Candy Wilson is introduced to the Dirty Devils of West Side MC Club after they saved her from her abusive ex. Will the dark and mysterious MC President, Tarragon Header, take her as his own? Or will she choose his best friend, The Enforcer, Fennel Bryant? After one intense afternoon in the club's shop, Candy knows that Tarragon is the boss. He makes the decisions.
Tarragon Header is concerned the FBI is circling the MC. He needs to ensure that Candy will be loyal to the club. Even if that means bringing in The Enforcer. As Candy is pulled deeper into their web, she's unsure if she will be able to escape the Dirty Devils - or if she wants to. *This is book two of the main DBB Series. 21,000 words. Dark romance. No limits.*
This one still had elements that interested me, but it felt like a filler. There was very minimal plot progression. And it had a lot more relationship red flags. The treatment of women in this book, while potentially accurate to MCs in real life, idk, is really bad. After just getting out of a multi-year abusive relationship, they aren’t what I’d want for her. And the ending of this book, the pres seemed to go counter to his previously stated values in how he treated her. Being angry isn’t an excuse for poor behavior.
I’m not sure if I’ll read the remaining 2 books. There are kernels that I REALLY like and make me want to read more, but there are other aspects that just make it too much for me.
this is just bad porn and so beyond ridiculous- like we're supposed to believe she has a HUGE dick in her pussy and the other one just pushes his equally huge dick into her arse, no prep, shes not used to it and shes fine? yeah right. like show me someone who's never had anal sex cos this is so unrealistic!
then theres the mammoth sex all night long with these two huge docks- show me someone who's never had a big dick!!
this book is more like how bikers treat club whores and candy cane- should have known by the name is one, or treated as one. sorry its not rh, theres no love or romance its just fucking.
finally its so badly written i wanted to dnf but it was only 1.30 hr read anyway and I still struggled to finish.
Book 1 introduced us to the Hell Twins, Tarragon and Fennel and Candy Cane. Book 2 picks up from there and carries us a little further into their journey. In this one Candy finds herself in a rather precarious situation. She's caught up between these two in a big way. But trouble is in the background and neither of the three of them know which direction they should go.
Oooh such a good read! Super annoyed it ended on a cliffhanger! Getting to see Candy really come into who she is had been amazing. Seeing how Tarragon pulls the different sides of her out keeps you reading! Cannot wait to read the next book!
Still hot. Definitely contains things I wouldn’t want in a real life relationship for my self or a loved one but are okay for fiction for me. Excited to see where this series goes from here!
Short story that leaves you hanging. This series is good and all stories connect from the first to the next. Read in order to know how the story goes. Enjoyed this read.
I technically listened to this on audible during a long car ride I finished it because I’m not a quitter DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Candy Cane needs serious help
