I really love this book. I wasn't sure If I'd stick with the one page a day method (some days I have been enjoying it so much I've continued reading) I do however remind myself to stop, as I don't want to ruin the daily ritual element that makes this book so unique, I struggle in the mornings to get going and feel productive, as I'm a night owl. This book has really helped start my day with focus, and mindfulness. Dr MacGregor talks about the power of positive daily habits, and I'm making The Daily Reset mine.

What a brilliant way to start the day! The Daily Reset has indeed become an important part of my morning ritual. The thought-provoking daily nudges have already inspired me to make small changes which I'm sure will bring about big changes... and this is only the beginning! I give thanks for this wee gem... every day!

The brevity and stylisation of the chapters make the content so easy to read. A fantastic mix of studies and amusing anecdotes, providing insight and options for change/personal development in areas of life that we often simply accept as they are.

I'm really enjoying reading the short nudge each day. Simple, accessible, thought provoking and practical.
I’m lucky enough to have seen Stephen speak several times and have always thoroughly enjoyed the excellently researched wisdom presented in a practical and easy to apply way - not to mention the good humour.
A short daily dip in to The Daily Reset is highly recommended to get your day off to a good start

Highly Recomended! A must have book for your nightstand

This is a very interesting proposal for a daily 5-minute read (which is my case) or for a long read.

Dr. Steven Macgregor gives daily short but provocative nudges that help you reconnect with yourself and improve your wellbeing...

Every day I look forward to a new nudge of The Daily Reset. Dr. Steve P. MacGregor gives me this new approach of 12 concepts to rethink, get and use in my personal and professional journey. The Daily Reset is excellently written and a practical, helpful and powerful inspiration for a personal change.

Interesting but less inspiring daily reading book than the other 11 I read this year. I highlighted only 10 items (<3% of days). Months are organized by topic. Some months the author seemed to run out of things to say about the given topic. I though the first three months were more practical than the remainder. Nonetheless an interesting daily read.
