I was on the trail of a suspect I’d been pursuing when Grace Adams got to him before I did. Ugh! No. No. No!
This is supposed to be a romance, no? So please explain to me why it is necessary to insert a scene in the first chapter of Hero flirting & having sex with OW????
WHY? Why is it necessary to have these scenes in a ROMANCE that is supposed to be about the MCs? Are we supposed to realize the dude is good at f***g? That he can get off with just about anyone? That he can't keep it in his pants? That it's okay and endearing to keep it in the family where it will constantly have reminders? Or perhaps scenes like that was to show readers that sex is sex and heroine is nothing special...
Ugh! I want to scream in frustration because I read a bit of a preview that a friend sent me (only she neglected to send me this part!) and I really loved the fact that this had a kick-ass heroine and an alpha hero who were really good together. But incorporating that crap in the beginning? Well...that's a quick way to turn me off!

When LAPD meets NYPD it gives some serious steamy electric currents and action packed fire!
This family in this series is the best, a family to dream and strive to be. I have a major addiction to the Kind boys and all of the other characters as well.
Simon is the forever bachelor who cannot or will not be tamed.
Simon's best friend was murdered when he was 13, solving his murder is why he became a detective and made it his life goal to find the killer.
Grace’s parents were murdered, she also shares the same goals as Simon, their two peas in a pod and YES this book is fire.
I love everything about Sandi Lynn’s book with one small suggestion to slow down the bedroom scenes, no skipping these scenes we love to read and savor.
This book is fire, the twists, turns, suspense and mystery is amazing!!! Newly addicted fan here!

Kinda hate how simon is upset about his brother having girls. Using the terms like “p***y sperm” sounded degrading too. Simon was my least favourite among the kind brothers!!

What a book! Sandi Lynn truly outdid herself with this installment in the Kind Brothers’ series, between the characters, the twists, and the cliffhanger at the end – I was on the edge of my seat throughout the entire read! Simon is haunted by the murder of his childhood best friend, and after getting shot during his latest case, he is struggling to recuperate. When he goes to track down the guy who shot him, he’s surprised to find out that someone else, a woman, is also hunting him and he comes face to face with her when Simon finds them, and he saves her. Grace is on the hunt to avenge her family, although she’s extremely secretive and skilled at what she does. While she typically works alone, she decides to work with Simon when they find out they are after the same people, and as they get to know each other, they both have this attraction and chemistry with each other that can’t be matched. Without giving anything away, this is a definite must read, and between the family dynamic as well as the twist and turns that go back to both Simon and Grace’s childhoods, I couldn’t get enough of this book. I was so excited to also see that thanks to the cliffhanger we will be getting more Kind Brothers content and I can’t wait to see what Sandi Lynn takes these characters next!

Excellent, unpredictable characters
I loved the characters of Simon, the police officer who got shot and recovers, but struggles to stay put, especially when he meets his female double, Grace, who is even more out of control on her actions than him, more susceptible.
Despite a lot of lies and deaths, the story is an excellent romantic comedy.
The continuation of the series on the Kind family seems very mysterious when reading the last chapter.

Simon had a hard time with relationships. He told Grace he was a non-committal man. When your parents are on marriage 3 and 4, it makes sense to question relationships. When he meets Grace, he starts to feel things he never gave himself a chance to feel. She is perfect for him. I love when she tells him he is being dramatic. Simon has never looked at another woman the way he looks at Grace. She is his other half. She is a great detective and lives by her own rules. Whatever it takes to get the job done. A lot of things are going on in this story and Simon and Grace are in the middle of every one. They work together to get the bad guys. They are great partners both in bed and out.
Once again family plays such a significant role in this story. The bonds these brothers share is like no other. Although they struggle with relationships, they have all found that one who can show them what it means to find the one. Sandi Lynn’s female characters are all so strong and Grace is no different. She calls Simon out whenever he steps out of line. But Simon is dealing with feelings for her he never felt before. But after her assignment is over will she stay in California or return to her uncle in Washington. Will Simon admit to his feelings and let her know or will he let her go. Will he keep holding back from relationships using the excuse that his parent’s never showed them what a good healthy relationship is, or will he take a chance on love as his brother’s did and experience the same kind of love they now share with their partners.

