Her first book Tangled Webs: Love, Lust and Diamonds released on September 7th, 2018. Her passion for writing began in elementary with writing short stories and even getting the highest possible score on her 4th grade writing state test. Eventually her passion began to fade away as she got older.
She was drawn back into writing after sharing her story with a close friend and receiving a tremendous amount of positive feedback. Reading the work of other authors, in a variety of genres, has always been an outlet for her to get a break from her daily activities. She is currently a full time student at Broward College, pursuing her degree in Exceptional Student Education with plans of being a high school reading teacher in the future and she is a mother of two beautiful daughters.

The Second Time Around Is The Charm!
Zarkia, thanks for giving an update on Jovan & Jaelyn . So good to see them doing good. It was so refreshing to see Smith on his grown man thing. Although he made some decisions that cost a lot of drama. Ashley, was a piece of work. Why is it when someone has told a person,showed a person they are done because of their messed up actions they don't want to let go?
Halle and Jae formed a great bond when they first met, and helped get her started with her catering business. Smitty was able to pick up the reins from Jovan and keep business flowing. He had proved himself time and time again and he promoted Cadillac because he proved to be honest, loyal, trustworthy man.
Smitty was blessed to have a child he knew nothing about, him being the stand up man he is he made sure to be there at every step. Getting back in Halle life Smitty knew the universe had put them back together and he made sure that every obstacle they came across got dealt with together. I loved the grown women relationship between Hazel and Halle for the sake of Halo..

This most definitely wasn't an awesome book it just had love and Christmas supposed to be no you have your ups and downs but it was all around a good book everyone should read this book thank you and merry Christmas.

Good book
I loved the book; what didn't like was the back and forth with Smitty and Ashley he should have had someone lay hands on her. With the mess she was doing. I am glad he got who he wanted in the end

Short and Sweet read
This book had so many twists and turns with a crazy ex- girlfriend, an oblivious man - Luther and ex-employees who stole money from their employer and made horrible decisions with it. Hallie was so relatable with how she wanted to live a drama free life relationship wise, worked hard to buy her car and pay her own way without any help!!!
Black love trumps all. You get to see the Smitty be vulnerable and go see his mum for advice, his entire demeanour changed when he had a child. He pulled all the stops to get Hallie back and he was self reflective to realise that he had ignored previous red flags. I enjoyed reading it even though it was short. Would highly recommend

Good Read
This was a good story. Ashley was institutional crazy and Luther wasn't to far behind her on his short bus. Neither one of them acted like they knew what "we're done" means. Well at least Hallie and Smitty will get justice for all the crap Ashley did. I pretty sure Luther finally got the picture once he seen Smitty. I'm glad Hazel was cool and will be a great parenting partner with Smitty and Hallie.💜💜

When given the chance for a do over, Smitty wasn’t let it pass him by again. Hallie had so much going for herself, loved she let the past go and got her happiness. Both had exes, sort of kind of that wouldn’t let go. Ashley had to learn the hard way. No words for Luther and his dysfunctional family. It was a really good story! I am so happy that Ashley were arrested. She really is crazy. I don't know how Smitty missed all those red flags. At least she will be in jail for a long time. I am also happy that Smitty and Haillie reconnected and they are engaged. Great Read!

Poor editing,grammatical errors ruined this story. Too many to even go thru.. The characters were just ok. Ashley & Luther being a whole nut cases were the most interesting parts of thus story.

Funny
Luther was a fool. He had me laughing with everything he was doing to get her lol. Angle was a nut basket and needed to be put down. Javon was still a crazy fool, that moonrock had him bent. I am so glad that he got his woman back.

This was a great read from start to finish! I loved Smitty and Hallie relationship. Ashley was a crazy ass psycho! That damn Luther was slow slow. 😂 I'm glad everything worked out for everyone in the end!
