This book came at the right time for me. Some practical advice and I lot to think about. I keep it by my bed and dip in and out of it regularly. Fab xx

I bought this book thinking it would be similar to other self help books i’ve read and loved but honestly the hardest book to read. It didn’t take me long to realise the target audience was more for those in the corporate world. I didn’t find the book very relatable and felt that a lot of the concepts dragged out over many pages using the same ideas repeated with different words. I think the concepts were good but felt a bit narrow minded and attempted to appeal to a wide audience but failed on a personable level. Some might like it but definitely wasn’t for me!