“Four of a Kind” Kind Brothers, Book 4 by Sandi Lynn

I absolutely loved Grace’s character. She had me howling with laughter…
Grace is on a mission… A mission to find those who were just pure evil and who were destroying the lives of the innocent. She never planned on meeting him again but damn did it feel good. 20 years later and he still had the same gorgeous smile. Those eyes that she would never forget. He didn’t remember who she was but that’s ok... he would soon enough…
Simon became a detective to protect and serve the innocent. His best friend Drew was taken from him and he would stop at nothing to find the killer.
He could not have prepared himself for what happened. Who was this woman? She was beyond gorgeous and her fighting skills were off the charts. She was in danger and he had to protect her.
Staying with Simon under one roof was going to be difficult. He still had no clue who she was and the reasons for her being there. She was drawn to him on a level she has never experienced before. Could she let her self-go for just a moment and feel again? Will he forgive her when he finds out she lied to him?
This was such a good book. So much story to read. I love a book with a duel POV because I feel what the characters feel. This book is full of angst, drama, heartbreak, forgiveness and so much passion and love. The ending had me chewing nails… Brilliantly written.
What will be next…. Ooooo Shaun…. I know for a fact the next book is going to be INTENSE!!! Jenni better watch out ;)

Loved Grace & Simon's story! The story will tug on your heart tings and take you on an emotional roller coaster in the best possible way. Their chemistry was off the charts. Beautifully written and heartfelt. Holy crap at the end of the book there's a twist I definitely didn't see coming!!

Omfg this book was absolutely fantastic.
I have to say Simon and Graces story just grips you. Simon is the sexy detective in the LAPD who gets wounded on the job. His two main goals are to find an evil drug dealer and find who murdered his best friend. One day he speaks with his CI to get information about Ives right hand man doing his dirty work while he hides like a coward. When Simon gets the information where he’s hiding and the CI said I hope you get to him before she does. Simon goes to the warehouse and sees him in the process of getting beaten to a pulp by a woman so Simon draws his gun and demand that she dropped her gun and when she turned around Simon has just encountered the most gorgeous woman. Simon asked who she was and she replied detective Grace Adams from NYPD.
Grace I trying to get Ives too but she has a big secret behind it. When she was 10 years old her father was a detective and he put Ives father away in prison now his son and mussel are seeking revenge. Graces family home was burned to the ground but she managed to escape and called her uncle for help. A few years later her grandfather was killed and then was raised by her adoptive uncle who brought her to his family home in Japan and trained her to fight. One night while grace was on duty came home and found her husband of three months was murdered in their bed. Now Grace is out to get revenge on the murders of the people she loved.
It’s such a fantastic story it will pull you in from the very first page I could tell a bit more on it but I don’t want to ruin the whole story for people. Sandi has done an outstanding job with Simon and Grace’s story now onto Shaun in book 5.

The Fourth Brother in the Kind Series will shoot your socks off !! The way off the charts chemistry between Simon Kind and Grace Adams will blow your mind !!
With both of them NOT looking for a relationship and being workaholics who only have time for chasing criminals .. who would have thought it COULD work. But we all know Sandi loves to through in a few road block in her stories and this one is no different .. living on opposites end of the continent for starters .. how could that work along with everything else ?? BUT she DOES !!
With Grace looking to destroy the person who destroyed her family and Simon looking for the individual that shot him and also Drew’s murderer feeling might get in the way .. so when Grace shows her ability to handle things on her own Simon knows deep down she is the one and it scares him to death and we all know how the Kind Brothers get when they realize they are in LOVE !! And yes Simon deserves soap in his mouth for the words that come out to Grace ..
Can he redeem himself and get her back ?? Will the family need to help out ?? Such an awesome continuation of the Kind Brothers and can’t wait for MORE !!

