”Because from the moment I saw you, Amelia, I knew there was more to us than just a chance meeting. I knew that you were supposed to be in my life.”

The perfect ending to Amelia and Neal’s story. I adore these two. Such a good Mafia romance series with the perfect amount of romance.

And this ends the story of Neal and Amelia! Though the side characters still have their stories to be told we finally get the conclusion to our MMCs.

Once again, we start right back where the last book ended with Amelia being kidnapped right after Neal leaves her at the hospital and walks away from her life in order to protect her.

We find out that she has been taken by none other than Christiano and kept in his home just outside of Boston but that's not the only revelation: Christiano is faking his alliance and partnership with Romero, and he is actually working against him. He is keeping Amelia safe away from him in the pretense that he is holding her hostage instead.

Thankfully Christiano and Amelia come to an agreement, and she agrees to work with him in order to get Romero fucked over, but sadly all this is lost to Neal as it's been weeks and he has not been able to find her, and this is driving him mad. He is killing nonstop and even his men are worried about it, but nothing will stop him from finding the love of his life.

After a somewhat successful screw up of Romero and his plans, Neal and his forces kill a bunch of his men and save Amelia at the auction which she was pretending to be for sale.

Romero being a slimy bastard gets away and he evades them for quite some time, but his ending is coming, and I would have hated it if he lived to go on another book haha but thankfully he gets his demise but not before he crashes his car into Amelia and Neal and injures them.

Amelia in the entire book had one thing on her mind constantly and one worry, after her initial shooting and surgery she was left with only one ovary causing her to be worried about not being able to give Neal heirs but Neal being the guy he is and wonderfully in love eases her worry and tells her that they will have children whether it happens naturally, surrogate or adoption. He wants her and none of that matters but as per our HEA, Amelia finds out months later (just a week shy of their wedding) that she is pregnant!

There are also a few things that happen on the sidelines concerning side characters:
1) Christiano deal to marry was sealed and you can read his book in King of Fire
2) Hunter and Olivia are still not together, and she is still a virgin. Their book is next! (Currently reading it!)
3) Liz and Killian are a mess and honestly, I am not his biggest fan and since their part 1 book is only out and part 2 is still not release, I won’t be reading it until it's out!
4) We meet a new character Bastionne and he is going to have his own book as well!

Yes!!!! What an amazing conclusion for Neil and Amelia! With the cliffy that we got in book two I was dying to jump into this book and I was not disappointed! Both Neil and Amelia’s feeling for a be another never wavered the amount of love they have for one another bleeds through the pages and touches deep down into your soul. Neil would burn the entire world to the ground for Amelia. Their conclusion is packed full of emotions, twists and turns that will have you captivated from beginning to end. I know I sure was I had to finish this in one sitting because I needed to make sure they got their HEA. I also love our secondary characters they are all so intriguing and I can’t wait for their stories. If you are looking for a fantastic mafia romance you need to start with Loyalty That Binds book 1 and keep going you are going to love this series!

Neil and Amelia's final book. After the massive cliffhanger at the end of book 2 I was impatiently waiting for Love That Binds, for what might happen next, how events could unfold and to get a satisfying ending. And Ms Wyatt delivered it in every aspect beautifully. With such a strong and unbreakable connection between Neil and Amelia, their feelings and emotions presented so real, raw and pure, palpable from each read page, caused me shivers and goosebumps. Both have unwavering faith: Neil to find his woman, no matter how much destruction he will cause and how many people will die in the process, and Amelia well knows he won’t stop until they will be reunited. Both strong, unapologetic selfs, that will do whatever is necessary to be back together and fight their enemy, helping discover long hidden truths from the past covered by lies and deceptions, specially after joining forces with the least expected people.
Love That Binds is the 3rd and final book that follows Neil and Amelia’s story (but not the last one in the Cosa Nostra Series). Mafia romance, with an interesting plot, unexpected twists and turns, great amount of romance and hotness. Captivating read from the start. And with such expressive and compelling side characters, I cannot wait to get into their stories.
Love That Binds is released today, available in KU, together with two previous books in series: Loyalty That Binds and Family That Binds.

I’ve received an Arc copy in exchange for honest and voluntary review.

