I enjoyed this up until the last chapter. It wasn't the most riveting Christian non-fiction book I've ever read on scripture & prayer but had valid points. In the last chapter the author once again lays out good points. The problem I had with it is that he put so many stipulations on prayer that are discouraging to today's Christians. There is a certain reverence with which we should view prayer, certainly. However, when we put so many stipulations & rules in place that we are unable to connect with God ~ we've lost the meaning of true relationship. This one was a no for me.
