This was an exciting conclusion to this part of the series. Narissa, still not wanting to be Alpha of her pack, manages to be just that. After suffering through another great loss, she decides to take the fight to Polidori and the vamps in order to save Calin and Rhett. Apparently, there was a lot more planning behind the scenes than we all knew. If you expect a HEA here, you might be disappointed. There is a lot more to Narissa than I thought and she turns out to be smarter than the typical young person who started out for revenge. Good for her! I really enjoyed the series and hope there will be more stories in the future.

What a fantastic ending!
Narissa's growth from the first book to this one was a pleasure to experience. She went from an all about herself to careing more for her pack and friends. It's always a pleasure reading a series and watching the characters grow and their families expand.
The ending was not at all what I expected and there were moments that I cried. The emotional aspects of certain parts of this story were full of agony and despair which just only enhanced the bond of the characters and my attachement to the outcome.
The story moved fluently with lots of action and surprises.
As much as we all would love everything to be all happily ever after for all the characters, the author was more down to earth in the ending. But....don't despair I think we've not seen the last of Narissa. Who knows maybe a new series will stem off this one.
Well done! I look forward to whatever the author has in store for us in the future.

Wow! If you thought there was action betrayal, subterfuge, love, hate and everything in between in the previous installments, you ain't seen nothing yet! This book was so full of twists, turns, excitement and shock that if you blinked, you could miss it.
Not at all what I expected! I'm going with 5 stars and giving props for the way the series ended. Not saying I am all that happy about it. This is loss and disappointment, but it is much more realistic than a perfect HEA.

Werewolves, Witches, and Vampires, oh my
This series was really good to read and keeps the reader engaged, wondering what is going to happen next. The storyline is very good and I like the way the characters matured. The only negatives were the misspellings and the mistake being made with Freya with Juliette's name as Narissa's mother dying. Fleshing out some of the other characters would be good too. I think this series can cross all age groups. Overall a great read

I thought this was the last book in the series but with an ending like that I can see a follow on series coming on. This was an emotional read with a favourite character leaving us. Romances do not end as I was expecting. So all in all a great series but I didn’t particularly like the outcomes in this last book.

Epic conclusion!
Damn what a twist! You know how you read a book and you start getting into the plot and you have this running visual in your mind and then Wham!, that isn’t what happened? Yeppers, that isn’t this book.
Naz and the witches and wolves have to put on a magic show essentially to survive and it is truly a work of art!
Family friendly for 16+.

so good I read all 5 in one day
Wow what a story,tales of good over evil, love , passion, friendship, some losses hard that some good members died , really enjoyed it m so much I had to read all 5 books at once

I really enjoyed reading this Saga !!! Narissa was a wonderful heroine and her relationships with Calin and Oliver were fantastic !!!! Ella you are an awesome writer I hope to read some of your other books soon.

This states it is a complete series but there appears to be plenty of scope for the saga to continue. The brutality of fighting highlights the casualties and the pressure on the groups relationships. I like the way it did not fall into the usual romantic cliches.

A brilliant read
Certainly not the usual love story. Lots of action, intrigue and heartbreak. Forget the love triangle, try square. Definitely get my tissue box rating.
