A) Borrow money from someone B) Find another job C) Sell yourself to the Alpha
Caliana Hart chooses C and decides to offer herself up to the highest bidder. With her mother’s burgeoning sickness, she needs cash fast and part-time jobs aren’t cutting it. But she’s made the mistake of choosing the wrong man to mess with…
Xavier wants nothing to do with the girl his brother found online. He has enough things to worry about, like the fact that he hasn’t been able to shift. And to top things off, her annoying presence ticks off an enemy wolf pack who would like nothing more than to see Xavier—and now Cali—dead.
I really struggled with this book. I refuse to not finish any book I have started but this one really tested my beliefs! The female protagonist was a horrendous character. She had near to no positive personality traits and due to the story being written in her point of view that’s all you get!
The main character aside I also just found the book to be very confusing. I feel as if the author just came up with an idea half way through to keep the story going that did nothing to the plot other than have a few more winy chapters.
The chapters were also ridiculous! There is no reason a book like this should have 88 chapters! I did like how you were basically reading the story of a characters life of basically every hour she was awake and I wished more stories did this rather than have huge time jumps but this book did take it to extremes by splitting up 1 days into 10 chapters.
I was a little leery about this one because of the Typo warning Amazon had placed on it. God, if only typos were the biggest issue. The four main characters seem to have interchangeable personalities to a point where it's actually really hard to tell who is talking. The plot mostly consists of the same petty, repetitive dialogue over and over again. Honestly, this feels like a teenage girls first fanfiction. DNF'd over halfway through and I wish I'd stopped sooner.
This book was a perfect YA book intro into the supernatural world. I will say the main character got very annoying several times with her absurd amount of questions, and calling werewolves wolf-bears.
I love the story but unfortunately I hated the female lead!!
Calianna has got to be one of the most annoying characters ever!!
Not only does she constantly refer to the wolf shifters as wolf-bears and constantly says that the name is cute!! But also every single thought is, she finds Xavier cute and/or adorable!!
Not one page goes by without her saying or thinking it and omg how freakin annoying!!
She's also this annoying sort of person that thinks she should voice or argue over the most ridiculous things and constantly going on about her virginity.
One minute she wants to stay so she won't lose the $4.000.000 and then she wants to run and leave, then she's back to not wanting to lose the money again!!
I've never hated a character so much!! She's the sort of person I'd probably feed to a wolf-bear and wouldn't even feel bad about it!!
If you manage to find the audio to this, please do bother, as I think the narrator nailed it on the head when she did this whiny voice for her!!
However the narrator was brilliant with all the other voices and her emotional nuances throughout makes her one of the best female narrator's around. Such emotion is thrown into it. But be prepared to hate Cal all the more with the whining voice!!
If you can try and look beyond the fact of this cute and adorable whining moaning argumentative female lead, then the story is pretty good!! Problem is trying to find the next book so as to finish it.....sorry as much as I hate Cal I hate not finishing a story more lol

Not consistent pov. It should have the name of the persons view at the top of the chapter heading when telling the story. The main character was a bit bipolar one minute wanting to kill him the next minute she wants to jump his bones. The yelling was a bit much. And the storyline development was a bit stilted. And the grammar needed some work too. Her love for him wasn’t believable, overall the story it just felt off.
The story moves into too many territories way too fast. Character development is beyond lacking and forget trying to link the storyline to the book title. Some things work, others just leave you confused. Want to read the next book just to see if the writer shows any growth in story telling, else not something I would recommend buying.
This book was great at the beginning. I found once you got about half way the writing went from good to lots of mistakes and characters personas almost seemed to change. One character got way nicer and another seemed to have a more child like speech. Also found that the plot changed mid way and the reason for the title does not even come up in the plot or book at all.
There were so many errors it felt like I was reading a rough draft. The main characters seemed to be all suffering from bipolar disorder. They quickly changed moods and direction, it was hard to feel connected to their story.
I couldn’t finish the book. There were multiple spelling and grammar errors throughout. Character development was poor, the conversation between characters was awful, and the plot was lacking.
I tried! I really did try. I only read to PG 177 of 647 before I couldn't stand the lame conversations anymore!!!! It was all short quips, huhs and whats and repeating each other's comments. This was a PRIME selection, and I don't feel all that bad returning it early before finishing it.
One girl, Caliana and her wild friend hatch a plan to sell her virginity online to pay her parents' expenses. It gets bought by a stunning alpha male with abs worthy of a lick or two. However, he and his brother, Xavier, are total a$$hats; and not in a charming way either! These are the rudest, most malignant, morally gray, anti-heroes it has ever been my displeasure to read. The girls found out the hard way that a smokin' hot body does not equate to a person having a civil disposition. Caliana and her dipsh!t of a friend aren't any better. They argued the entire 177 pages about stupid stuff. The friend is a manipulative turd always egging Cali into doing stupid things and going places she would otherwise have had better sense not to.
Other than these dismal characters, the author thinks girls running in a forest screaming because they're not where the guys at least told them to stay for their own safety is the height of all that is action-packed. NOT! There wasn't even any virginity taking action 177 pages in! Maybe this story would have gotten better, since it is 647 pages, but I couldn't stomach the thought of slogging through the miasma to find out. On a positive note, it had fairly good editing, with only one typo. That attention to detail got it a 3-star rating.
