With the epic Garlucci family cruise adventure behind her, Millie is looking forward to smooth sailing for the Siren of the Seas upcoming cruise to the ABC islands.

Before they set sail, Andy calls the entertainment staff to the stage for an important announcement. The ship’s cruise director has managed to sign a wildly popular musical production for a month-long gig.

When the star of the show arrives and promptly produces a long list of “must-haves,” Millie believes this is just the tip of the iceberg of what could be a disastrous cruise.

Her close friend and co-worker, Felix, not only knows the lead actor, but there’s some bad blood between them and he threatens to quit and walk off the ship rather than work with his old nemesis.

Things go from bad to worse after the star is found dead and the evidence starts stacking up against her friend.
As the clues are uncovered, Millie is convinced the murder was an act of revenge. The deeper she digs, the more she believes someone on board the ship has a secret they’re willing to kill for.

Can Millie solve the mystery in time to clear her friend’s name or will Felix’s next starring role be performing a life sentence behind bars?

Wonderful Fun Cozy Mystery on the Siren of the Seas!!!

Rendezvous and Revenge is book #22 in a Millie's Cruise Ship Mysteries Series and it is a great series.

When Reginald Hawkins the star of the Stardust Boulevard, a Siren of the Seas new hit show is murdered backstage and Felix is a prime suspect. Millie and the team will need to find the clue to clear her friend. Reginald Could Felix hate Reginald Reginald Hawkins enough to kill him?

I love this book and this series, Hope Callaghan has always created a great plot and interesting clever story line. It's a load of fun, full of humor, suspense, twist and turn that keep me glued to my seat while I was trying to figure out the mystery and murder. This book has all the delightful characters that we love, I'm glad that Patterson didn't dismiss Millie's opinion, he listened, respected and co-operated well with her to find the killer.

I enjoy this book so much, I'm looking forward to read the next book in the series and can't wait to read about Millie & Nic and Sharky visiting Savannah ^-^. I want to learn more about Sharky & Elvira Cobb and Andy & Cat. I highly recommend this book to any cozy mystery fans, you will not be disappointed.

Another great mystery with Millie and the gang! Hope Callaghan has done it again…she has given us a great read that is hard to put down. I love that this book moves at a nice pace. A full story is given without dragging on through any unnecessary details. We get enough detail to keep interested and curious about solving mystery without every scene being dragged out for many chapters. Millie is such a wonderful character…fun, curious, good hearted and has a sense of comfort to her. I love that all her friends have become a family of sorts to her. It adds to the coziness of the book.

This is one of my favorite mystery series to read. From book one the warmth and love that is written into this series is felt. It’s a good, clean, fast paced, fun series. The setting of a cruise ship is fun and exciting, new characters with each book yet the same cozy family at its core. I cannot recommend this book and the entire series enough. So happy to have found it!!

I want to thank the author Hope Callaghan for allowing me to download and listen to the delightful audio of Rendezvous and Revenge.
It felt like I was on a cruise ship with a great crew. I certainly didn’t want to be on the bridge during the storm!
It’s time for the new production show in the theatre. The lead singer makes a grand entrance on a sofa that descends from the ceiling. Only problem was the singer was dead! Scary being on board with a murderer! Millie, the social director, is an amateur sleuth and she’s terrific. She happens to be married to the ship’s captain and lives onboard in an apartment!
The story keeps you guessing until the very end.
I really enjoyed Rendezvous and Revenge!

A bit disappointed

As usual this was a quick easy read and mystery involving our favorite cruise director Millie Amati. My disappointment started in the first chapter when Millie and her friends talked about a mystery solved involving the Garlucci family and a mafia boss. I was puzzled - did I missing reading one of the Cruise Ship novels? Didn't think so until I researched and found out this story was part of the Savannah Mystery series which I have not read. Did not like the author referencing a book readers may have not read.

While this series has been enjoyable, there appears to be a book missing. Book 22 kicks off referencing the mafia, and yet, Book 21 was about the South Hampton Strangler. Where is this book about the mafia????

