It's a great book to read when u want to start a healthy journey & and show you what the sum of the foods work best.it shows some workout plans. What I didn't like was w vegetables. What takes a while to digest and some ppl have a week stomach. Also, I feel it needed more motivation to get started and keep going. There should have been pic's of ppl that have done it before.
This is an aggressive approach, but I think it would work. I really appreciate the fact that he cites scientific studies. It's an easy read and provides a sample menu and workout plan too.
