Maybe One Day

Rate this book
Sometimes life hits us hard enough to leave us laying in bed, staring at the ceiling asking, "Why?".
Though we may hit the very lowest of ourselves in those passing moments, something inside us says we are not done yet.

Hope.

Hope keeps each and every one of us pushing forward.
Hope that we can get that promotion or pay that bill.
Hope that we won't get heartbroken or face rejection.
Hope that we can truly become who we want to be.

Though the path will be full of obstacles and struggles, you will get there... Maybe One Day...

touching and helpful

This book is not only touching, but it’s helped me cope with hardships and realize I’m not alone in the way I think and feel

just ok

This book was just okay…very short and didn’t take long. However, the themes were just kind of redundant. I’ll pass on any of his others

Vale pela mensagem

Identifiquei-me com a mensagem, a escrita é decente, mas o livro em geral não me deixou fã do autor. Tentarei ler mais livros dele.

A collection of hope. Beautifully written poems about life. Life can being you down, but these poems remind you to look towards the future, o where there is a light.

Good for when you're grieving

I related to a lot of this but it isn't what I was looking for. I liked this and it is really good, just not what I'm looking for.

Seemed more like a man complaining about a past relationship than a real poem or book.

"Often, I look at the moon for some answers." ...oh my god, this book brought me to tears.

It feels young, like the author speaks (or spoke) from an almost teenage perspective. But there’s so much truth and honesty in it. That raw emotion right on the skin where you can’t hide it phase of life. I’m interested to see if the author wrote more subsequently.

I love poetry but unfortunately I didn't love this one. I was glad when I finished it. It was kind of all over the place. It seemed more like a teenagers diary then poetry. It went from losing someone to death, having a love of their life, to never having a true love. I just couldn't figure it out. It was rushed. Almost like a highschool writing project.
