Spencer by Steven Knight is an acclaimed motion picture, it was the 2022 Nominee for The Oscar for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role for Kristen Stewart, she was Spencer aka Princess Diana – notwithstanding the appreciation of the experts – it was also the nominee for The Critics Choice Award, and for other trophies – I was not thrilled by either the feature, or Ms. Stewart…indeed, she was impressive as a child in The Panic Room, later on in Seberg, but Love Lies Bleeding and Spencer have disappointed this cinephile – you find thousands of notes on films from The New York Times’ Best 1,000 Movies Ever Made and other sites on my blog https://realinibarzoi.blogspot.com/20...

6 out of 10

I remember the time when we heard about the death of Lady Diana: we were on a trip on the mountains, in Predeal, somewhere near the center of my country, and we arrived near the top after quite a climb (for my wife and I, plus Derryl, the German shepherd, we were closer back then, now all I get is nagging, as explained in Games People Play https://realinibarzoi.blogspot.com/20... a classic of psychology by Eric Berne, wherein the most common game in a couple is If It Weren’t For You)

Susai was the name of the chalet, we stopped to get some food and drink, I think we must have been hungry and thirsty, and then on the television inside, there were the news and I thought of the impact this woman had, that humans know about it everywhere, even in the middle of the forest, in the wilderness
Well, it was not exactly the Amazon jungle, but you see my point – just like the Orange Caligula, I am talking to myself, I address you, but you are a ghost, you do not exist, people do not bother to read this, ergo this is another Game People Play, a pretense that there is an interlocutor, a reader, when there is nobody

It helps though, Positive Psychology https://realinibarzoi.blogspot.com/20... explains the dangers of isolation, being alone is twice as deadly as smoking, studies show, besides, writing has other benefits, alongside the fact that we use a different part of the brain, and more
I was not a fan of Princess Diana, I must have been one of the few men on the planet who was not enthralled, everyone felt the magic, I just thought she is superficial, vain, a little like this Melania, albeit no one could be as stupid as that, yes, with hindsight, I can see that Charles was more than weird, what with his letters…

Saying he wants to be the Camilla’s tampon…let me tell you this joke: Charles runs over one of his mother’s dogs – the joke was there when she was still alive – with the Range Rover, the Corgi is flat. However, this genie is released and he says the royal can ask for a wish, and he tells the spirit about the dog:
Could you resurrect him? And the genie says he could not, the animal is squashed beyond repair, well, then, I have his wife, who was beautiful and loved, could you make Camilla like that? And the genie says: let’s have another look at that Corgi…yes, I know, it is in poor taste, or worse, but this had success at the gym
Let me end by saying that I loved the image of The Queen in the spectacular The Uncommon Reader https://realinibarzoi.blogspot.com/20... by Alan Bennet, she was a majestic figure, and now that her favorite son, ex prince Andrew, has done such terrible things, her legacy is threatened
