Determined to gain the upper hand, Sei manages to throw the assassins off her trail through a series of false leads and misdirects. Off the grid and relatively safe in Iceland, Sei turns her attention to finding and enlisting the help of a rogue hacker named Kratica to help locate Carmotte. But someone is intent on derailing Sei's plan.
An assassin named Kazmer is now managing the contract, and he doesn’t plan on chasing Sei around like his predecessor. You can hear my review, of this book on my podcast and website. This story is one heck of a page turner. I found myself reading some of the chapters over again just for the thrill ride. Now, on my scale of 1 to 5, 1 being don’t bother and 5 a real page turner, I have to give Clean House, a solid, 5. As I have said before about Ty, he has created a very captivating series with these characters and great character development and this book is a great example of that.

Sei and Jeong-Ja travel across Europe to Iceland. Along the way they had to destroy several groups of assassins who are out to kill Sei for a large bounty. It’s fascinating how she can take out everyone in her path. Her greatest fight is against Olaf, and his five sons who are Vikings trained to fight as Vikings. So many twists and turns. So many shocking, heart-stopping, exciting moments. It definitely kept me up until the early morning having to find out how it ends.
Ty has taken Sei into an interesting new direction with an even more intriguing cast of characters to aid her now and quite possibly in the diet should she need it. I'm guessing she will.
I'm eagerly anticipating the next book in the series. While I love the action and the story line, it's time Ethan got what was coming to him. And MORE importantly, for Sei and Mui to begin the next chapter of the exciting adventures.
I was really looking forward to this one and it didn't disappoint. Sei is trying to stay ahead of the bounty hunters on her tail and she has some new "friends" hot on her trail. Great read!
Enjoyed this book as much as the others. The heroine keeps thrilling us much like Ben Porter in false assurances, threat bias and subversive addiction. With a fourth one coming out in a month!
That was a slick move. Had the decoy killed making me think it was Jeong Ja. Then have her come out to greet Marcus when he returned. WTH? I thought, "No way he would kill off Sei! " Great job on this book, can't wait for the next one.
SEI still does the impossible, her skills and wits stay honed to a razors edge. Strategy changes and she loses friends to her hunters or greed. The hunted becomes the hunter, not what you want if you were hunting!
The author's writing is very good. I was previously not a big reader, but I could never finish a book. Kutos to the author for fun reading. Time to pick up book 8.
Sei is on the run to stay a step ahead of assassins who want to collect the $50 million bounty on her head. She fakes her own death but leaves enough clues that assassins are after her again. I couldn't but the book down!
I have to admit, Ty knows how to write thrillers. This kept me on the edge of my seat and I really care about the characters (wish I could meet Sei irl). On to the final chapter in the saga!
Excellent continuation of the Sei saga - especially bringing in characters from the Mui series - shame we have to wait until November for the next one :(
