Great Story
This story, just like the book before it was awesome!!! These Gideon brothers don't play when it comes to the women that they choose as their better halves. This is what happens to Atlas and his the woman that he chose True. I absolutely love this series and I can't wait for the next book in this series to be released!!!

It just keeps getting better!🔥🔥🔥
Atlas and True were both victims of ruthless psycho Victor. The author, J Nell once again starting from page 1 through these characters takes you on a journey that will tug at every emotion you have. Their story gives you insight to more of the family dynamic and sheds light on new possible love interests and one brothers continued frustrations with a certain female. I could not put this book down until I read it through to the end. And what an ending! through it all this family stays strong and always has each others backs. "Atlas" is a great 2nd installment as the Gideon Saga continues! J. Nell I can't wait for the next book! 😊

OMG so so Good!!!!!!
Where do I start, J. Nell has done it again. Another explosive read that gives you all the feels!!!!! True and Atlas were made for each other. They really are true soul mates! The love, understanding, the way they complete each other is so awesome! To see the brothers come together as well as the kids and Peter was amazing..The action the love scenes, the scenes were ladies show off their skills.... Mannnn.. I love love love these Gideon Brothers and cannot wait for the next installment!!!!!!! Oh yes this book really gave off big D#$k energy and yes it was the Truth!!!!! Get into the Gideon Brothers, you will not be disappointed.

Martyr or badass
Atlas and True belong together. They are each other’s other half. They have a common enemy and an uncommon love. I loved that True was fierce and did not let what happened to her break her. Atlas is loyal, tough and not gentle but he is gentle with True. This story was tough as nails and I loved every single word.

Once again Author J Nell has blessed my soul. I loved the way Atlas loved True. That’s what both of them need considering the childhood both of them had. Two halves of a whole
I don't even know where to start. Atlas and True are so broken but somehow manage to heal and fix each other. The Gideon brothers are fierce warriors, protecting their loved ones. Atlas personifies this. He is everything a woman could want, and exactly what True gets. They are truly a badass couple, who I would want watching my back.

Atlas
This wasn't as good as I thought it would be. You did a lot of repeating as well as grammatical errors. There was not a lick of chemistry between True and Atlas. They just started a relationship. I guess it stands to reason, all their sexual encounters are the same. I wanted it to be chemistry between the two, but was disappointed. I am glad it was explained how they all got to be brothers. I just can't imagine a ten year old watching their mother being raped and father in the condition her was in. Atlas set is the A's and Jag's set is th J's. It is so amazing how much they love each other. Atlas shouldn't have kept things from his brothers. They were attuned to each other. Still love crazy Jag and crazy Savvy. I still would recommend you read this book.

His nightmares taunted him for thirty years!
He was a broken man by what happened to he and his family thirty years prior. At ten years old he witnessed his life change forever. He made a promise and he swore he would keep it. Everything he did was surrounding keeping that promise. He couldn't let his brothers know because he did not want their deaths on his conscience too. When he went to kill the man who stole his legacy, he did not know he was beginning his future of his own. He found the woman who would be his future. True North was a broken woman too. The same man that destroyed Atlas' life, destroyed True's life as well. They were two broken people with the same goal. But it took them a while to be open to each other. Atlas didn't think he would ever fall in love but he did with True. He would rather die than live a life without her. She felt the same way.
True fell hard for the scarred man who saved her and nursed her back to health. I just loved how she checked the mean girls in the bathroom and handed them their azz for disrespecting her man. That scene was priceless. What was also priceless was her coming to her man's aid and having his back when he most definitely needed it and brought back up too.
I loved this story. It was well-plotted only revealing the answers to the questions I had at the end. I loved reading how two broken people came together to heal and love each other. The Gideon brothers are a force to reckon with. There is nothing they aren't willing to do to protect the ones they love. As usual, Peter always comes in to help at the right time. I can't wait to read about the other brothers, especially Jabarri. Will he convert Skai? Will someone else come into his life?
The only problem I had with this book and the first book in the Gideon Brothers series is that it is in serious need of a thorough edit that interferes with the flow of the book. The plot is too good to have bad edits or lack thereof affect this author's creations. If the author can't afford to pay an editor, I'd suggest getting a volunteer ARC team to help out. This author has a great future if this problem of edits is solved.
I see why this story made Facebook's BWSL group's Top 2021 book list.
Favorite book quote: I look over at my husband and reminisce on how so much has changed in this past year or so. I almost died only to be brought back to life by someone who needed to be brought back to life himself. He is my other half, the absolute love of my life.