Fantastic i was hooked

The 3rd book in the Cosa Nostra series and the last book of Amelia and Neal.

Action packed, full of suspense and drama.

Picking up straight from book 2s ending, Neals on a rampage across the city for revenge and vengeance.

I loved the plot again, addicitive and fast paced.

Checkmate.

The chess match between Neal Sanders and his uncle comes to a close with this final book of the trilogy, but will Neal walk away from the game the victor with his reign as Il Padrino of Cosa Nostra and his relationship with Amelia intact?

Picking up from Book Two, Amelia has been taken from the hospital by Neal's Uncle Romero, the former Castellano Don who does not appreciate being unseated by his young nephew, and Romero's ally Christiano Luchesse. Neal has been turning New York upside-down with a trail of corpses behind him to find Amelia.

It turns out that Neal did not need to play alone to win his game against his uncle.

I love the phenomenal world-building in this series, and while the first books always carry the burden of introducing side characters that will eventually have their story, A.J. Wyatt does a great job in integrating them into the story. I love that the new generation of Cosa Nostra Dons has the common theme of refusing to carry the sins of their fathers or predecessors and that they lean on that as a common bond.

Despite being apart for most of the book, Neal and Amelia's connection continues to be fire. The deep longing and determination to get back to each other are wonderfully infused into the story. While I love this couple, the side characters have caught my attention with their mysterious but effortless charisma. Vincenzo di Napoli, Christiano and Matteo Luchesse, and Bas Gravano. Boy, I sure do look forward to their stories.

This is a mafia romance, so there will be triggers associated with crime and violence. But if you love this genre, this trilogy has been a great read.

This trilogy was great, I really enjoyed it and it didn’t even have a whole lot of smut.

The premise is different and interesting as it follows Amelia and her friends who aren’t part of the mafia world but get caught up in it.

Neal Sanders is half-Italian, half-Irish but is the Underboss of the Cosa Nostra and the trilogy is his journey to becoming the Godfather along with his romance with Amelia.

Neal was enticing and I loved his relationship with his two friends Hunter and Killian. I look forward to reading more about them in the next books.

The authors also sets up other characters we can look forward to in spin offs like Cristiano and Vincenzo.

The world building surrounding the Italian mafia in NYC, the 5 families and the mystery around who killed Neal’s parents really pulled me in. I enjoyed every moment although I was hoping for more steamy scenes.

I definitely need a Neal in my life 😋

It’s a dark, fun mafia romance with some sweet moments and spice and a lot of delicious men. I’m really interested in reading the spin offs about Amelia’s friends as well Liz and Olivia.

Definitely recommend and need more!!

Love that Binds by A. J. Wyatt

Oh wow. This is a mafia romance, so there will be triggers associated with crime and violence so if you are triggered by these read at your own risk. But if you love this genre like most do, this trilogy is a great read. We pick up where we ended in Family That Binds. We continue with Neal and Amelia's connection which still burn a fierce fire. The way the author writes the deep longing and determination these characters have to get back to each other is wonderfully written. The emotions running high is infused into the story keeping you engaged throughout the book. Even though this couple is the star, the side characters will caught my attention with their all the mysterious but effortless charisma the author gives them . Vincenzo di Napoli, Christiano and Matteo Luchesse, and Bas Gravano all will captivate you. I look forward to their stories and much more from this author and this intriguing world. Recommend this series for sure.

This is the final installment of the Cosa Nostra trilogy of Neal and Amelia and A.J. did NOT disappoint. This third book brought everything together. I love how strong Amelia remains even though she is uncertain and certainly has reason to fear. I love how protective Neal is of Amelia. Even when he was pushing her away he was doing it for her benefit. In this book Neal realizes he messed up big time and does everything in his power to make it right and I love him for it.

There were twists and turns that I didn’t see coming. I’m still curious what the heck happened between Luchesse and Di Napoli, but I’m sure we will find out in the coming books.

If you’re looking for a great mafia book, with touch her and you die vibes…this series is for you!

Okay, surprises on top of surprises in this book. Amelia has to decide if the enemy of her enemy is her friend or foe? I feel bad for all that Amelia has to endure. Her major character flaw is her anger and she thought Liz's mouth was unfiltered, hers can be just as bad sometimes. Not just bad but deadly dangerous.

