Sterling Justice is happy being single. It’s not because he believes in the Justice Curse wherein his one true love will die before the age of 30 but rather because he’s got plans and none of them include a girl. He’s going to Texas A&M, learning how to prepare the ranch for future, and prove to his cousins that it wasn’t a mistake to take his poor ass into the fold all those years ago. Single hood is good…or so he thought.
Princess Maria came to the Justice ranch for a mental health break, not for a man. She’s had enough of men. Her brother-in-law keeps coming on to her. Her dad is making a list of all the eligible European aristocrats. Maria wants to escape and Edison Texas would be the perfect hideaway if it didn’t have the criminally attractive Sterling Justice walking around in his boots and Stetson looking like a six foot plus body of sin. What’s a princess going to do when faced with his honey eyes and sexy swagger? Not give in?
As for Sterling and his plans? Well, those change. Watch out, Princess, because what a Justice man wants, a Justice man gets.
Just LOOK at them both. Uggghhhhhhh!!!!!! they look SO good together.
What this book can guarantee-
An obsessed alpha male. A sweet naiive princess. Insta-lust/love. Happily ever After.
There is just something about young love that sets my heart on fire. That is why i still have the "Franklin High" series on my e-reader. Whenever i run out of safe dual virgins romance novels ....i read the FU High series. This book was also same.
Safe YA books are my weekness!!!!
Maria has been wrongly ..........oh wait!!! Why am i revealing the plot? dude its 150 pages of fun fun fuuuuuun!!!!! Go READ it. You don't NEED to know the story, its better if you read it. But i'll be happy to give you safety spoilers.
But i REALLY enjoyed that Maria's father did not easily accepted Sterling and made him grovel REAL hard for his daughter's hand in marriage.
But, i shud say that he was a little less dirty talking than expected. But what the hell!!! Dude can COOK!!!!! 😍😍😍
It's very lovely to read about the side characters, and see that NOTHING has changed and everyone's love is only blossoming,but WHEN WILL BIRDIE GET MARRIED!!!!!!! JUST GET IT OVER WITH. 2 effing books!!! and she is STILL with the baby!!!! I hope to god that she gets married in the next one! Can't wait!!!.
🛑🛑🛑SPOILERS🛑🛑🛑
both virgins.
Neither kissed before.
No-cheating.
No-sex scenes with OW/OM.
OW drama- BUT the H has NEVER shown ANY interest in all those OW. They throw themselves at him because he's a Richie Rich. He has NEVER slept or shown ANY affection to ANYONE else.
OM drama- the h's brother-in-law made a move on her. BUT she resisted and is grossed out and hates his guts.
Safe Read.
HEA.
Epilogue-Ummm......engaged and there is mention of twin babies but no scene of the kids.
P.S- Whats the DEAL with Aston? God !!! I already want the next book!!!!! Maybe someday we'll get Rory and Tyson's story as well? I know I want it!!!.
Another enjoyable short read I like this the best so far! Cause he meets his girl and goes for it he doesn’t wait 10 freaking years.
I like the royalty aspect in this Short sweet and sexy DUEL VIRGINS! No separation No 3rd act break up Mild OM and OW just people chasing both of them but it ls shut down fast
"Princess and the Cowboy" is the story of Maria and Sterling.
Hero and heroine are both teenagers- he's a rancher and she's a princess. Both have careers and ambitions, but love and drama gets in the way. There's a lot of insecurity, but ends in a HEA.
I usually don't like romance novels with teenage leads, but this wasn't bad.
Yup, definitely better than the first two. But I have to be honest that these men are jerk-ish in some ways, always at the start. I don't understand why, though. 🙃
Not bad. Sweet heroine, although I would’ve liked if they got married right away. As another reviewer noted, you can be married and STILL go to college. People do it all the time.
Safe. Double virgins, no others or cheating or abuse. HEA with epilogue

The Princess and the cowboy de Ella Goode serie Justice libro 3
Argumento:
¿No ceder?
¿En cuanto a Sterling y sus planes? Bueno, esos cambian.
Plot: Sterling Justice is not looking for love. He's only 18, almost 19, and he's about to head to college. But when Princess Maria, looking to escape her horrible stepsister and over-protective father, visits the Justice Ranch with a friend, Sterling can't help but be captivated. The two young lovers stay to stay away from each other, but love is a strong force. Can they overcome age and family?
