I really liked her and was not disappointed. She‘s strong willed, intelligent and relatable. I liked her attitude.

He felt a little flat sometimes and was drunk a lot. I couldn‘t form a bond with him through the pages.

Meeeh. Just very basic compared to the previous books in this series. I‘m disappointed that we got no bratva academy romance and instead a teacher x stundent. I loved the vibe from the previous books with the dark academic setting and the bratva trope. This is just a highschool romance book which contains dark subjects.
Juliana and Bastian have great tension although it was weird af that he is engaged to her mother (!), like wtf was this necessary? Still I liked them as a couple and their banter was good. The age gap was a little too big in my opinion but gladly it wasn‘t mentioned that often.
Overall this book was okay but I missed the vibe the other books in this series got.

Jagger Cole continues to astound me with each story that he writes I think that it can't possibly get any better and then we get the new release and my mind is blown! Bastian and Juliana's story was epic it's a story that sinks it's claws into you and doesn't let go. From the first page until the last page you're hooked wanting to see what's going to happen it's riveting. Bastian is an intense and blunt author who used to be on top of the world until a chain of events caused his life to implode he's no longer a famous author in fact in order to have any chance of regaining his reputation he strikes a Devil's bargain. Now if he can manage to not get killed by the Russian Mafia while he fixes his reputation he'll be golden. Juliana is not having an easy time of it her high society mother thinks she should be looking to date a fellow wealthy boy at school and is always saying mean things to her about her weight and her father is gone accused of embezzlement. When she stops at a bar and meets Bastian it's anonymous they call each other names from a literary work and you can feel their electricity and see the sparks. When they get interrupted by a call from her mother they share a cab and realize that they're going to the same place. Her mother sees them next to each other and drops her bombshell that she's marrying Bastian and that he's going to be her teacher at school. I don't want to say anymore and ruin it for anyone else with spoilers. You really need to read this steamy intriguing book to see what happens. I would definitely recommend reading this and any other book by Jagger Cole. I was given an ARC in exchange for my honest opinion of this book.

Forbidden romance between a teacher and his student - please! Teacher is also engaged to students mother (a political arrangement).

I did enjoy this, and I liked Julianna. It wasn’t my fave of this series and I’ve got a few unanswered questions but I’m excited for Mara’s story.

I love a good student-teacher relationship read. It feels like it’s been a minute since my last one. But dang, dang, dang. This was a great student-teacher relationship. Cole did it and did it spectacularly. I loved how they met up before she knew who he was and it made their forbidden’ness all the more yummier. Yes, absolutely delicious. I seriously devoured their story and couldn’t get enough of them until I finished every word. All in one day. I knew from the moment I started this one, there was nothing more important than seeing this to the end. And what an end it was.

I loved how this book is part of the Savage Heir series, but can be read completely on it’s own. And the story itself is amazing. It’s a tension filled inferno. I loved every second of it and could stand to read more. Hopefully as the series progresses we haven’t seen the last of Bastian and Julianna.

FORBIDDEN CROWN is everything forbidden that you could ever want in a romance from Cole The sexual tension, the ingenious storyline, all with a dash of Bratva. Because what’s a story without a little Bratva action? Y’all get ready for this one. 5 Stars!

There is no better way of starting off the new year than reading a Jagger Cole book. I have been anxiously anticipating Julianna's book and this book did not disappoint. Julianna and Bastian's connection is intense and HOT. I love how both of them meet and how the relationship evolved. This is the first professor/student romance I have read and it is very well done. I enjoyed how they had things in common and both had similar struggles. I liked how the Bratva aspect was tied into this story and the suspense/action added to the book. Jagger Cole manages to make each book in his series unique and amazing and the stories work fantastic with the series overall.

Thoughts:
Wow! This book was such a fun read. Professor/student with such an uncomfortable yet delicious twist. I love chance meetings that blend into a situation where both characters can’t believe they are seeing the other person again. Bastian and Julianna’s chemistry was hot and their pull towards each other was undeniable. Even though it brought themselves the most complication possible.

I hated Julianna’s mother so every turn that screwed her over - I was cheering on while listening during every moment of revenge.

This audiobook was performed in dual style narration. Aaron and Auri both were perfect for these characters and their voices were pleasant and a joy to listen to!

Another to add to my list of Jagger Cole love.

This was an enjoyable read. The book is a student-teacher relationship story. It revolves around the romance of Bastian, the English Lit professor and an author, and Julianna, the student. It was an intriguing storyline with twists that I didn’t expect. I thought the characters were great. Bastian is an author who took a teaching job. Juliana is an 18-year-old who has a stalker. She met Bastian at a club and then found out that Bastian was her teacher and going to marry her mother. Their relationship was great, but I did find some moments a bit underwhelming. I am happy that they got their happily ever after. I can’t wait to read more books from the author. Overall, a great read.

