A beautiful, high-quality book about the world of colour! Beautiful bright, colourful images throughout which have been well chosen.
Lots of insightful information about the energy, culture, psychology and spirituality behind colour, and covers manner different topics, from body and soul, to home and food. My personal favourite is the food chapter.
I love the fact Heather and Jo have invited many different expert contributors from around the world to share their expertise too.
Every coffee table should have VIBE sitting on top of it!
