Well I believe I read book 2 before book 1 but I'm just not sure. It felt like book 1 . I knew going in this was going to a shifter book and truly I was hoping for some hotter scenes hahah. I think it was very good and I accept the insta love running about. I like the concepts and plot I just think I needed to connect with our main characters more and I'm not sure why I didnt.

Another great read from B.L. Dawn! I loved the fast pace of the storyline, and the author kept me wondering/guessing what was going to happen next. If you like fantasy, mystery and romance, then this book is for you.

I am a huge fan of the fantasy romance genre, so I was sure that I was going to enjoy In Due Time right from the off – and how right I was! Despite not having read the first instalment in the Time Series, I had no difficulty getting stuck right in and felt familiar with the characters almost instantly. This reads fantastic as a standalone, however given how much I enjoyed it I’m tempted to go back to the beginning and give the first novel a read, too. With a fast-paced plot, captivating romance and twists and turns that will have you hooked, In Due Time is such a fun and engaging read that I really, really loved.

With a lot of fantasy books that I read I often find that the plot takes front and centre, with the characters and their relationships not being particularly well written or as fleshed out as I would have wanted. That certainly isn’t the case here, as B.L. Dawn has done a fantastic job of making all of the characters, main or otherwise, feeling full realistic and well developed. Even without the background knowledge of the first book in the series, I really felt like I got to know them all so well throughout the course of the novel, and I didn’t want to have to say goodbye to them by the end! Tatum is a fantastic and strong protagonist, and I loved seeing her character development as she sought to find her place within the pack and her role within it all.

The many twists and turns added such an exciting and addictive element to the plot, and I definitely struggled at times to put the book down and get on with my day – just one more chapter, I’d promise myself, but it would never be just the one chapter! Dawn’s writing is so vivid and almost cinematic in tone, again helping to make In Due Time such a fun and quick read. I’m already anticipating the next instalment in the series, as I had such a great time reading this – highly recommend!

I always have my reservations reading a second book in the series; however, this reads well as a standalone novel, and I found myself pleasantly surprised with how well I connected with each of the characters despite not getting to know them through book one.
Each and every character is well rounded, well developed and I could picture them clearly. The main character Tatum is spirited and strong, but also easy to identify with and connect with as a reader. I loved the different abilities and stark contrasts in personalities running through the community that builds this book. It makes it feel totally believable and real, even with the fantasy themes.
I found every part engaging and the fast pace meant that I found myself picking up the book time and time again to squeeze in snippets of what was coming next as the twists, turns and elements of real danger from those formidable enemies and threats had me on the edge of my seat.
I appreciated the individual stories running alongside the main plot, the growth and development of relationships between the characters in the community, following Tatum in finding her place and role and the future of the pack as a whole were all threads I followed avidly.
I loved the changing perspectives; this is a clever technique to allow you to feel those deep emotions and really get a feel for the traditions and the incredible world this author has created.
That’s not to say this wasn’t perfectly punctuated with elements of humour to lift the heavier storylines and its super racy just to add that extra edge! If you love romance, fantasy and a well thought out killer paced plot then this is the perfect book for you to curl up with!

IN DUE TIME is the second book in the Times series and we continue with Tatum as she tries to sort out the world and its problems! You probably could read this as a standalone but I think it is definitely worth reading book one first as it will give you smaller details that help make this story so good.

This book helps to bring further elements of the paranormal world into the story, including human shapeshifters, vampires, and witches. Leo acts like a jerk but claims ignorance (pfft, I sort of get it, but still…) Oliver also finds his true mate (which I loved) and James and Nat have rocky times (because James lost his path.) As much as Tatum sorts something out, something else comes along to cause her worry and stress. We also find out more about Tatum and her past, and her connection with Oliver's true mate, which was great! Can I just add, I loved the bit with Lexly!

A thoroughly enjoyable addition to the series and I look forward to reading Adina's story.

Definitely recommended by me.

A true mating connection is eternal for wolf shifters, no matter if you remember your true mate or not. But add a hell of a lot of problems within the pack and add mythological creatures and a killer, and what happens to that bond? Does it strengthen or fall away? Read if you want to find out.

For those who didn’t read the first book, the story is about Tatum Roloff, a strong, brave alpha female, a forgotten past, and a loving family who learned to survive in the human world.

When she finds her way back into shifter territory, she dedicates herself to helping them integrate into the human world as well. Two beta brothers don’t make things easy on her.

In Due Time is a thrilling, mystery romance that makes you curl your toes during certain scenes and swoon with others. It has comical pieces too.

Wow, what a unique second part. It ties many things up from the first book that left me guessing what will happen next?

Reading this book left goosebumps on my arms. In Due Time left me thinking about it long after the book was over. It was sad when it ended, and I can’t wait for the next book. It looks like it will be about Adina! Which is a greatly developed character.

Thank you, B. L. Dawn, for your masterpiece. I look forward to the next extraordinary book.