Wow what a story! Forbidden Crown is Bastian and Julianna’s secret tale.
There was a lot going on in this amazing read. The first is they meet in a bar and then decide to take their meeting further for a good time. And it’s then that they both discover the real truth.

The author had a tentative and delicate way of bringing these two characters together, they know they will encounter obstacles but carry on they must.
I enjoyed this story immensely and I’m sure it’s heading to straight to my favourites.

So I rang in the new year reading this and what a great way to welcome a whole new year and ending the old one. I can never just read a little of a Jagger Cole book because once I start, I can’t stop.

While this wasn’t as dark as the first kings of OHA books, we get to see Ilya, Mischa, and Lukas and their girls all throughout.

This was intense, forbidden, as steamy as you expect and so good. We get more of Konstantin and some other twists and turns that had me on the edge of my seat.

Jagger once again does not disappoint!!! This story captivated me from page one and continued until I was was reading the last, I did not want this story to end.

The emotional roller coaster can get intense, you will feel loathing, anticipation, fear, anger, panic, love and everything in between. It does not lack excitement and will keep you in your toes throughout. I enjoyed watching Julianna evolve from a somewhat weak young girl to a strong and confident young lady all because of her strong feelings for Bastian.

As a stand-alone, this story is fantastic, however, it’s a wonderful addition to the Savage Heirs Series which I highly recommend. Jagger is a fantastic writer!

I am so glad I wasn't busy at work today because once I started this, I didn't want to stop reading. It was good. I loved watching Bastian and Julianna fight their growing feelings for each other.

As stated in the summary, this can be read as a stand alone. I haven't read the others in the series but now I want to. I had no trouble at all with previous characters and plots.

She comes from a terrible upbringing, her self esteem is low she lacks the strength to fight back, all that changes when?
He is a professor without morals, he is young, independent, self worshipping and just irresistible, wait what?
These two characters are totally opposite, but they compliment each other in a way that vives them the strength to grow.
You'll read about deception, petty jealously, anger, resentment and a stalker gone mad
The two will grow together and grow as people.

Well what can I say other than Mr Cole has delivered another scorcher! If only I had a professor like Bastian when I was 18! A super stand alone story with links to the other Oxford Hills Acadamy books, and some Bratva interest, this isn't just a typical forbidden love between tutor and professor, it's so much more, I can't give any spoilers but this is a must read book, definitely another favorite from this author ( tbh all his books are favorites!) I received an arc of this book but I always buy them once published as I highly rate these books.

Juliana and Bastian were an unlikely pair and on paper they absolutely shouldn’t have worked, but they do. Bastian is a writer and has a problem with drinking and Juliana is a senior at Oxford Hills Academy. These two overcome a lot and sparks fly. Can they have a lasting relationship when he is intended for another and also her English professor? With all of the twists and turns in this book it kept me on my toes. I can’t wait for the next book in the series!!!

Wow! Such a wonderful story!
Julianna meets Bastian at a pub off campus and things get hot and heavy then it gets complicated.
I absolutely loved these two.  So passionate, and protective of each other.
This book was intricately woven with several sub plots and stories that tie in together.  The lies and deceit that pervades through the book weave a complex story,  that tie everything together at the end. 
I don't know how Jagger Cole does it but he brings these brilliant stories to life that have great depth both in story and characters.  This was another amazing book that took my breath away several times.  Steamy, romantic, passionate, dramatic, intense and downright amazing.  It had it all and then some!! Fantastic work!

This stand alone book in the Oxford Hills Academy series, is a fantastic blend of taboo, alpha, and suspense. When Bastian Pierce meets Juliana McCreed at a bar and both are magnetically drawn to each other, they have a fire worthy sexual encounter. However, when they find out that he is her mother’s new fiancé, both of them are shocked.

To make matters worse, Bastian is also Juliana’s new English professor. Their attraction to each other is doubly forbidden, but these two are fated to be with each other. They couldn’t avoid their feelings is they tried…and trust me, they tried very hard!

Bastian is the bad boy of English literature. A writer who pushes all the boundaries. But when one of his books go too far and he loses everything and finds himself desperate to fix his life, Juliana’s mother makes a marriage proposition that he can’t refuse. She will fix his image and he will provide her with the money to keep her in the lifestyle she is accustomed to.

It appears to be a lose/ lose situation for Bastian and Juliana. But, the heart wants what it wants. The question is, can these two navigate these dangerous waters to have their HEA?

There are many surprises in this story. It’s suspenseful and you will feel so horrible for Bastian and Juliana. However, the ending is fantastic!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
