A very readable primer on some of the most heavily traded agricultural commodities, the companies behind their transnational supply chains, the evolution of the trade and the recent whirlwinds of change around these businesses. The individual insights and interviews are a bonus considering much of what happens on trading desks and the deal rooms, rarely comes out.

Very helpful

Short but full of useful information. I like that it is up-to-date with World events as recent as 2020. the interviews are excellent.
