Lining up the perfect gig for her clients makes talent agent, Samantha Day, giddier than a kid on Christmas morning. When a job comes along requesting the likeness of Mr. and Mrs. Claus, she knows her parents are a shoe-in.

As casting day approaches, Noah can’t ignore Samantha’s endearing nature, nor his growing feelings toward her. But he worries things may change once she learns the real state of the cabins. Megan Squires yearly Christmas stories have become a Christmas tradition for me, the last few years. They are always sweet stories with just the right amount of Christmas spirit. This years release is one of her best! I adored Noah, what a great character! I will definitely be adding him to my "book boyfriend" list. There were multiple things in this story that charmed me: from the resort that Noah's family owns, to the retrofitted coffee shop "The Guzzler" and the older couple Noah talks to in the story. All in all, this story is wonderful and I read the whole thing with a smile on my face. Love this sweet Christmas romance. Don't miss it!

Author Megan Squires really knows how to write and bring the magic of Christmas to her pages. She created this beautiful cabin area that is straight out of a dream winter wonderland. It was a blessing to read this book filled with so much Christmas spirit, sweet romance, and true family values and traditions. You'll feel like you belong there with Noah, Samantha, and the whole family.

A Winter Cabin Christmas needs to be a Hallmark movie, I can already picture it and can imagine so many different people to play each character. It has that cozy feel, smooth storyline, and of course the amazing couples. It is so unique, I mean seriously there is an adorable one of a kind coffee shop in it that I wish I could go to right now. The traditions are so much fun, I just can't wait to try some of them with my own little ones. You'll adore this cozy Christmas story. I couldn't help but curl up on the couch with a fuzzy blanket, and a nice big cup of cocoa (with extra whipped cream).

If you want a cozy book to snuggle up with in between your favorite holiday movies, I HIGHLY reccomend this one. It has shot up to my top 5 books for this year so far and I look forward to reading more from author Megan Squires.

Winter Cabin Christmas is the perfect read to get you in the Holiday mood! It is like reading a Hallmark Christmas movie, without the commercials. Squire's writing is beautifully descriptive and contains the perfect amount of romance. She has always been a favorite author of mine since she stole my heart when I read Draw Me In several years ago. Her story writing talent is like a beautifully knitted blanket that envelopes you and makes you feel warm and content. In Winter Cabin Christmas, Samantha is a talent agent whose specialty is finding everyone's hidden talent. She instantly became someone I wish I could be friends with in real life. Noah is the handsome friendly guy next door who never meets a stranger and is always willing to offer a helping hand. The story takes place in a small out of the way family run resort that has fallen on hard times. Samantha is there to help her parents, that happen to look like Mr. and Mrs. Claus, land the role in a seasonal commercial. Throw in a pregnant sister in law, outlaw brother, and an ex-husband and it's the perfect recipe for a little Christmas craziness. If you're someone who is counting the days until those feel good Holiday movies begin, grab Winter Cabin Christmas and let the Christmas season begin!

This was a charming Christmas romance, if a bit predictable. I couldn’t put it down though! I didn’t think I’d like it at first as Samantha, the female lead, is a talent scout. I usually don’t enjoy reading about professions such as that, lawyers or business people in general. But they kept it light on the work-aspect so it wasn’t annoying. The story is set in family-owned mountain rental cabins in the Sierra Nevada and Samantha is from Sacramento. The male leads family owns the cabins and they fall predictably in love within a week & are married within a year. My husband and I are from Northern California and fell in love quickly in a cabin at Lake Barryessa and were also married within a year. We now live near the Sierra Nevada mountains ourselves. It was a feel good story with a lot of coincidences paralleling my life. The male lead, Noah, has brothers named David and Marty. I have nephews by that name as well. Noah has a handyman business and my husband is about to start one. I just thoroughly enjoyed reading it, even though it’s not my usual genre. 😊📚🐉

Beautiful Christmas romance, perfect for all audiences. A small town cabin resort is struggling to book reservations and plan to film a commercial. Samantha is in the business and has the perfect Santa and Mrs. Claus for the commercial, her parents. Sam and Noah hit it off immediately. His family owns the hotel, he’s a thoughtful and honest guy doing what’s best for his family. The characters are people we could look up. It’s a pleasure to read a book that’s a clean romance with wonderfully written characters. I’ve enjoyed reading an early copy and wrote my review voluntarily.

