I'm not fond of Alice. She's met her match with Deacon though, or has he met his? Alice is a handful for certain, but her twin brother.....Zane....wow. I adored him.
Him finding Jade and uncovering her secrets was amazing. When the Fallon men fall, they definitely fall.

This story is the journey of Zane and Alice twin children of Cal and Gretchen. In the other books Zane was described as sensitive at the time they were 14. Now 4 years later he is an escort. Although he doesn't have sex with his clients because he is saving himself for his bride.
Alice, I'm not even sure how to describe her. She walks around like she is better tha18n everyone. Then she meets Lucas and she is in love. They don't have an easy relationship and she is 18 years younger than him. He wants marriage and children and she doesn't want them yet. So she pisses him off and he leaves her. Now she is wanting him back but she finds him with another woman. This is one reason I gave a low score. He screws someone who works in his whore house and the Alice shows up and has sex with him right after.
What never makes sense to me is that you are reading along and the next thing you know years have gone by. Now Alice is married to Lucas and each of her siblings start feeling something off with him. It's like the author brings up some scenario at the end that comes out of the blue and makes no sense at all.

The third instalment of the winterburg series does not disappoint! We join Alice and Zane the youngest of the siblings as they find themselves and find love. Alice meers and falls head over heels for the dark, brooding and dangerous Lucas Fucking Deacon and their hot firey and passionate relationship will make your head spin. Zane the mysterious and quiet one of the four siblings is more like his mother than the rest, in tune with his emotions, and 100% unapologetically himself we see Zane grow and find love in his own way. There are many twists and turns in this book that will have you on the edge of your seat! The twins with their connection And bond leave us falling in love with them just like the rest of their family

Cal & Gretchen guiding their family the only way they no how...lots of love, always protective and standing by them no matter what. I be just finished book three in the winterburg series and again had to finish from start to finish with no interruptions ok maybe a little break here and there it was good to read about Alice and Zane and what they got up too highly recommended this novel in fact any novel linzvonc has written

I loved how all three books was about the entire family and it was awesome! You really can’t help who you fall in love with and they all had a great story to them ! This is epic and Linzvonc is one of the best writers I know out their! All her novels are phenomenal!!!!!

I enjoyed the twists and turns of this book!

This series is not that steamy like you would think it is. There is barely any spice however the story is really good. I highly recommend to check triggers if you are a sensitive reader or have a sensitivity towards certain topics. I loved how this was a quick dark mafia read and it really kept me entertained! 💖

This was the darkest book in the series so far. More mafia interactions than in the other books.
The fiery spirit of Alice had me loving her so much but wanting to slap the ever-loving crap out of her. Zane's sugary sweet personality had me running towards his white flags vs. Lucas' red ones. An unexpected plot and twists came out of nowhere and had me flipping the pages to get answers.