I love when an author can write a story with multiple storylines that seemingly have nothing to do with each other, yet at the end they’ve somehow all been woven together perfectly in one big twist that I didn’t see coming. I thoroughly enjoyed In Due Time, but really wish I’d read Book 1 first. There were obviously some relationships that I would have understood better if I had. Tatum and Luke were the main characters, but I found myself gravitating towards the Natalie/James/Henry drama. And whatever happened to Henry? I hope he found someone special for himself. Zachariah was a twist that I didn’t see coming-but loved. He was such a stereotypical asshole until suddenly I found myself understanding why he was that way, and now I’m totally in his corner. The story was beautifully wrapped up, while leaving just a tiny little window regarding the potential for a second mate to waltz into Tatum and Lukes happy little duo and throw things off kilter. I’m excited to see if there will be a third book.

I received a copy in exchange for an honest review.

This book picks up where the first book left off. Tatum is dealing with her issues with her fated mate, the pack, and with her anger issues.

While I would love to say this book was as good as the first one it sometimes fell flat for me. There is one particular thing that confused me in the book, it was a sudden jump from Tatum to another person, and it was a rape/murder scene, and I actually went back a few pages re-read the pages thinking I had missed something. The sudden flip confused me and it took a bit for me to get back into the groove with Tatum and the pack.

This book introduces quite a few new characters and some new issues for Tatum. We have the full mix now in the series with Witches, Vampires, and Wolf Shifters.

I'm waiting to see where the author goes with this series and I truly hope there are no more sudden shifts as there were in this book. By the end, I understood the shift, but at the moment when you are all involved with Tatum, the shift was too abrupt for my liking.

All in all a good second book and I will be reading book 3 when it comes out.

In Due Time
by B.L. Dawn
Overall, the plot was enjoyable, and it kept you interested in seeing how things progressed. However,
I really loved the way the main character Tatum has finally accepted her role as a dominant member of the pack, assisting other packs in need, and her search for/acceptance of love has finally come to an end. I recommend the book and am excited to see how the tale develops.
Again the author B L dawn has made it an outstanding read. And the story is amazing
Again This book has a gripping pace which made me read it in one go also the curiosity left me wondering what would happen next as I was dragged in. I found myself completely immersed in the story as the author piqued my attention.
I totally loved the way the author keeps these captivating character stories moving and extremely emotional by writing at an enjoyable speed. I appreciated how the story managed to stick with me and leave me thinking.
Thank you for such an amazing read.

Being a lover of fantasy romance books this was exactly what I needed at the moment. In due time is the second book in the series and I loved every moment of it. We got to see Tatum develop as a character and become a very powerful woman, one that you could really relate to. Besides her, I loved the way the community grew together and the other perspectives that we saw alongside Tatum.
B.L Dawn writes her books in a way that is very easy to understand and to get completely involved. I could barely put the book down because it kept me curious about how the story was going to evolve. After reading so many slow-paced books, I enjoyed the fast pace of this one. It was one of the reasons why it captivated me so much.
If you want fantasy, mystery, and romance with some spice, you will definitely love this book. Can't wait to read more from this author ☺️☺️

In Due Time is my new obsession in the mystery genre. Well-developed and incredibly thrilling, the book has succeeded in keeping my eyes glued to the pages, and fully satisfied the thirst for a thrilling adventure. B.L.Dawn has done a fantastic job in telling such a gripping story, with every one of her words making me immerse myself deeper into the world of the characters. I absolutely adore the main character Tatum as she’s a strong and independent woman with a unique personality and energy, who took fate into her own hands, while still being relatable and incredibly down-to-earth with her thoughts and struggles. I held my breath with every twist and turn that slowly unveiled her past and future. Extremely spicy and action-packed, it’s simply impossible to put the book down, and chances are you’d wish for more, just like I did. Highly, highly recommended!

Shifter PNR

The tale of the Primal Ridge wolf shifter pack and their female Beta becomes more involved. More backstory (yay!) and more in-depth characterization make this a fascinating - and kinda different - shifter romance. And the romance is about as complicated as it can be, with issues and angst all around. I'm really hooked on this story, so it grieves me that the author has not matched her imagination and storytelling skills with equally good editing. So my voluntary ARC review is a three-amd-a-half, rounded up to four, stars with a fervent wish for better in the next book

So I read the book title In Due Time, I’m assuming this is the same book with a name change.
I really enjoyed this great shapeshifter story. There were times I was a bit confused but in all this is a great read. Definitely twists then your typical pnr and I almost want to say the romance is starved a bit, there’s just enough to keep me reading and hoping for more. I’m not really thrilled the way it ended and it’s to fresh to decide if I will read book two.

So I read this without having read book 1 but it wasn’t obvious and worked fine as a stand-alone in my opinion. I really loved the characters and found them really relatable. I found the storyline really plausible (apart from them being shifters and witches obviously!) and felt like I was going through everything with the characters in the book.
I guess I need to go back and read book 1 now!

Heart racing

My heart was racing throughout this book. I was constantly on edge wanting to know what would happen next. I loved all the different romance partners. Why see one couple's journey when you can have mulitple? And there's promise for more. Can't wait.
