Meet me, Burgh Blonde, Pittsburgh's token single girl. This book picks up where Sex and the City left off but with a blue-collar, working-class American twist. In Pittsburgh, we're known for our sports teams, Primanti's sandwiches, and kitschy yinzer language. This book puts into context exactly what it's like to date men from the City of Champions and what a woman has to put up with when we are growing more successful and independent while the men are reverting back to cavemen.
This book is not for the faint of heart. There is sex, foul language, and magical metaphors to keep you hooked from start to finish. These eighteen short stories give you an up-close-and-personal look into my private sex life and all the dirty hijinks that comes with it. After reading this book, you will know what it's like to give a BJ to a UFC fighter, have a three-way on an official Air Force barracks, how to have sex with a furry, and dare I say, even weirder stuff.

This is the author, April Marie. Thank you for checking out my book! I am a first time author so the fact that you are here means the world to me! If you are wondering whether you should purchase this book or not let me help you. This book has sex, foul language, magical metaphors and crazy situations that reading may make you feel like a whore sweating in church. If any of that makes you blush, Karen, then this may not be the book for you. But if you love getting day drunk with your girlfriends and reminiscing about all the horrible dates you had as a single girl, or love movies such as Sex & the City & Fifty Shades of Gray, if you love talking trash on awful guys, if you like to laugh then this is the book for you. As women we all have those awful dating horror stories that we bring out to entertain our friends at girls night, I just so happened to of written all of them down for you. I am in no way a great literary author, I don't see a Pulitzer in my future, but one thing I can guarantee is that you will laugh at these ridiculous stories. Also, if a man has found their way to these comments, yes women talk trash on you, if you want an idea about how detailed we get, then buy the book and find out for yourself and also what not to do with a woman! Excellent one-liners and great writing. April Marie definitely has a great comic sensibility. This book is not for your grandma! These sexy, scandalous dating stories are outrageous! Worth a read, for sure.

This hilarious and [very!] candid collection of short stories will have you laughing out loud and/or clutching your pearls! Perfect for anyone who has ever had an awkward date or sexual encounter…so everyone! Grab a bottle of wine and get reading!

This book is rather the definition of problematic. Marie (a pseudonym) offers not a guide per se but rather a detailed account of her bawdy escapades in the early years of 21st-century Pittsburgh. She is an amusing raconteur, and if you like sex stories this might be the book for you. It is also an interesting take on the freewheeling side of Pittsburgh's party scene. However, after a while the stories begin to seem a bit repetitive; more troublingly, some episodes she describes find her the victim of rape or other sexual assaults, though she doesn't identify them as such and more or less seems to just leave them behind.
