AA simplified

The aa book is big and this is a good summary with many practical ideas and I found it helps and also going to aa meetings helps

EXCELLENT

Excellent read.A good expanded explanation of all the steps, etc.Also a good description of Honesty Humility, Anger,Patience, Willingness and spiritual behaviour
