A Beautiful Collection of Heart-Warming Christmas Stories

You won’t be able to put this book down. This collection of short stories combines the themes of romance, Christmas, love and a touch of magic. Perfect for those Christmas tinsel-tingles.

Preface From the Author

My mum grew up in the West Country. She once told me an anecdote of a lady who lived in her village, who had five sons, all from different fathers. They lived in a council house with wallpaper peeling off the walls, and they struggled for enough food to eat and heating to keep warm. But. She loved her sons and her sons adored her. They were a family. The lady was loved and well looked after in her later years by her sons. I believe love is at the root of everything. This story has always stuck with me and was my inspiration for The Other Side of the (Christmas Train) Tracks.

This anthology of Christmas themed, short stories centres around love. Some of the stories are amusing, some are heart-warming, a couple are thought-provoking. So put your feet up, grab a hot chocolate, tea or coffee, and let me transport you to a world of my imagination.

Was lucky to be gifted a copy in exchange for my honest opinion..

A collection of short, heartwarming Christmas stories, perfect for a quick bedtime read or coffee break. I liked that, it was a welcome change in between some heavier reads, and was nice to be able to pick up and put down in short bursts.

None of the stories felt repetitive, or had repeat plotlines which I loved, and each story was totally standalone, with a different vibe each time.

Two standouts for me were 'Mary's Christmas Carol' and 'Sparkling Snowflakes and Wedding Wishes'. I liked the diversity of families and characters, and it was nice to have a bit of cozy Christmas in the July sun 🌲🌞

Thank you Harriet Loveday for gifting me a copy to read

Just finish The Adventure of the Christmas cracker Harriet Loveday. She's a new author for me & I'll definitely be checking out her other books❤️

it's a collection of short stories❤️My favorite was Under The Mistletoe & A gift from Santa🎅
it was a quick read, light, fluffy & sweet. If you're looking for a last-minute holiday read but not feeling like reading a full-length novel, I recommend this one.
