I read this book as a resource for an assignment in my Learner's Edge Summer course focused on teacher burnout. I rented it from the library but feel I will buy my own copy for future reads as burn out cannot be solved in one class-it is an ongoing process. I liked the layout of stages and templates provided. It gives a teacher at any level of burnout a chance to heal the burn.
