She has spent her life living on the margins, inviting the creative spirits of others to come out and play. Shereen teaches people how to express themselves with confidence and authenticity, and she helps people live their Creative Missions by guiding them to build thriving platforms that are as impactful as they are unique.
Shereen has been an art educator since she was 18 years old. Her love for creativity and desire to help the most marginalized youth are what drove her to earn a master’s in urban education with advanced specializations in the visual arts. Her love for waking up the creative spirit of others (or what she likes to call remembering their Creative Mission) led her to become an art teacher in inner city schools and paint murals with communities all around the world. After quitting her job as a teacher to start a nonprofit, she realized that she still wasn’t living her own Creative Mission. While she loved the impact that she could have on
her students, she knew that her Creative Mission was bigger than that.
Called by the desire to engage in her own creative work, she started Radiant Wildheart in 2016. It was then that she discovered that community- building actually was her creative work. By helping people to identify their passions and create a life around them, she soon found herself immersed in a community with thousands of people, with more joining every day. Her global following of loyal creatives, whom she calls Wildhearts, are longing to make a positive and creative impact on the world. She believes that everyone deserves access to the revolutionary healing power of the arts.

I've been working with Shereen for a few years and I was very excited when I heard she was writing a book! All of her workshops, trainings, etc. have helped me grow on a very deep level. Everything she creates has her own magic infused within. The quality is superb. I was anticipating her book to be held to the same standards. I did not anticipate it to exceed my expectations!
First of all, the book is beautiful! The color scheme and the artwork throughout are absolutely gorgeous! You can feel the magic just by skimming through the pages. You can tell a lot of time and love was put into this creation.
I haven't even finished the book yet, but I already feel things shifting. I feel more connected to my creative side than ever before. I feel fired up about my life in new and exciting ways. This book has awakened something in me I didn't know was being neglected. I love how Shereen talks about various ways of being creative and that ultimately our biggest creation is our life.
The stories she shares and the examples she provides really makes tangible action steps possible. This isn't a book that just talks about how great it is to live your creative mission but a book that shows you how to live your creative mission. I could go on and on about how inspired I feel, but I will leave it at this. I highly recommend this book for anyone who feels they need a boost in areas where you may feel stuck. You won't regret your purchase! May your enjoy the journey!

I am someone who never thought I could be an artist. Shereen helped me see myself not only as an artist who creates art but as an artist who IS art.
Through her colorful words, relatable stories, and helpful exercises, I began to see my soul shining through all the stories I had told myself about my incapabilities.
I recognized the artist within who has been here all along, just waiting for me to take her hand and set her free to do what she does best - create, imagine, and play.

They barely covered the actual topic of the title. It was more of their experience in the world and how they struggled with identity and their sexuality.
Hardly any real world application to actually awaken your inner artist and live your creative mission.
More about being comfortable within your own body.
I gave it two stars because it still is a very pretty looking book and the pages are very artistic, otherwise it would of easily been 1 or 0.

I liked the author's passion for this subject, and I did feel inspired to be more creative which is great. I was hoping to find something within that would lead me to some ideas of FINDING which creative media I should try; like how even non-traditionally-creative people can end up producing something (if that makes sense). But, the vibe was good and I did enjoy the book.
