An interesting and informative read, recommend to anyone looking to improve their nutrition/perform better in sports. Interesting biological explanations too to add context to the advice, it was helpful to learn what particular parts of each food was beneficial and find the true meaning behind buzzwords like amino acids, phytonutrients, prebiotics, probiotics and omega 3s!
