Ryker wasn’t sure how the hell he was going to pull his bar out of the red and pay off the loan sharks who were now darkening his doorstep. Ryker took over as the President and owner of the Bar for the Smokey Bandits MC and needs to find a way to pull it out of the red and making a profit again. In order to do that he has to make some changes and add staff. He doesn’t want to go to Ace the past president that stepped down to run his casino and have time for his family, so he makes a bad choice and goes to a loan shark. Now, he needs to make payments and the loan shark wants to be sure that he reminds him that his payment is due at the end of the week, so he shows up at the bar and makes threats that scare Ryker.
Harlow is in need of a job to keep a roof over her and her little girl and keep food on the table for them. She lives next door to her mom, who helps with childcare and as much as she can, but Harlow knows that it’s her responsibility to take care of her and her daughter, so with no work experience at all, she goes to the Smokey Bandits bar and applies for a waitressing job.
Ryker and Harlow meet when Harlow needs to find a job and Ryker needs to hire a waitress for the Smokey Bandits bar. Ryker is determined to keep things professional, and Harlow is fine with that since her choice in men in the past has not been great in the past. Now there is more danger lurking around Harlow because she chose to be stubborn and not leave her bosses office when a loan shark showed up to remind him of his payment and got on the loan sharks’ radar. Now if Ryker doesn’t make his payment, Harlow will be taken as collateral. Ryker needs to protect Harlow, her daughter, and her mother, as well as go to Ace after all. Things will get heated and these two will have to really fight their attraction. I enjoyed this book and loved the characters. I give it a 4-star review and I look forward to more of the Smokey Bandit MC books.

Being the Prez of a MC club isnt easy. I was trying to see black instead of the red of the debt we owe for the bar. I needed help. I broke the first rule and asked help from the wrong person. Trying now to get going I hired a new waitress named Harlow who sets my heart on fire. She has secrets who doesn't. She is truly amazing beautiful and strong. Thru out their story Harlow and Ryker learn they can have the life both have wanted a family to love unconditionally. They need to address the issues around them to be free. The crazy loan shark, the ex husband and his insane mother. So many people are on their side fighting. Now Harlow, Ryker and Iris can have everything out of life.

Let me tell you the men in Smokey Bandits are a different breed. Second chance love for his amazing mother who love hard and protects who she’s loyal too. Ryker king of clubs was only missing his queen .

Ryker is voted as Club Prez and the new owner of the bar. It is already in debt, and he wants to spruce it up. Instead of asking his Brothers, he asks someone that will take it out on his new waitress if he doesn't pay up.
Harlow needs this job and now an evil man has her in his sights. She will do anything to keep her mom and her daughter safe.

I've been waiting for this one!
Ryker is a proud biker. Not wanting to ask for help when he gets himself in too deep with the wrong people. Harlow is a single mom who doesn't really like leaning on a to be because she learned the hard way from her ex that you can't trust anyone but yourself.
Together these two come together to fight off their demons of believing in someone else and surrendering their hearts. Absolutely loved this couple. Can't wait for joker, aka Taz.

Ryker is the new president of the Smokey Bandits and he hires Harlow as a waitress for the bar which is in the red. They are both attracted to each other and together they will work to settle their issues. Her ex husband, the loan shark for which Ryker needs money for the bar and his insane mother. Can they resolve everything to have a better life together????A great story and amazing characters that will captivate you from the first to the last page. I volunteered to review this story.

Ryker, President of the Smokey Bandits MC and Harlow is a single mom to a 2 year old daughter. Ryker's in trouble! This fierce little woman puts him and the rest if the guys in their place real quick. I love this story and I love that Harlow gives as good as she gets. Ryker and Harlow's story is a great addition to the Smokey Bandits.

I loved Ryker and Harlow! Ryker is the Prez of the Smokey Bandits and Harlow is a single mom of a two year old. I adored Harlow, she was a strong and sassy woman that wasn’t afraid to speak her mind and I loved Ryker, he was a fine specimen of a man. This was another fabulous addition to the Smokey Bandits MC and one I highly recommend.

I usually don’t mind a speedy short story but this reached my limit sadly. We barely got time to know the characters before everything got serious. It just felt like a disservice to the plot :(. Fingers crossed book 5 brings it back

Good
I enjoyed reading this story very much. It's very hard being a s single parent, then adding ex husband got sent to prison for cutting ex-wife. Then throw in a little girl. I highly recommend this.

I loved Ryker and Harlow, the chemistry between the two was off the charts and the drama with the loan sharks made for an entertaining drama filled read.
