The Proposal
Back at university, Dominic made a drunken pact with Lucy—if neither of them were married by 35, they would marry each other. Now they are 35, and they are wondering if it could actually work. Dominic moved back to London to find out, but Lucy is a single mother and doesn't know whether to take him seriously. The proposal would be ideal had she not tried marriage once before, and were their sex not quite so bad. Can friendship be redesigned to make a marriage?

A sweet book, something we can all relate to. I know someone who actually did this!!!

I thought this book was going to be a contest to see how many witty lines the author could cram in .. and it was! Fortunately there was also a surprising development of the characters and their relationship. Some interesting twists kept the plot engaging and I loved the ending.

This book was good, just for some reason took me so long to read :( It was nice not knowing how the book was going to end, as it constantly changed from being yes to no.

I liked this book but not too much. Okay to read if you have no special urge to read something really nice. A time pass book.