The situation they put in are fun, and there is always a bit of holiday magic that transpires as the story unfolds. A Winter Cabin Christmas is a heart warming story that would make you want to snuggle on the couch with a cup of hot cocoa while reading this book. A really great read!

'A Winter Cabin Christmas' by Megan Squires is a well written and well developed holiday story with interesting characters and a charming plot starring Samantha and Noah. Samantha Day is a talent agent and owned the Knight and Day Talent Agency with her ex-husband, Oliver Night. Samantha has a true talent on being able to place the perfect client with the perfect job.

Noah Jensen and his family owned the Cedar Crest Cabins which were both a legacy and their livelihood. However, the cabins have been losing money and foreclosure was imminent. Noah came up with the idea of making a commercial starring Santa and Mrs. Claus to hopefully bring new business to the lodges. Though Noah and his brothers don't always agree they all thought a commercial was a great idea. Noah sent the ad out for the the ultimate Mr. and Mrs. Claus.

Samantha and Noah meet when she decides that her parents will be perfect for the Cedar Crest Cabins ad. Samantha's parents had extensive experience being Mr. and Mrs. Claus thus she knew they would be fantastic in the roles. So the three of them headed to Comfort Valley to audition for the parts.

Ms. Squires has written a charming, delightful Christmas story with great characters and a interesting plot. I liked how Samantha and Noah were both trying to help their families.The fact that they ended up helping each other while fighting their mutual attraction was sweet. This book has all the earmarks of a Hallmark Christmas movie and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

A Winter Cabin Christmas is a cute, quick and enjoyable Christmas romance. It is a clean romance with a few sweet kisses. I loved Samantha. She is bubbly with a positive attitude despite challenges she faces. I also loved Noah as he is determined to save his family’s legacy. It was evident early on that Noah and Samantha would be drawn together and I loved the growth of their relationship. I also enjoyed the side characters and their role in encouragement for Noah and Samantha. Even the bit of sibling drama between Noah and his older brother felt authentic and natural. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this story. I was able to finish it quickly as the story was engaging and enjoyable. You enjoy a great cozy weather read with a Christmas romance, I highly recommend A Winter Cabin Christmas.

Hallmark-Style Christmas Romance

This book pulled me right in as soon as I started reading. I loved how the author used all the senses to evoke a delightful Christmas scene. While there was some telling, I appreciated the author showing us about the heroine's career and how she still worked with her ex. The hero's legacy is on the line, and we can see both his swoon-worthy, kind nature as well as his feelings about losing his family's rustic vacation cabins. This is a bit of a family drama as well; the book features family from both sides. I love that in a holiday book! The heroine is bringing her parents to the cabins to audition for a commercial the hero hopes will save the family business. The hero's family members are all working together trying to save the cabins. Like a good Hallmark movie, this story depicts struggles, but you know a happy ending is just around the corner, no matter how bleak things get. The only aspect I wasn't wild about in the book was that the couple's misunderstandings towards the end could have easily been worked out if they had simply talked. I prefer my romantic “black moment” to feel like it has more substance and is truly integral to the story and stems from strong characterization. Other than that, this is a sweet and delightful holiday read.

Wow Hallmark movie material....do you hear that Hallmark Channel??!!
A Winter Cabin Christmas was a wonderfully written story with great characters. I loved Samantha and Noah.
Samantha is a talent agent who represents her parents and helps them get auditions to be Santa and Mrs. Claus. This time lands them in Cedar Crest in the mountains. At Cedar Crest Cabins it's quiet and the business is struggling to make ends meet...everyone in the family pitches in to help and they need to make it the go to place during the holidays like it used to be when the patriarchs of the Jensen family ran it. A commercial is how to help so they enlist several Santa's to audition for the commercial that's where Samantha comes in. But things don't go according to plan...
Makes me want to go to this charming resort and spend the holidays there! I loved how Noah introduced Samantha to a different type of coffee shop which is quite unique!
A heartwarming and endearing story of family love and values!
Highly recommend! Grab a cup of hot chocolate, a cozy & warm blanket and settle down to read this story. You won't regret it

