Lots of gorgeous cables, half are bulky yarns, half in Aran or WW. Not for the inexperienced in cabling, though. Hats, mittens, scarves, cowls and shawls. All the usual warm accessories you love to don for cold weather. If you have a basic understanding of cables and have at least a few projects under your belt, I'd say grab and go for it. There's charts as well as written instructions for those that prefer one or the other.

The winter ferns cardigan was amazing. Such a unique way to make cables; I'm still thinking about it.

The rest of the book is pretty but not super memorable for me. Patterns seem well put together.

Beautiful designs and model. Really loved the breakdown of how to make cables. I felt that the designs were more advance rather than beginners but it has been a hot moment since I've attempted any cabling. Well worth looking through