Four Of A Kind by Sandi Lynn is the fourth book in the Kind Brothers and its my absolute favorite in this series. It has a little bit of mystery, a little bit of suspense, a whole lot of love. I did not expect this storyline, but couldn't of been more thrilled by it.
We meet Simon and Grace in this story. Grace is a badass detective of the NYPD and the woman we all wish we could be. Simon is the detective of the LAPD and the man we all wish was ours.
Grace is a fighter, survivor and one strong woman. Simon is my kind of hero, brave, tenacious and he loves with his whole heart. The chemistry between Simon and Grace is off the charts.
Lily is so funny and she had me in stitches. I just could not stop laughing.The relationship that developed between Simon and Grace was amazing. Simon needed a strong woman, and Sandi Lynn delivered one with Grace who went beyond all expectations. Aside from the Kind family relationship, these brothers are a real family support. Sandi Lynn never loses her grip on her novels.0 Fantastic writing and storyline. Absolutely loved the ending. Definite five star rating!!

Can a work injury keep Simon down? He knew what he wanted to be from a young boy. He followed that path and years later he is still there putting his life on the line to free the soul of his childhood friend.
He is the last brother that has not found his person and swears he never will. The family keeps growing more babies and their surprise new neighbor keeps the Kind brothers on alert.
Simon can't be held down he is still waiting for clearance to return to work, but his mind never stops thinking about the bad guys. He is a hands on kind of guy and does some field.work to.try and aid his partner in finding the where abouts of the top guy in the case.
There is a new girl that shows up basically in his back yard that has secrets from her past and we hope she can change his lifestyle. You will have to read to see how this all plays out and a few surprises at the end.

Grace is a bad ass detective looking into the same case Simon is working on. She of course saves the day by beating the crap out of a few of the guys tailing her. Plus she easily takes out the head honcho and all of his men pretty much single handedly.
The night Simon met her he invites her to stay in his home since her hotel was trashed and the mob is on her tail. I think it was within 24 hours before they slept together. Then once the case was solved Simon starts to feel antsy and suggest to Grace that he can help her find a place to live. Pretty much letting her know it was time for her to go.
What he hadn't expect was that she took him literally and she left town. Suddenly all within days it seems he realizes what he lost and how much he loved her. She comes back and now is his partner. They have a case that has been going on for months and the first night Grace works to set up to catch the killer she nabs him with no problems. This was so farfetched and not at all realistic. Sadly crimes don't get solved that easily. This series is a repetitive same shit different day. Next is the brother they didn't know they had. Dad sure knows how to be a father...NOT

Book 4 was incredible!
This story was so amazing! It's the last of the quadruplet brothers books. This one was all about Simon Kind, Homicide Detective for LAPD. It started right after he was shot by a guy he'd been searching for. Then a month later while still on medical leave, he heard from someone that the perpetrator was seen at a local warehouse. When he got there, he found a gorgeous woman standing over him after she apparently went Ninja on him. She introduced herself as Detective Grace from the NYPD. She's been searching for these criminals for years since they hurt her personally.
Holy cow! These two go through so much together. Loved catching up with the other 3 of the quadruplet brothers and their families. Really got into what's going on for the next story! Bring it on! Enjoy

Simon finally took notice from a lady named Grace. Grace worked for the FBI and was in the middle of solving a crime. Grace was a well trained officer and she did things to bring down the people who were doing criminal things and killed most of them with Marshall Arts. They got together and Grace told Simon what happened with her dead husband how the criminals killed him because she was investigating them . Simon finally took notice from a lady named Grace. Grace worked for the FBI and was in the middle of solving a crime. Grace was a well trained officer and she did things to bring down the people who were doing criminal things and killed most of them with Marshall Arts. They got together and Grace told Simon what happened with her dead husband how the criminals killed him because she was investigating them . Well what can I say.... I just love this series.
Sandi Lynn does not disappoint again.
Loved Simon & Grace's story, when I was reading I did not want to put it down (shame I have a job to go to 🤣)
Simon Kind is a detective for the LAPD and Grace Adams is NYPD, put these two together and it's magic.
What I loved is that these two had a brief past that I did not expect and it worked well within the story.
Why are these Kind me so stubborn and let themselves be miserable till they realise when it's nearly too late.
This series is a must read and now I am look forward to Shaun's story 😁 this one will be really interesting to read.