Intense!
First, I love reading series! This did not disappoint!! Atlas is the 2nd book in the series named The Gideon Brothers.
Atlas was intense and intentional. Wow! When one of these brothers set his eyes on the woman of his future, he won't let her get away!
Lots of childhood trauma to work through for both Atlas and True, but for him ... Wow!!😑 He carried that burden alone and for 38 years!!!
My only issue with this story and it is not limited to this author ... Use body armor!! I mean really?! You have trained super military soldiers who have access to EVERY weapon known and unknown to man; skilled in fighting and battle; sophisticated IT support; helicopters, planes and military and DEA support ... And NOBODY has body armor??!!
Atlas should not had been ready to turn the knob on eternity' door because he took bullets to his body and legs! Hence, body armor!! I can see the point if him seeing his parents and little sister again to ease his mind that, although dead, they were now in a better place and his dad admonishing him to live a full life. Considering that he was in a comma for four weeks perhaps surviving a bullet graze to the head would have suffice. Bottom line ... Body armor! Anybody outfitted with that much fire power must have armored vehicles for person so use AND body armor. Thank you!!

The greatness of the series continues.
Omg! So many outstanding parts and laughs. We get to learn so much more about the Gideon brothers. True was a strong, fearless and triumphant female lead who fit so perfectly with the Gideon Clan. Atlas was a true born hero! 🖤 This book gave me the same joy as JAG in a totally different package. The build up romance, edge of your seat action, with a warm and satisfying story. Love the happy ending and the suspenseful ride to get there. So delighted we got to see more of Savvy and her children/grandchildren blending in so seamlessly with the brothers and how much the brothers have grown to love them all and vice versa. Anytime I get to read more about Peter, the more I adore him. Such a great bonus dad. I live for the date night inspiration! It was such a good read! 10/10 would totally recommend! Truly can't wait to see which brother will be next.

Family Promises!!
Atlas and True had a common enemy in Victor, he did some pretty despicable things while he was climbing to the top and the cartel. Victor was pretty ruthless in leaving no witnesses behind. I’m just happy that Atlas found the will
and the courage to follow through on his plan. I have to say Nerf night was hilarious and as well as the bowling night. There were a few other LOL moments in the book that I enjoyed thoroughly. I cannot wait to see who’s up next and I’m quite sure which ever brother it is, it’s going to be an awesome, read just like this book was. I truly hope it Skies turn. I hope it’s Jabarri!!

This book has a good storyline. I love what Atlas stood for and that he stood on business throughout the whole book till the end. The fighting scenes where chefs kiss in both this and the first book, My favorite parts. Although it’s been a good series so far, I feel like it is going to take me a while to get through the whole series. It doesn’t keep me interested at some points and I just feel like I’m ready to just get through the book and finally finish it at times. I want to finish the series tho but I know it’s not going to be soon. I wouldn’t read book one and two again even though it was good so I’m giving this book a 3star rating.

Again A Bout of Laziness
This writer draws you in with a good story line, likable characters, hot alpha male and a strong female lead. As with the first book, though this one had less errors, get an editor! The typos and the fragment sentences stopped me from giving the book a higher rating.
Okay (said with a deep sigh)…the next one will be better. I won’t give up on the Gideon Brothers yet!

Atlas: The Gideon Brothers
The grumpy antisocial Atlas has gone and fall in love. A promise made as a young boy consumed his whole life, but the love of his life stood in his path. He never saw True coming, derailing every single thing he had promised to do. With his family and True standing with him, he realized he could have it all. This series is getting better and better, and I for one cannot wait for more!!

Good book
The second installment is good and the editing was better. True and Atlas's story was good. Two extremely hurt people who understood one another. Both with the need for vengeance. How the description of True.....lol. She was 5'6", 170 something pounds but wore a size16/18. No ma'am! I'm 5'6", weighing in at185 and I wear a size 12, 14's are too big on my worst bloated day. I do recommend this book though.

Love the series but the typos are distracting
I read JAG & enjoyed it a lot. I'm not a professional proofreader but I do suffer from grammar OCD. The first book had issues with quotation marks, but I was so engrossed in the plot that I could ignore them. This book's lackadaisical editing made it a much more difficult read & took focus away from the plot & characters. I pray that better editing is applied to future books.

Wow, great book!
I really enjoyed this story, and the characters were very entertaining and believable! Wow! This was an amazing book, and the storyline was very captivating. It drew you in and did not let go. Love heals all
Atlas and True had to heal from their pasts to realize they had a love so true! They are two sides of the same coin! Their meeting was tragic, but the ending was sweet! I love the Gideon brothers, family over everything! Savvy and her children bring fun and laughter to the Gideon family! This book is so worth the read!

Good Book
Atlas was on some revenge sh*t when he rescued True. He helped her heal and during that time they fell in love. When True told Atlas who she really was I was shocked. How could this man do this to his own daughter. I am glad Atlas realized True was meant for him. Victor finally got what he deserved. Can't wait for the next book.

True Love
OMG! I thought the story of Jag & Savannah was amazing. But the story of Atlas & True had me in tears, then joy then sexual heat. I will never look at roller skating the same. This book is the story of two people who think they are broken but are actually just a little cracked. So come along for the ride I promise you won't be disappointed. 💗🤩😍

Atlas is a deeply troubled man, driven to seek revenge for his family. During one of his ventures he meets True, he rescues her and cares for her. They join forces to avenge a foe they have in common, and in true Gideon brother style their romance is white hot and intense.
This is a great story, and the other brothers, Josh and Savvy, her children and Peter are all in this book.
Looking forward to the next installment.