Neal's capos are worried that he is over the edge looking for Amelia. He has gone on a killing rampage with no results.

Finally a break. Amelia and Neal are reunited but his uncle gets in the way.
A shocking finish. A must read. You will not be disappointed.

Reasons I enjoyed this book:
Action-packed
Haunting
Page-turner
Realistic
Scary
Steamy
Tragic
Twisted
Unpredictable

This is a perfect conclusion to Amelia and Neil's story. As any other of Ms. Wyatt's books, it has all the ingredients of an amazing page-turner - spice, depth, suspense, and endless twist and turns.

I absolutely love the author's ability to immerse the reader into the story to the point where you forget you're reading. You're just there, a part of the world she's created, watching it all play out.

Cannot recommend enough!

Love That Binds is the perfect end to Neil and Amelia's story. Throughout the series, it's been a rollercoaster of emotions, and this book was no different. I loved seeing how much they've grown as characters since the beginning and while I hate to see the series end, this was definitely a perfect ending for the two.

I wanted to give this five stars, but the pacing was too slow and there were lulls in the story.

impressed

I’m actually impressed with this trilogy. It was well written, entertaining, with a lovely couple. I speed through all three in a day. It was refreshing having an H who rough around the edges but very much in love. No kidnapping, forcing or decent. Great cast around them that are definitely headed into interesting stories. Can’t wait.

I absolutely loved this mafia trilogy. Amelia and Neal’s love story has its share of ups and downs. Their chemistry is amazing. She is truly the queen and fits in well with Neal’s lifestyle. There was never a dull moment in the book. Can’t wait to read more books in the series.

So frustrated to have a long 3 book series end so abruptly with such a short epilogue. Having stayed with this very long drawn out series to have it end like that is really disappointing.

A book that can have you on the edge of your seat, biting your nails down to their beds and the next minute have you melting at how perfect Neal and Amelia are together.

I adored everything about this book, but the best bit for me was how they dealt with their arch-nemesis. These two do everything together. Neal protects Amelia whilst simultaneously providing her with what she needs to reach her full potential in every situation. He doesn't treat her like a meek and mild little girl (because she isn't) and I love that. I love that they are equals. Truly the King and Queen of Cosa Nostra.

And it's so hot I burned up while reading it.

Action, suspense and romance

The third book in this series, LOVE THAT BINDS was full of mafia action, rituals and tradition. The heads of all five (actually 6 counting the Irish) families had their work cut out for them sorting out the bad guys from the really bad guys.

Neal and Amelia’s romance took center stage most of the time with Neal searching for Amelia until he gets a tip. Amelia remains her stoic self and longs for Salvatore and Romano to get what’s coming to them.

I really enjoyed the story and would read the next book in the series when it comes out,

The thrilling conclusion of Neil and Ameilia’s story. I have to say I was eagerly awaiting this one. Neil and Amelia are an extraordinary couple. They should never be together, but that didn’t stop them.
The entire story is well written and carries you along to the riveting climax. It is about the mafia, so there is plenty of gritty action and, of course, not so subtle criminal activity. Then there is the steamy action between Neil and Amelia.

Read the books in order, and you will be happy you did. All three are for sure highly recommended.

What a brilliant and fitting ending for Neal and Amelia! I loved how the final book played out, the intense story, the twists and turns and super hot sex scenes! These two really do have excellent chemistry, I don't think I'm ready for their story to end.....thank god AJ is planning future books in this world! I really need Hunters, Killian's and Christiano's stories!
This has been a breathtaking, intense and emotional mafia romance jam packed with loads of action! I highly recommend!

The final book for Amelia and Neal. This book started off really well and kind of felt rushed after the big rescue scene; it was trying to fit in a bunch of details, plus set up future books in that world. The ending was very abrupt.

I did enjoy the 3 book series. I enjoyed that the lead female wasn't a simmering lump and the lead male was unapologetically himself.

Omg. This series was amazing. Neal and Amelia story come to end. But we are not done with the Cosa Nostra world. But back to Neal and Amelia, after books two cliffhanger I couldn't wait to see what would happen. This book was amazing and I couldn't put it down. I can't wait for the next one and I hope we see more of them as it did leave off with some big news.
