I was a huge fan of the first book in this series, but the second one fell a little short for me. I didn’t get the full sense of Ivan’s background in the first one to show me how important Daniela was to him. I would have liked that to be a little more fleshed out. I would have also liked to see more about Daniela’s past because it would have strengthened her motivations. All in all, this one seemed more thrown together than the first in the series. Thanks so much to the author for allowing me an eCopy, these are my own honest thoughts and opinions. I just loved the first book in the series, so going in to book two I already had high expectations. Ivan found Daniela at the end of the first book and let’s just say fireworks happen. Amatory is still a voyeuristic and exhibitioner’s club but with all the new things going on I wonder if they'll pull out some kink.
What did I like? Ivan and Daniella fit great together but with everything that Daniella was hiding it makes sense that maybe these two won’t get a HEA. Ivan just seems so intense but there’s a lot of things going on in this book.
Would I recommend or buy? I’d get a copy because Ivan’s story was a good one. I didn’t love it as much as Sebastians story but it’s just as good.
Thoughts for the author? This book closely follows book one in the loud outburst and break up... get back together. A little too close for me to fully enjoy it. I really thought Ivan would have had more understanding and not so easily hurt Daniela because they had a history. Still I love the series.

Woah what a hot one. Darn I think they were having sex every other page of the book. It got a tad old after awhile. Dang I know it’s good but 2 minutes after you are done you are at it again. Stamina beyond stamina.
I didn’t love Ivan and Daniela as much as Sebastian and Annalise. Ivan really upset me with his reaction to everything. Disappointment! I almost wanted her to tell him to go to hell.
Again there is a TON of sex! Every where possible and every position. It is hot and kinky.
Nathaniel is up next and I think he is going to be my favorite!

Wow what a read. Not as good as the first. I really got into Annalise and Sebastian, I really just couldn’t love Ivan and Daniela.
Their story is tragic more so for Daniela. I was really disappointed in Ivan’s reaction at the end. Almost to the point where I wanted her to tell him to go to hell!

I liked this book, because i got to spend more time in Nashville with SIN INC. Each of their stories is interesting. I only wish there were going to be more books in the series.

Between the pages of this book might be the story of Nashville’s hottest private club, but the writing is the hottest thing I’ve read since HJ Marshall’s first one in this Amatory series, Seductive Sacrifice.
I couldn’t put the book down! It was absolutely everything that was important right through to the last page, and I’m sure the retina’s of my eyes are still scorched today from the stinking heat that emanated from the pages.
I love Second Chance romances and it was told in my favourite dual POV. Our heroine, Daniela was betrayed in the worst of ways, and how she remained strong is testament to the strength of characters that HJ Marshall writes in her books. Even at her most vulnerable she retained a deeply hidden strength and there was a lot of baggage for both her and Ivan to work through. Ask yourself this, how honest could you be about your past if it was your deepest shame and a secret you’d kept buried so that it didn’t eat you alive?
If you are looking for a contemporary erotica, high on romance, chemistry, serious heat and some club kink, then get your head between these pages, and enter into the titillating atmosphere of Amatory. A place where these characters exhibit their deepest desires. 5 inflammatory stars.

Another hot read from H.J. Marshall!! Make sure you are aware of your surroundings when in public! Lol
I love Ivan and Daniella. The fact that they were torn away when they were younger by unfortunate people and events just makes you root for them even more. They have both had to deal with carrying this heartache with them for years they deserve a happy ending which H.J. makes sure they get! Yes there might be an occasion or two where you wish they would just talk to each other and Ivan let's his temper get the better of him but what's a good book without a little angst?? Not to mention some steamy love scenes....
You definitely won't be disappointed with the second book in the Amatory series. Now I just need Nathaniel's book and all with be right in the world!

WOW! H.J. Marshall took a second chance romance and cranked it up to 100! Ivan and Daniela were childhood sweethearts who were ripped away from each other then were brought together 10 years later. Both thinking the other had betrayed them, yet never stopped loving each other. My heart broke for both of them but boy did they make up for the time they missed together! It was really great seeing all the characters from Seductive Sacrifice, book 1 of H.J. Marshall's Amatory series too. Even though this is book two in this series, it can be read as a standalone but I highly recommend you read Seductive Sacrifice just because this is an incredible and HOT series!

Good lord almighty this book was so flipping hot I thought my phone would melt!
Ivan and Daniela's story was amazing, yet heartbreaking, and full of emotions and steam. I was certainly not expecting Daniela's portion of the story to be so agonizing but she is a very strong, determined woman. I loved Ivan! The phenomenal chemistry and connection between him and Daniela was beautiful. Their story was fantastically written, H.J. Marshall makes you feel all the emotional struggles, the determination of the characters and pulls you right into the steamy scenes. Very well done! I am loving this series and can't wait for more.

Clean up on aisle four please! Holy hell was that hot! And I know what hot is because I live in the south. This was scorching! It all starts in the last book when Ivan see’s his former love Daniela again. After a harsh breakup years earlier, Ivan is still livid with her. Still being in love with her, he want to make amends. Daniela has secrets from her past that are unthinkable. When Ivan finds out her secrets, will he still be able to accept her for who she is or will it tear them apart forever?

Wow!!!!! Ivan and Daniela’s story was such a steamy 2nd chance romance! I absolutely loved this 2nd book in the Amatory series by H.J. Marshall! In the first book, Seductive Sacrifice, you’re introduced to a different side of Ivan. While reading Indecent Intent you get to understand his back story and fall even more in love with his character! The chemistry between Daniela and Ivan is sexy AF! I can’t wait to read the next installment for the Amatory series! I have a feeling Nathaniel’s book is going to blow me away!

I thought book one was amazing but HJ Marshall has amped it up a notch.
Ivan is soooo much naughtier than Sebastian and I freaking loved it.
Daniela is a strong heroine who doesn't put up with Ivan's bs and owns her sexuality.
If you want a love story that is raunchy, risqué and definitely NSFW, this is it!

Indecent Intent is the second book in H.J. Marshall's Amatory series and is a must read. It's a great story about losing love and getting a second chance and is ten times hotter than the first. Do yourself a favor and step inside the doors of Amatory.
