**I listened to this on Audible**
Another one added to the harem of men lol well maybe two? Price is still entertaining and I throughly enjoy her banter. Sad to know this will end after the next book. I love reading about this group!
Still waiting for Nikki to bite the dust. She’s even more insufferable in this one. Also wonder if there is or will be a series for Cait? I’d love to read that!
Only complaint I have is that there is no group playtime lol

A Force to be Reckoned With 💪🏽
Chris Price is force to be reckoned with. Literally. This book came out with all of the stops.
Chris is stuck in Faye and her guys are on a mission to get her back. It requires essentially breaking and entering into the Vatican. Two demons, a Vampire and a half angel....what could go wrong?
When the guys are successful, not everyone makes it out. When they are able to communicate with Chris back on Faye, they realize her situation is more severe than they thought. She is unable to come back to Earth until her spell is broken or her soul will be lost.
Along with a change of teams, Brennen is surprisingly helpful and is now included in Chris' family of misfits. We don't see any romance at all between the two of them, so I'm unsure what the outcome of this friendship will be. Lucifer on the other hand is a dreamy wildcard. Another one (which makes 5), Chris has now claimed so I think its only a matter of time before they make it official.
Chris has had enough. This book is Chris way to get her life back on track. No more games, no more roundabouts. She's done with it all. She wants her guys and her pizza shop. She is determined for this whole Apocalypse thing to be over with. Mammon has it coming and Chris is officially on a war path.

It was a very busy and compact book. But it was so busy and fast paced that it was hard to read sometimes. The war is starting to pick up and bad guys are being revealed.
Harem: Mal (Vampire), Sabian (Incubus), Aaron (half angel), Ezra (prince demon), Lucifer (self-explanatory), Brennan (mage)

I received an advanced reader copy of The Price of Souls in exchange for an honest review
4.5 Stars
★ – didn’t like/DNF
★★ – was okay, but I probably won’t look for any sequels
★★★- was good, I’ll likely read the next one
★★★★ – I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was great and I’ll definitely be looking for any sequels
★★★★★ – I loved it so much I’m adding the paperback to my cart right now
I love this series; the only downside is that they’re short, but I also love that Dakota sticks to a length she is confident in rather than trying to drag it out so achieve a longer length.
Favourite line: “In fact, there was probably only one demon who wanted access to his bedroom, and I was going to shank her if she showed up again”. 😂😂
Unlike the others, this one isn’t as fast paced but it still gets going quick. We pick up pretty much where we left off in The Price of Magic with the guys going to the Vatican in order to retrieve an artifact to help Chris, but Ezra gets captured.
The rest of the book centres around stopping the soul stealing and trying to get Ezra back. We also see Chris claim two more to add to her harem and boy is that entertaining! I’m definitely looking forward to the next book. Wait no I’m not it’s supposed to be the last one, isn’t it? Nooooo hahaha
I’ll definitely reread when it launches and I will be buying paperbacks once the series is complete because whilst the books in this series are shorter than I’d like they’re on point.

Happy to pay the Price.
I love this series, with its cheeky and irreverent humour, fast pace, and characters with so much personality that you can almost see and hear them as you read.
Chris Price seems to not only attract trouble, but also powerful demons/vampires/nephilim/mages, and now she's attracted the attention of the ruler of Hell as well. Getting free of the soul-sucking curse, making her way back to her own realm, destroying the soul battery, and freeing her Prince of Hell from the clutches of a megalomaniacal archangel is all in her to-do list, as well as eating, sleeping, and reconnecting with her men. All she wants to do is to make pizza, make love, and *not* have to war with both Heaven and Hell.
I cannot wait to see what the final installment has for us, but I hope that when it's time for Michael, Mammon, and Nikki to get their comeuppance, it's not as mercifully quick as Elsa's. Honestly, that woman got off lightly.

Totally enjoyable!!
I have been devouring each book as fast as my overly busy schedule allows.. even putting off some laundry and house cleaning for later and basking in the pleasures of reading for hours!! Highly recommend the series!!
I love this MFC --- strong willed, sarcastic, intelligent, sexy, possessive of each of her men, and expanding her harem as she finds more hot males in need of some Price magic in their existence.
Story is exquisitely enjoyable and mesmerizing as they face down and battle arch angels, demonic kings, evil mages, and a few monsters to take down the evil apocalyptic plot.

HOLY SMOKES!!
Each book gets better & better! The world building is phenomenal, yet unlike other authors, Dakota does not stop, she expands on the world throughout the entire series. The character development is richly done as well - there is no stagnation nor repetition.
The FMC is sassy, knows she is sassy, owns her sassiness and makes it her most formidable asset. It has been thoroughly enjoyable reading this series, my first by Dakota Brown. So sad I have only 1 book left!

