From the 1st minute Lacy walks on the page and knocks Kyle on his ass I knew these 2 were going to explosive!
This book hand you hanging on every word trying to find out who has it in for Kyle.
Enemies to Lovers stories are my favorite, but when you add in a mystery, suspense and danger well Dam that's a 5 star book to me!
Pick up anything Raquel writes and get ready for a great time.

Kyle and Lacey are incendiary from the moment they find each other. She's a journalist for the school newspaper, and he's a soccer star she's investigating. It's not because she wants to be around him, but someone has it out for him - someone dangerous. She's tasked with finding out who, and the labyrinth of trails that lead to the answers is a lot more intricate than anyone might think. Along the way, they discover an attraction that neither of them bargained for. The problem is that they aren't the only ones who notice.
I'm loving this side of the author. Her contemporary sports romances are filled with mystery, tons of humor, and unexpected love stories fraught with danger. One of my favorite things about these stories is that they include a strong, full-of-sass heroine who stands up for herself no matter how hunky the guys are. Each one has me looking forward to the next one.

Author Charlene Raquel did it again. “Ruthless Intentions” was riveting from the first word. Mouth dropping surprises throughout the story had me gasping out loud. I’m pretty good at predicting where the story is headed and key players in the mystery of the story, but Charlene has stumped me again. Kyle and Lacey are full of chemistry as MCs and have great character development. Their journey as they try to find out who is behind the Raiders Forum Is full of nail-biting excitement at every corner. Don’t miss all the excitement.

Loved it! So much going on! From the beginning Lacey definitely made herself known! Kyle finds out quickly that not every girl is going to fall on his bed! Together they have to find out who's out to ruin Kyle. Enemies to lovers, mystery, suspense, danger!

Kyle and Lacey are amazing. Their story.was just so exciting and suspenseful boy was it great. I also loved the friends alot.

This book was great! I was on the edge of my seat from start to finish. Lacey and Kyle have amazing chemistry. Along with their friend they’re unstoppable.

This book was great! It’s an amazing enemy to lover story about Lacey the smart sassy journalist who falls for Kyle the bad boy soccer player. The two enemies work together to clear Kyle’s name and in turn fall in love, they have trials to surpass in order to live their happy ever after. This book had suspense and tons of action, who is after Lacey? Can they stop them? With the help of Lacey’s two best friends and Kyle’s two best friend, an aunt in the government and some awesome special ops guys(seen in other stories as well) we follow their journey to figure out who is targeting Lacey and if they get to enjoy life without the drama. This book was super amazing and I can’t wait to see what happens in the next book.