What a surprise ending😲
Shaun, is the fifth brother. That means he was stolen at birth. And lied to his entire life. I cannot wait to read his story. Simon and Grace are so good together. Grace is a total bad ass. A much better directive than Simon. She does all the work, and he gets the credit. Especially when she killed Ives, the guy that murdered her family. But together they are a pair. This story was a nice read despite all the times bro, and touching shoulders, and smirks were mentioned. Those were mentioned so many times that I found myself skipping over them, to avoid reading it. Overall I love their family dynamics. So much love!

I really loved this more police touch of this novel. In Addition to the romance being well built and the chemistry between Grace and Simon, the story itself is very exciting! Knowing if the two protagonists will be together and at the same time discovering the mysteries about the cases that the two are investigating makes everything more engaging. Aside from the Kind family relationship, these brothers are a real family support. Sandi Lynn never loses her grip on her novels and this one deserves five stars.

Grace comes into his life and she realizes they had met as teenagers. The dramas in her life connect her to Simon on a professional level. Love their chemistry. I love the way that all the brothers are always there for each other and the girls have become best friends. Keep the Kind brothers coming Sandi Lynn.

The Kind brothers have a relationship between the 4 of them and their families that is like no other. Many would do anything to have a tribe that strong cheering them on in life. The trials and tribulations Simon and Grace go through to make and keep their connection rivals what the other 3 had to go through to get their HEAs. Unique situations pop up throughout this book that keep you rooting for Simon and Grace until the last situation that pops up... that brings in a whole new dynamic for the Kind family!

Holy cow! This is by far my favourite of the Kind Series so far.
The chemistry between Simon and Grace is off the charts!
Grace is a badass detective of the NYPD and the woman we all wish we could be. Simon is the detective of the LAPD and the man we all wish was ours....
Be prepared for the banter between them that will leave you laughing so hard. These two are the perfect match.

I was totally blown away by this book. I did not expect the storyline, but couldn't of been more thrilled by it. This book held my attention from beginning to end and I had a hard time putting it down. The relationship that developed between Simon and Grace was amazing. I knew he woukd need a strong woman, but Grace went beyond all expectations. Fantastic writing and storyline. Absolutely loved the ending. Definite five star rating!!

Four of a Kind
What an exciting story, another Kind brothers adventure, this one probably being the most, intense with drama, due to Simon being a Detective and all. There is so much unknown happening, so many emotions, bad people, murderers in this story, but it’s full of twists and turns. Bring in a few more by an out of state detective, yes her own motive for being here. Great, intense, exciting adventure. Loved it❤️

Absolutely loved this book.
Loved the storyline between Simon and Grace. Loved the connection between them both. So glad Simon has his lady now too and so glad Grace fits in so well. Not that I doubted it because they are a wonderful Family. I love them all.
So happy that Henry got a Daughter for a change although not sure how old he is. Lol.
Really enjoying this series and now can't wait for the next installment.

Loved Simon’s story, it has everything love, thrills, bad guys, murder mysteries and an ending leaving you hanging for the next book. Simon & Grace are total couple goals & the perfect addition to the Kind brothers series. I loved getting to know Simon & Grace whilst the stories also developed for the previous 3 brothers books. Not so patiently waiting for the next installment, totally hooked on this series, just like everything else Sandi Lynn has written.

I have read every book by this author And have enjoyed each. This series have been 1 of the best. The Characters, the story lines, the humor Made each book a very interesting read. I was so glad to learn that there would be a book 5 and 6. Each book can be read independently however if you have not Read The previous books, starting with 1 of a kind, please do so. Sometimes you just need to get go of your stubborness and recognize love in front of you. But Simon Kind is too stubborn and scared especially after he felt that he made a pact with his brothers which they have broken but he needs to strick to it and not thinking about how wrong and unhappy he is now. Simon finally got his love and also found out who killed hiß bestie, they very case that made him become a detective.... And how there's a fifth brother.. and he comes for revenge.