This book was so warm and inviting. I normally read more sexy romance books but this Christmas tale was warm and inviting. We follow the story of Samantha as she tried to get her parents to play a local Santa and Mrs. clause for a cabin that is trying to create a commercial to get some more business. When they get there they find some other couples who are just as into this as they are but when Samantha reads the script she’s not sure if it’s gonna work out. She reaches out to Noah one of the owners of the cabin and pull out to Cozumel on the script being terrible and that they are going to need to update it Noah agrees and they get to work. The story has a love romance religion which is not normally my thing in books but I found it to be cute and inviting and not pushed upon me and of course the most important thing about the holidays family. If you’re looking for a more sexy romance Christmas book this is not the one for you but if you’re looking for a classic hallmark tale this book is wonderful I read it three out of five stars

Samantha thinks her parents would be perfect to play Mr. and Mrs. Clause for a commercial at Cedar Crest Cabins. She should have read more about the commercial first and drove up with her parents since she crashes her car on the way there. But that mirrors the story of how Noah's grandparents met and gives her a reason to meet him and stay at his family lodge. The original commercial idea did not say family Christmas lodge but Noah and Samantha were rash to cast it aside without any alternative especially since this is his family's last ditch effort to save the place. As Samantha and Noah are falling for each other her, ex-husband and current business partner shows up with a condescending attitude wanting to get back together romantically with her. Samantha and Noah both send out mixed singles and he thinks about stepping aside without talking to her about what she wants. Comfort Valley was interesting with their converted gas station pump coffee and horse barn restaurant.

Falling in love with the area as well as with Noah was not on her horizon, but once accepted she helps him and his family to do the best to bring life back to the old resort.
A funny romantic story, fun to read and entertaining from the beginning with enough drama for the story to never get boring.
A nice read, especially now, in the pre-Christmas Season.

I always enjoy Megan's Christmas stories. They seem to be the perfect segway for me to get ready for the holiday season. The cozy town of Cedar Crest gives the most romantic vibes and the perfect setting for Samantha and Noah to fall in love. Noah is such a gentleman, always willing to lend a helping hand. Samantha always seems to be looking out for everyone else, putting her wants at the bottom of the list. I loved the natural progression of their romance and very much enjoyed their story. This would make a perfect Hallmark movie too!

I received a free copy of this book from Booksprout. I have found a new author to love! This novel is so descriptive, I can envision Cedar Crest Cabins and each member of the Jensen Family. Small town friendships, family legacies, and genuinely caring people bring the true meaning of Christmas alive through their actions. Filled with traditions, the Jensens are searching for a way to keep their resort going, not realizing that their traditions are such a big piece in bringing others to the resort. Romance built on respect, grows into a mature love. Prayer and Faith are sprinkled throughout. I highly recommend this heart warming story. Time to read more Megan Squires books!

Noah and Samantha are the heart of this Christmas time story, complete with close family, traditions and something about to go terribly wrong. The cabins are getting rundown and they are having a tough time getting people to visit the area, so the thought of a big Christmas commercial hits home. Then to find the perfect Santa and Mrs. Claus. Samanthas parents fit that bill, but there is so much more going on, especially when her ex shows up. The characters and storyline are heartwarming, with plenty or love, trust, protectiveness and romance. Totally fantastic story and a great ending.

Cozy and Cute

I love Christmas romances at Christmas time. Not sure why, but I don’t mind the simpler stories with an upbeat theme and obvious ending. That said, there are many stories I won’t finish because they are too cheesy or set up without a decent plot. I finished this story.

It was sweet and gentle and soothing to read. There is conflict, but not the hard-hitting, hateful conflicts you often see in romances. Noah and Samantha are sweet, and although Noah is too good to be true, the story gives you a warm feeling that’s perfect for
Christmas.

Maybe Cold Brings Clarity

This is a fun and engaging book that does an admirable job of tying up loose ends. Romances epitomize the idea that characters carry baggage into new relationships. This one brings along a few extra pieces of luggage, but the lifting isn't heavy enough to cause too much concern. My biggest concern was that my tear ducts were too close to the surface today. By the way, I just got the book today and, unfortunately, it's over. Oh well, should give me good dreams tonight. Enjoy!

Beautiful heartwarming story.

4,5 Stars. This story was very beautiful. I just loved all of the characters - Noah and all of the Jensen family, and Samantha and her gorgeous parents. The way they had overcome heartache and lived their lives was inspiring and heartwarming. The book was full of beautiful memories, old and new, and really hit me in the feels.

I loved the characters and especially Noah and Samantha and how they built a sweet relationship that they both were in need of.