Second PRIME today I've had to DNF!

This a good book the main character Cali is weak and annoying getting herself into trouble all the time. Xavier was not nice to Cali, even though he claimed to love her and Greyson played with her emotions and he confused Cali with his so called feelings for her. I’m sure if Colton really ever liked Cali or just he liked to make fun of her for being an human who wanted to be a wolf and mate and be marked to be included as one the wolf pack. Maya seemed strange at times and i wasn’t sure if Lola was really a true friend to Cali. Hopefully with other books Cali becomes a strong independent woman, who can dish it out to Xavier, Greyson, Colton and rest of the wolf pack and not let them walk all over her anymore.
Now on Season 41 on Radish - This story line started getting good, but seriously went downhill after brining back Xavier's dead mate who killed his mother. Now he is with the the women who killed his mother acts like she is the end all be all instead of Cali - the one that he should be with. Cali continuously thinks about others - protecting them above all else. This is not the case for Ava. Why can't the author allow Cali and Xavier to get back together? Also, it would be great if the author allowed comments on Radish.
Cali's character really develops - she becomes a strong, resilient person. Unfortunately, she is selfless to a fault. The separation between her and Xavier has gone on long enough. It's time for them to get back together and for Xavier to stop all this non-sense with Ava - why did she have to get reincarnated? And Xavier could have stayed away from Cali after the witch threatened to kill Cali if Xavier didn't leave without Xavier ending up with Ava and making her his Luna. Cali had to endure both Xavier and Greyson humiliating her and choosing someone else over her. The whole premise of the story started with Xavier and Cali falling in love. Why does Cali have to keep being hurt over and over and why not let her and Xavier find their way back together?
Such a disappointment since the story has strayed so far from the original love story between Xavier and Cali. Xavier needs to leave Ava's sorry ass and Cali deserves her happy ever after with Xavier and Greyson by her side - the only ones that can't seem to get on board with this are the creators of the story. Come on guys - bring Cali and Xavier back together and give them their HEA!!
I liked the different characters and splintered off storylines...like a long, long Wolf soap opera. However, I spent a fortune and never did get to whom she ended up with. She just hopped back and forth and it got to the point where I couldn't keep going. The immaturity of Cali was hard to take too, she didnt think before doing foolish things that put others in jeopardy, which was very irritating. Her first love interest acted like a hormonal teenage boy as well. I just wish radish had not charged so much for so many things that it was impossible to keep up. Was interesting story but the side stories were sometimes fillers that irritated when left hanging trying b to find out what happened in other storylines.
This book fell victim to "and then" story telling. The original premise was a bit of a stretch to start with, and then something else happened, and then something else even less related happened, rinse repeat etc. The ending was incredibly abrupt. I also don't believe an editor breathed in the same room as this book. There are other issues with characters and action, but I feel like if the writing was tightened up at least some of those might pull together too, or at least could be overlooked (definitely not all of them). Kudos to the author for trying, they really pumped out a lot of pages - too bad it didn't really take the characters anywhere interesting or meaningful.
I’m in the 4th season on radish. And have somewhat enjoyed it.
I would have absolutely loved this series at 20, however at 30 I struggled to relate to Cali’s immaturity and awkward nature. Her way of thinking and the way she acts is very much teen prude.
Its a slow burn and when the spicy stuff finally happens Cali makes it very awkward.
I found it easy to keep reading and get sucked into but was often cringing.
Not heaps of complexity to the characters, or much description of people or places.
Overall I think it’s well written and I’ll probably keep reading it.
I really liked the interaction between the brothers and between the main female character and her friend. I was torn because, while I enjoyed the story elements it sometimes felt like it was too long. There were several times when it was at a good place to end it but kept on. Then it seemed to end abruptly. It also needs some editing. Overall I liked it though. Weird huh!
I don't even know what Season it's on now but it started out so good and had so much potential. FMC is very selfish, childish and quite annoying, I thought there would be some character development but it never really stuck. It seems that for the sake of keeping the book going they've added so much filler and pointless twists. I stopped reading somewhere around Season 30? This is very much a never ending book, start at your own risk.
I really like the book and wait to read book 2, but I can't because it's on Radish. I have to use coins and not start where I left off in the book. It starts me in beginning. You should also put book 2 on Amazon. I don't want to use coins because you have to keep buying them for the next episode. I want to read actual book
Not very happy with this one, don't like the ending, throughout this book it dragged on and at times I wanted to return it. As I considered it I started to get into it but it still dragged on, maybe the second one is better,
It is hard to like the main character do not get me wrong I may think some of what she thinks but wow! And Lola's part seems to be getting smaller and I like her part.
Okay I started reading this years ago on the Radish app and parts of it has lived rent free in my brain since, so I was pretty excited to see this on the Kindle app. As I read through it again, I wondered what I was on the first time I read it. Ooooofta. At least I finished it? Will I read book 2?
There’s several issues with vocabulary words, being incorrect, and typos, but overall a good storyline Wish we could actually finish the stories, but I can’t find the continuation even using their links
Love the story line but there's little details of how everything or everyone looks besides just being good looking...Also would like more info in the perspective of Xavier and his brothers.
