This is one of my favorite mangas but this final arc,,,, it's dragging on forever and the deaths are so unnecessary and feel forced. Maybe he took too much inspo from watching aot with his son idk. At least there is senju 💔

okay, ma questo sviluppo con una specie di aura? capisco che è la raffigurazione dell'istinto omicida, del lato oscuro di una persona, ma questa rappresentazione mi ha fatto ridere. Ovviamente quello che è successo a South non mi tange minimamente.

I finally caught up with all the chapters! I used to love this series at the start and I still like it but this final arc seems too drawn-out. I don’t know what direction the author is taking this story to as it’s mainly Mikey dealing with his “dark impulses” and those who used to be close to him are facing the consequences. The deaths were unnecessary which is making me wonder who will possibly be the next to face their demise.
Even so, I can’t stop reading as I enjoy pain apparently.

Welp, that was comforting.
Funnily enough, this is a direct contrast to Volume 24 since there is a lot of fighting involved and quite a few things happen.
One of the things that stuck out the most to me was the parallels and comparisons between Mikey and South. Well, maybe more like reflections or two parts of a matching set at the present moment. It is quite an interesting dynamic to explore and all the way where they diverge are made all the more intriguing by all their similarities.
The flashbacks were really cool, and I always love getting to see some more of Shinishiro since he is such a central part of the story but still such a big mystery.
Wakasa, Benkei, and Takeomi were all pretty cool and they made me like them all a lot. I mean, I can even tell them apart now. They weren't quite what I was expecting and that just made it all the more fun.
Still, things are still gloomy and heavy and it doesn't seem like they are going to turn around soon. One can only hope.
“I’ve always been an ordinary kid. Whether it be in sports or studies, I was just average. I was but a normal child, not special at all. But my childhood friend, Sano Shinichiro, he had a mysterious charm that attracted people around him. Even with that charm, Shin never resorted to violence. He was just very earnest and kind. He didn’t pick fights with anyone stronger than him, never won any fight, and on top of it all, he was a crybaby. We’d call him ‘the weak king’. Even the people who fought him ended up liking him.”

Estoy tan cansada de los Tokyo Revengers... 😑😴
Esta historia tuvo que haber acabado hace mucho. Ahora desgraciadamente, con cada nuevo capítulo, no hace más que empeorar. Quedan demasiados cabos sueltos, que yo creo que el autor ya se ha olvidado de ello, los sinsentidos aparecen uno detrás de otro y muchos personajes van a acabar muertos innecesariamente por culpa de Takemichi, de nuevo.
Yo solo pido que el siguiente volumen ya sea el último 🙏 pero no lo es

2.9 God, the Legends are so ugly. We're really given a gang history lesson while Hanagaki and Mikey chill over a bloodbath, WTF? Isn't it "amazing" how every new foe is the "most unstoppable in the country" and then gets their ass handed to them in four panels? IDC about South's backstory and even if I did, there's no explanation on why he killed his sleeping dad who taught him everything he knows. The jail backstory makes more sense for them wanting to fight 2 yrs later, but I really don't care about them. Gimme the present, gimme my fav character back.
I wish I stopped reading at issue 24. Yeah, some action is drawn in a compelling way but that's not why I'm here. Half of ch 230 is copy-pasted from before maybe w/ dif faces. Who cares if a murderous enemy may get murdered? Kill or be killed, why do they only realize that sometimes? Why are people mad at Mikey for the first thing? They all told him to join anf got mad when he saved a girl and more? If they woulda shut up, everything coulda been fine.

This volume wasn't as good as it could have been.
Takemichi's will to save Mikey is backfired on his greatly.
Mikey is now a violent bastard who will even kill his friends.
He didn't even hesitate to try to kill Michi for a second time.
His friendship with Mikey has become very dysfunctional and even borderline obsessive.
Senju Kawaraji (his new friend) had to freaking beg for Mikey to let Michi leave and disband her group.
I like Michi but he has become more of an idiot as the story goes on.
That said I still prefer this version of him so far since unlike his anime version he isn't as much as a pervert (he collected porn magazines in the first episode of the anime series).
I loved the first five arcs but the last two have gone downhill.
It pisses me off to no end that Draken was killed because of Michi wanting to help Mikey and Senju.
Senju is the first female gang member in this story and she already had to be saved and protected.
She is stronger than Michi but she could have been given better fighting skills.
Michi accidentally his friend killed because he wanted to save her.
Chifuyu was right.
Michi should have left this alone and moved on with his life.

Not liking this little lull the story is in, but I love all the goofy scenes of Chifuyu. I just want something to happen that isn't another character dying. Like more information on the visions or the time travel. *Something* It's all building up to another big battle where I'm sure more characters will die and nothing will be resolved. I love Tokyo Revengers, but I'm also starting to hate it. It's frustrating me a bit and I really just want it to reach it's conclusion.
