This!! This has got to be my favorite book so far! Havana is everything! She has been my favorite for a while the mystery behind why she is the way she is and I wanted to know why. Hermes and Havana these two beautiful souls had to go through hell and back and work at their relationship to get to their HEA but anything worth a damn is worth the hell you go through to get there and that’s what these two did. I really love this authors writing, characters and world building they hit you deep in your soul and you can’t help but feel what they feel and experience everything they do. I can’t wait for more!

The Rathe Chronicles is a paranormal series that its setting is a parallel universe that is called Rathe.

This is book 3 of this series. This story is by far the darkest of them all. It has some very intense situations, violence, abuse, and even rape. Because what Leo did to Havana..for me was rape. That evil piece of shit..I wanted to kill him.

I'm a fan of this series since book 1. The storyline is catchy and each book's plot is very captivating. The author has built a very interesting world with shifters, celestials, fae, underworlders...etc and I'm very intrigued to see some new characters and matings outside the "team shifters". Not that I don't like them.
I actually love them! Shifters are sexy and possessive as hell so their behavior is 🔥

So..a little about this book. Havana is a human female that gets abducted from this asshole named Leo and taken to his territory. There he abuses her and she tries to survives him. His mother is actually a very kind woman who tries to help her until her friends come and save her from her son. And she pays the price for it in the end because Leo being the cold blooded bastard that he is..doesn't even respect his own mother.

Hermes is part of the team that goes to save Havana. During their mission were they bring her back with them he realizes that she is his mate. But she is so scared and she's slowly recovering from everything that she went through with Leo..so basically now she's closed to herself and very reserved.

Hermes and Havana went through hell to find their HEA. I really felt bad for them..but at the same time what they went through made their love even stronger.

This book can be read as a standalone but it is better if you started from the beginning in order to understand the whole storyline. Like how the women found themselves in Rathe? How are they coping? Who are all these friends of Havana that came to her rescue?

The only reason that I gave 4⭐ is because Alexandra writes some of the hottest scenes I've read..and I wanted more of them in this book. Yes I get it..Havana was different because she had trauma but again..🙈 Two sex scenes are not enough for me 😈 Not after what I've read in books 1 & 2 😏

Can't wait for what's next! ❤️

I have waited a long time for this instalment of the Rathe Chronicles.
Havana is a character I had always wanted to know so much about, the little whispers here and there of her made me so intrigued.
Havana's backstory is finally uncovered, knowing why the way she is has really made me fall in love with her more than I ever knew.
Out of the 3 books so far this one is by far my favourite.
So much I want to write but I can't without spoiling it for everyone else.
I need about ten times more books about Havana!!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and the series. I love how Havana overcomes such painful experiences, and I also love the way that Hermès is there for her. The character building and world building are fantastic and the storyline definitely keeps you reading! It is definitely a great read!

There are parts of this book that I did skip due to my personal triggers, but skipping those parts did not in any way lessen my enjoyment of the story. It is a dark story and trigger warnings should be heeded!

This is my favorite book this far, it is (not realistic realistic) but it has some real factors.
Not some you go over in 3 pages and done.

I loved the mystery behind her, why is she so shy.

This isn't just a love story that you read about, no this is a love story that you get to be
a part of, you are there every step of the way.

You see the characters grow, not only individually but also as a couple. They both have gone to
hell and back, had to work hard at their relationship to get it to the point it is.

I really love the Rathe's world and can't wait for the next book.

This book is darker then the previous 2 so be warned.

I also loved how the book ended in this time. This book has a special element that the others
didn't have and I believe that it really adds to their story. It makes them really unique.

Amazing book Alexandra and I cannot wait to see the next one.

I have been eagerly awaiting the book in this series and it most definitely did not disappoint. Each book gets better than the first. Alexandria has created such an amazing world of characters that you cannot help but to become engrossed . Great job and a must read.

This story has triggers
I just loved this story. The way it’s written and the feelings it pulls out of you. I like the way the characters overcome all the bad and traumatizing events of their lives. I love the storyline and the characters. Very well done!!!!

This series keeps getting better. I love the world and the character development. However, this book may have some triggers for some people. She goes through some trauma and we read about it and about her overcoming it. So make sure you are okay with that before getting into it. I loved how these characters overcame her abuse and loved each other.

I am a fan of this series and i have to say this book was my favorite so far!
Lots of triggers be warned violence, abuse, and even rape.
Loved the mystery and loved the struggle and i read this book in a few hours.
Was glued to its pages and couldn't put it down.
Fast paced, dark and beautiful at the same time.
I love how each book in this series has a meaning to it and in this one beside love conquers all we see that what doesn't kill you make you stronger.
Absolutely loved it!