Rendezvous and Revenge is book 22 in the wonderful A Cruise Ship Cozy Mystery series featuring Millie Armati and her friends. This is a great series and the characters are likable and interesting. Millie’s boss Andy has a big surprise for the crew. He hired Stardust Boulevard, an off-Broadway show, for a month to entertain the cruise passengers. Felix, one of the current entertainment personnel knows and dislikes the leading man, Reginald, of the new show. But he isn’t the only one! When Reginald has an untimely death, Millie and friends need to clear Felix and find the killer about the ship! The mystery kept me guessing until the end. The audiobook is very well done and the narrator was amazing! Very enjoyable! I received an audiobook from Hope Callaghan for an honest review.

Love this series

When Siren Of The Seas makes it's return to Miami home base everyone is excited to be back home. When Andy, the Cruise Director, announces they have a special guest joining the Entertainment Department for a month the staff is not sure what to think. The identity of the guest is not met well by everyone, in fact, there is bad blood from past interactions. Millie has to work fast to save her friend from spending jail time for a crime they are innocent of.

Hope brings Millie, Nic, Annette, Kat,Felix and the rest of the SOS crew to life and they become friends you look forward to being with again and again!!!!

Hope Callaghan writes laugh-out-loud, page-turning mysteries. Her heroines aren’t perfect, but they’re smart, they struggle, and they succeed. Let me tell you how very much I loved this novel. It is endearing, adoreable, a tinge spooky, and what is not to dye for! First off that cover and title caught my attention. I have to tell you that I am totally hooked on the writing of Hope Callaghan. Actually, I got his novel last December and just took it off my TBR list now. My Bad!This is the first novel of hers that I have read and I hope to be reading more. She is such an engaging author. She crafts her characters with absolute perfection.

I've enjoyed Rendezvous and Revenge by Hope Callaghan twice! First I read the book, then Ms. Callaghan gave me the privilege of listening the audiobook version. I enjoyed both experiences, catching details I'd missed the first time. I've read all the books in the Millie's Cruise Ship series, and enjoy each of the characters, getting to know their personalities throughout the series. In Rendezvous and Revenge, Felix, a ship favorite, finds himself the suspect of the murder of his arch nemesis from New York, who happens to be temporarily hired on board Siren of the Seas. Will Millie figure out who killed Reginald and get Felix off the hook in time?

There’s murder on the high seas and this time Millie’s best pal is the prime suspect. These delightful mysteries are like a breath of fresh ocean air. The well developed characters, nice twisty plot and expert storytelling move this tale along at a nice pace. This book can be read as a stand-alone, but as with any series, the experience is richer if they are read in order. I enjoyed this book and am looking forward to the next one. I received a complimentary copy and chose to write a voluntary, unbiased review.

Fun Felix

Andy brings a new show to ship. Felix is upset when he learns Reginald is there, he cost Felix the lead in the show and refuses to work with Reginald. In the first scene the first night Reginald is found dead on the sofa on stage. Andy thinks Felix did it. Millie is sure Felix do it plans to prove it. Millie looks the cast up on the internet and learns trouble follows Reginald. Love to see Scout in the book. Would love see another where Fin helps to solve another crime. I love this series.

Andy decides to add more flair to the entertainment department by hiring the Stardust Boulevard cast to perform on the ship. Unfortunately, the star of the show is murdered and Felix is the number suspect. Join Millie and the crew as they unravel the clues to discover who committed the crime. This was a perfect cozy mystery with just the perfect amount of humor, mystery, intrigue, quirky characters, and adventure that will keep any reader completely engaged. Highly recommend the series and I look forward to the next book.

As Siren of the Sea returns to Florida with a new show to delight the passengers. Millie again comes to the rescue. A holiday page turner with unexpected twists, which keeps the reader and Millie on their toes. Throw in a storm at sea and a scrumptious Turtle Cheesecake recipe. As Millie the mystery helping a fellow crew member, I chuckled at Felix's unique Christmas gift to the Regal Royals Nic and Millie.