Gah! I love this series!
Lucifer never fails to make me laugh. While I am a Christian, I am not Catholic, so the Vatican doesn’t have any significant influence on my life. That being said, them making a mess and unleashing horrors was my favorite part. I’m curious to see how it affects Rome in the next book. The only part I struggled with was when Mammon attacked Lucifer. I wasn’t even sure what was happening until Chris left hell. I also love that all the hellhounds are at her house. Definitely recommend this book and the rest of the series.

I feel like im an addict waiting for my next hit now that i have to wait for the 5th book. So that should say how much i loved these books i'm so invested in our lovely leading Lady and her men. I am compleatly team mage at the moment i so want to see him fit into this unique family. So i'm not going to say much about whats happening i'll just say join the team and fall in love with these books you'll not regret it.

Price is back to try and stop the Apocalypse. Mal and Aaron and Sabian and Ezra all go looking for a book to help Price. They get the book and save Price. Ezra gets trapped and left behind. The rest of them have to make a trip to hell. Price must save the souls that are trapped. Will Price and her men get Ezra back? Will they finally be able to stop Mammon? Read the book to find out. Still enjoying the series.

Highway to Yum
Decadence. It layers every page in this book. Subtlety has flown the coop as the fox is most certainly in the henhouse. The artistry with which the connections and nuances between characters is written is pure mastery level. With all of that said you might think this is too serious of a read but you'd be wrong. Another Great Addition!
This series has turned out to be one of my favorites. Regardless of subject matter, the character personalities and actions are so realistic and relatable. Our FMC is a total badass with the mouth of a salty old sailor and skills worthy of her company. Her compassion is a perfect complement to her fierceness, and I so wish she really existed!

Price of Souls was Awesome
This pick up right where it left off in the last book. I really like how the relationship are progressing with her men. You get to see more about who they are and how they tick. The story is also moving along as well. You get some answer to some questions you may have had and new as well. Over all it was a good book. I am look forward to the next one.

Takes the hits and keeps coming
This cast of characters just keeps going. Lol. So who's feeding and cleaning up after about 100 hell hounds? And why is Lucifer himself so interested now? And riding around in an exorcist's body? Hopefully we will find out soon. if Chris and her crew ever get more than a few hours go themselves.

The bigger they are the hardy fall am I right. Dang that ending. I am so ready for book 5! I have no idea how the author is going to wrap this up in one book and I've got to say I'm so excited for this. Usually by now i know what's going to happen or a general idea

This book gave me every feel, and it has taken 4 books but the mate thing stopped enjoying me.
Lucifer oh my my my, and even though Brennan is not my cup of tea, he deserves it so much so I'm hoping here!
Book 5 will be the end of this series and with everything going on at the moment I have a feeling it will be one h€ll of a ride!

This series is seriously keeping momentum, and I’m super impressed.
I’m so very intrigued by everything that’s happened so far and I am Really looking forward to how things pan out in the end.
I’m a little impatient to find out so I’m just going to leave it at that and get on to the last book, I think.

love it!!
I have literally binged all the books till now. Haven’t left a comment because I just wanted to get to the next part. Very entertaining, I have found that many RH novels tend to make it all about the sex with very little else. I love that there’s a balance in your books, yes those steamy parts are there but there’s more to it then that.

Great Series
I seriously love this series! I have read one book after the other with no breaks! I saw someone comment that the use of “mate” so much was annoying. I agree, but I think it is supposed to be. The main character is out there and that is one of her weird quirks. Anyway, I recommend!

There's so many good reviews on here I don't have anything to add except for the audiobook format which finally somehow the narrator's got the message to get their s*** in gear and it's much better this go around. Especially the male narrator who's actually keeping the character and not doing some weird all of a sudden I'm a real demon narrating this book voice

I have stayed up wayyyy past my bedtime just so I can stay with Chris and her guys. I just love their dynamic and relationship. I love Chris Sass and unwavering love for them!

Absolutely love the story. Being from North East of England the use of "mate" is amusing.

Action packed!

Such fun!
I have enjoyed every page of this series. The characters have depth, and the dialogue is completely entertaining. Both the relationships and love scenes are very well done. I kinda want to be Chris Price when I grow up.

Price really has her hands full. Man the characters hadn't even had time to catch their breath. I am glad Brennan is truly free. I kinda want my own hellhound. This is also going to be interesting with Lucifer. Sorry if this review is all over the place.
