There is something for everyone in this Petite, Pretty, & Piped book.
The instructions are very thorough, easily understood, and I think even a beginner would have an easy time making something.
It's full of tips, tools, and talks about the difference ingredients used.
An excellent book to add to your baking collection!

I thought this was a beautiful cookbook. The layout, fonts used, and photography are wonderful, however, that's just the pretty packaging. I have not made any of the recipes yet, but they are exclusively cupcake or mini cake versions (not that you can't make a bigger cake, but you'll have to do a little guesswork on your part).

I have not made any of the recipes yet, but I have a few to try (specifically, the Boston Creme Pie mini cake). This is great reference for small gatherings as the recipes are scaled to make either 12 cupcakes or a single, 3-tier mini cake. The frosting recipes are included, and the flavors are diverse. I saw everything from traditional flavors from chocolate and mint to maple with bacon. Also, it would be super easy to mix and match cake recipes with a different frosting or filling.

This has so many good recipes that I cannot wait to try! I've been wanting a cookbook that would show me how to make very nice, elegant cakes and cupcakes and I found it! The book is laid out nicely. Very good information in the front! I can't wait to start baking!

I love this book! The desserts are so beautiful they look almost unreal. I hope with practice I can make mine as beautiful as the author. The recipes are easy to follow and this was a great add to my cookbook collection!
