s to come in Hadley’s story makes this book flow perfectly into the next.

I absolutely loved this book (duet).
Ace was such an angry man and who can blame him after the life he lead and making sure his twin brothers were looked after and fed.
I hated what he did that night to Remi as she didn’t deserve his anger he was taking it out on her instead of going to James.
Personally I would have made him beg for forgiveness more as he broke her heart, yet at the same time I understand how broken he was and that’s all he knew how to do.
I’m still confused about the Donny situation and letting him go and I think Cole made a deal when he picked him up that night so now Cole is involved instead of Ace but let’s see, going on to Cole’s book now and he is the one I really want to understand as he is so different to Ace & Connor and seems so scary but I bet there is a sad and scared little boy in there from how he suffered as a kid.

Caitlyn Dare is fast becoming one of my favorite authors. After reading the whole series of Heirs of All Hallows and then jumping straight to Sterling Prep, I do know a bit about the writing style of the author which is what actually drew me towards her other books after reading All Hallows. The books are spicy, full of angst and the way MMC falls over for the FMC is something to be read about. It is always a fun ride whenever I pick up a book by Caitlyn and will definitely keep you on your toes the whole time.

loved it!

This was a fantastic read, it’s long and has a really in-depth well thought out storyline. Loved the characters, the Jagger boys with their bad boy edginess along with the preppy rich boys and girls.
I love this style of writing, the emotion and detail, also with the suspense and twists were honestly perfection.I was completely intrigued and didn’t put the book down until the very last word and what a cliff hanger ending it was.
Overall I loved it!

Criminal a hole no thanks.

Hated Ace by chapter 5 so DNF. Nothing cute about an ungrateful, selfish a hole criminal who bullies and disrespects women. Sure the author will get to part where his uncle is a villain and he has redeemable characteristics but if the h will accept this piece of garbage already feeling heat, then I'm good.

Can't respect her for vibing with him already it's gross.

I liked Ace and Remi but I was really drawn to Cole Jagger. I’m glad that he is getting his own book because I definitely need more of him. I enjoyed this duet but wanted more of the suspense that happened at the end.

This is the 1st 2 books. It was good. I liked that Remi didn't take any shit from Ace and found a sibling like relationship with Connor and Cole.

Nothing makes me happier than finding a good series totally unexpectedly, filled with angst, real world emotions but dramatic ways of displaying them, and overall characters that are EASY TO LOVE. And that is exactly what Caitlyn Dare created here in the Sterling Prep series.

The series starts with Ace and Remi and their whirlwind. I love the idea of “I hate you but NO ONE else can treat you badly, you’re mine.” And Ace here is the KING of this mindset through out the book. The bad boy falling for the “good” girl. But things aren’t as they seem, you can’t put people in a box upon first glance, and their epic romance spans over 2 books. Do yourself a favor and pick up this series on Kindle Unlimited today!

Cole’s book is next which I am anxiously anticipating to devour this weekend but the truth is I know Conner is the one who is going to hold my heart out of these 3 brothers. I cannot wait to get to his books!
