Firstly, this book is just so beautiful to look at. The illustrations are just perfect (had so many tattoo inspirational ideas from the illustrations)
Secondly, the book is super informative! I learnt so much! I'm still not 100% which category of the Dosha I fit in to.
This book looks a variety of topics that come under the overall idea of Ayurveda, and it's something that has always fascinated me. After reading this book, I'm even more intrigued.
I urge anyone that is open to new spiritual practices to read this! Eye-opening!

Approachable and straightforward, easy intro
“If you choose low-quality foods often, you’ll notice a downward spiral into the land of negative talk and beliefs. Motivation and energy levels may go down, while doubts and pessimism increase. If you notice you are more negative, doubtful, or irritated, take a look at what you are eating because you may need to make a change.” 49
“A few examples that result from lack of mind control: impatient, unfocused, scattered, irritated, judgmental, intolerant, anxious, worried, foggy, directionless, bored, restless, undisciplined.
When we control our mind, we become more: positive, intentional, clear, insightful, focused, disciplined, present, aware, patient, compassionate, confident, sharp, steady, joyful.” 206

This small book is so excruciatingly poorly written as to be unreadable, it's lovely message lost in the casualness.