Commentary: I was concerned with how young the main characters were, so I was really glad that they waited to get married until they graduated from college - for Maria's sake especially so that she could experience a little life outside the royal bubble. Sterling was already an alpha j/p hero in the making though, so it's not surprising that he had them living together beforehand, able to watch over her. It's not as though she was going to pick someone else! I read this right after Insta Holiday, where Sterling was the best friend of the hero in that story. Thus, it was nice to read about him getting his HEA right after I just heard about him. Of course, I read them out of order, but still.
Grammar/formatting: There were two chapter headings that were switched (had the wrong name for the POV)
Sterling might be young, but he is still way OTT! Sterling has some misconceptions about Maria, which leads them to have a rocky start. Steamy and sweet, Maria and Sterling make a formidable couple. HEA.
I liked it. I liked the characters and I liked how it all played out.
However, there were serious grammatical errors. Chapters were titled wrong. Wrong characters names used in quite a few places. Honestly, it felt like no editor or editing program was used on this book. It was almost distracting from the story. It mostly just confused me intermittently.
The Princess definitely got her Cowboy, & the journey to their happily ever after was filled with some pretty entertaining drama! Both Sterling and Maria are 18/19 so this story gave off some of the same vibes as Ella Goode’s FU series which I loved(go read that series if you haven’t). The start to their relationship was a bit bumpy, but that only lasted for like five seconds before we got all the sweet lovey doves stuff from the two off them. The story was fast paced and so amazing, plus it didn’t hurt that they were dual V’s and we got some pretty hot/possessive scenes from both Sterling & Maria. This was the third book in the series so far and let me tell you it just keeps getting better and more steamy. I really want my own grumpy Justice man!
Sterling Justice has just graduated from high school and plans to attend Texas A&M, learning how to prepare the ranch for the future, studying mineralogy and husbandry whilst proving to his cousins that their faith in him wasn’t misplaced. He literally has girls throwing themselves at him.
Then there’s the Justice Curse wherein their one true love will die before the age of 30.
Maria is a Princess, seeking sanctuary in Texas as a ruse to live away from her over-protective father, a chance to explore and live a little outside of the confines of her father. Her brother-in-law makes unwanted advances and her father is set on making a list of all the eligible European aristocrats to marry her off, now that she’s 18.
Prince Harold sheltered her from so much of the world that she feels inadequate.
Her stepsister Glorianna Costatelli’s husband Edgar, spread a rumour that he was going to sleep with Maria in retaliation, Glorianna’s wild accusations then causes a major rift and she accepts an impromptu invitation to escape the unfolding drama.
Meanwhile on the farm, there’s a slew of young ‘ladies’ and I use the term loosely, literally throwing themselves at Sterling, undertaking the mission of ridding him of his virginity.
Maria is sheltered and her papa tries to keep her locked away. “He’s that way because he lost your mom and he’s worried.” It might not be as bad if he were around more, but that isn’t the case. The older she got, the more often he was away. He married a woman to try to make a family for her, but then he’s gone all the time. Still, I find it hard to be mad at him for it. Every time I look in the mirror I see my mother. It makes me smile, but I think it breaks his heart.
~~~ Sterling ~~~ “Why are you parading your fine body in front of other men? If you want a little attention, I’m right here.” “What are you mad about? I just tried on the dress.” “That is not a dress. That is pure temptation in fabric form.” “Other people have worn dresses like that.” “No, they haven’t, and you’re not other people. You’re Maria. And I can’t have you wearing stuff like this out in public. You’ll cause a riot! I’ll end up fighting every man in a fifty mile radius, and the hospitals are already full.”
They attend college and graduate as promised to her father, and a few years later they are about to become parents.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
So very entertaining! The princess is a sweet girl who just wants love. And the cowboy isn't ready for the impact of finding love when he wasn't looking.
The seeds of this story were planted in the previous novella in the Justice series, so I was eager to read it since then. I loved the idea of this Italian princess staying in the ranch and finding love out of the blue.
The premise gets even funnier because Maria and Sterling clash at first. There's a misunderstanding that brews a storm between them, but soon things get hot and emotional. I enjoyed the scenes about her arriving at the ranch and quarreling with the surly cowboy. The dialogues are cute and the sparks fly. It's all very exciting.
How does a princess and a cowboy match? Through true love, of course. And a very understanding father. Beautiful ranch land helps a lot as well as a couple that stays steadfast through plans and life.