I always look forward to seeing the new book releases in this series. It is one of my favourites. The characters are very humorous and endearing. Hope Callaghan's Christian faith is appreciated as she occasionally quotes a scripture, doesn't us profanity in her writing and doesn't include graphic sexual scenes. Her characters are of various ages which is appealing to a wide range of readers. I have enjoyed each of her cruises.
Well written and well edited.

When the star of the new entertainment act is found murdered on board the Siren of the Seas the clues soon start to point to Millie’s friend Felix who has had a run in with the victim in the past.

Millie sets out to discover the identity of the murderer and hopefully clear Felix’s name, if indeed he is really innocent.

This is an enjoyable cozy mystery with a cast of interesting characters and an intriguing plot with a large roster of possible suspects for Millie to eliminate from her enquiries.

I listened to the audiobook version and the narrator was easy to listen to and the pace was excellent.

Easy listening and very entertaining

Rendevous Can Be Dangerous!

As always, our Millie did not disappoint! With the cast of quirky and interesting characters at play, there is always a mystery to be solved, and solve it Millie does. With a major storm breathing down on them, Millie and cohorts dig deep to solve this one. Absolutely love it,and I am sad this is the last one for a while. Have read thru the entire series, start to finish with each one leaving me wanting more!

I love this series. I think this is an outstanding cozy mystery series and I’ve read all of the first 22 books and am now on the twenty-third. This one is quite complex and I did enjoy the mystery. However, it wasn’t as much fun as the previous books due to the fact that Felix was the most prominent character other than Millie, and the usual secondary characters were almost non-existent. Felix is ok, but I really missed Annette and the other gals, who are barely mentioned.

Broadway on the high seas

Andy has a surprise for the crew and passengers - a (off) Broadway show will be performing for a month on the ship. Unfortunately, the star makes an unforgettable and dramatic entrance, and it's up to Millie to unravel what exactly happened. All the while trying to clear one of her friends from a horrible accusation.
A fun and easy read.

Millie and the crew are back sailing out of Miami Andy has hired a Broadway show crew to perform on board for a month. Not long after sailing the lead in the show turns up dead. Felix is the lead suspect but Millie and her pals dig into it to prove Patterson has the wrong man. A fun read and I look forward to reading the next book

Fun and light reading, perfect for someone who wishes they were on a cruise ship!

Andy has arrange for an off Broadway production to perform on the ship for a month. When the star is murdered, Felix, who claims the part should have been his, is suspected. Millie knows her good natured friend is incapable of murder, so sets out to find who dun it.

More fun on the high seas with Millie and her friends.

Every adventure is new and you get to know her friends more. This book has some alone time with her husband and the captain. Plus her sidekick Felix and Millie will be put to the test of finding the murderer before the ship reaches Miami. They are like potato chips you can’t read just one

I read the complete series - and I highly recommend it! There is mystery' intrigue and the characters come alive as does their relationship with God! Each book is stand alone - but you will miss out if you don't read the entire series. Thank you Hope Callaghan for a great series, and I will read more of your books!

Super quick, cheesy read (or listen, in my case). I’ve been listening to 12+ hour novels, so this (at 4-ish hours) felt like a short story. I certainly missed a lot of backstory coming into this book without reading past books, but it was enjoyable, if a little (a LOT) ridiculous. I learned a lot about cruises, lol!

Continued excellence

Siren of the Seas is back in Miami and Andy has hired a Broadway show for a month. The leading man and Felix get in a major argument and when he is found murdered Felix is the number one suspect. Millie and her team start investigating to clear Felix. Ever changing clues and Millie must walk a thin line and stay out of trouble.

Another excellent instalment in this series. There is a murder among the visiting entertainment staff, and Felix appears to be the main suspect. Millie knows he is innocent, so once again she dons her sleuthing hat and goes into bat for a friend. I really enjoy this series.