Good tale in the series. I hope it's not the last one.
No matter what age the Justice's are being an over the top possessive alpha runs in the family. That's for sure. I've been waiting on Sterling's book since he was introduced. He did not disappoint. Now I feel like a dirty pervert for drooling over this young man. Maria gives Sterling hell. You should ever judge a book by it's cover. Same goes for people.
Safe DUAL VIRGINS No cheating Unwanted OM and OW H is so hot that all the girls want him, there was even one that was on a table naked and he slapped his hand in front of his eyes so he wouldn't look, and told her to leave .....he simply is not interested. h is a princess that has to marry royalty I did not like him either, but he grew on me, he had feelings for the h, but did not want to engage in his feelings because he wanted to 'make mistakes' in his life. She did too, to experience the world, travel, 'make mistakes', and he thought, let's make these mistakes together, but she still needs to remain a virgin for her to be husband. Before that he was so rude to her, and presumptuous thinking that since she is a princess, she is better than everyone, so he goes on the offensive and insults her, and is being downright hurtful to her. She cries because she did not think she would be hated like that, for no reason. Worry not though, her sass lets him know how rude he is, but she is only defending herself. He does feel like an ass and apologizes. She thought that he was using her for oral sex and other sexual experiences, but he always knew that he was falling in love, and proved to her father, the King, that she is hers. Even though he was against marriage, he changed his tune and HEA. I did not like him, like I said, but the two other Justice brothers before are older, he is 19 years old,so an idiot (and she 18). At least for a young idiot, he pulled his head out of his ass a lot sooner that the others, that is something!
This was a good read coz 1. Sterling’s personality shines through here as a fresh high school grad on the throes of his first love. His language and actions match his age. 2. I love the different class dilemma, and the possibility of Maria marrying someone else just makes me look forward to that conversation.
Why this is not a good read 1. Unbelievable that a hunk like Sterling at that age would not be curious about girls at all, even when they throw themselves at him, naked. I just don’t buy it. 2. Maria is supposed to be shy and sheltered but suddenly she knows dirty words in the bedroom? Kinda threw me off coz it feels like a personality switch. 3. They both agreed to just live for the moment since she is promised to another, then suddenly he can’t let her go. I would have liked to know the feelings he went through to arrive to this state, not just him proclaiming it. I would have wanted them to have that conversation, that would have been great.
Having said this I still enjoyed this book. 3.75 stars
A cowboy and princess fall in love. Princess Maria escapes to the Justice Ranch when she needs time away from her betraying step-sister and brother in law. Also she wants to escape the expectations from her father to marry someone with a title. When Sterling hears a princess is coming to stay at the Ranch he thinks it is his cousins trying to set him up. Sterling has other plans. He has ambitions and getting a girlfriend or even a wife is not on his agenda right now. All that changes when Sterling sees Maria. There is a spark and while things do not go smoothly as first, there is no deniable chemistry. Are Maria and Sterling destined to be just a fling or does the future hold forever?
-Virginians -Enemies to lovers She is a princess running from the problems her step sister created, and he is a simple cowboy trying to make something for himself. They start off on the wrong foot, and soon realize they judge before getting to know each other. They fall for each other hard and fast, and plans change. She is to marry someone of her fathers choosing, and he planned to go to college to get an education. Once her father comes to get her they fight for what they want, which is each other, even if they have to wait. Her father approves of him but first they must both get an education before they can marry.
Sterling Justice has his future mapped out and it does not involve falling in love.
Maria has been sheltered all her life, when she arrived to stay at the farm Sterling is determined to keep his distance fearful of any matchmaking plans.
These two may be young and innocent but they are about to discover that when it's right age means nothing. Another Justice family member falls hard in this adorably sweet read.
°Each other's first and only °Switching POVs °Both are 18 y/o °Unwanted attention from annoying OW °OTT alpha hero °No separation °No cheating or scenes with OP °I didn't like that they didn't get married right away just to appease her father, I also didn't like that they never said "I love you" °Lame epilogue: a few years later
Why do all the secondary female characters have to be these ridiculous people who throw themselves at Sterling all the time???? I'm struggling with what to say because I've liked a lot of Ella Goode's other books, but lately she's had a good one, followed by one I can barely stand and the cycle just repeats. I don't get the difference between works!!
